Abstract

Health services at the puskesmas to patients include medical services, medical rehabilitation and care services. These services are carried out through emergency units, outpatient units and inpatient units. Patient services at the puskesmas cannot be separated from the role of nurses.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perception and remuneration on job satisfaction of health workers at the Nonggunong Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzingthe effect of perception and remuneration on job satisfaction of health workers at the Nonggunong Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The total population of 135 respondents and a sample of 101 respondents were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. From the results of the study it was found that halmost half of the respondents have a good category perception as many as 46 respondents (46%). Almost half of the respondents have sufficient remuneration category as many as 46 respondents (46%). Almost half of the respondents have a high category of job satisfaction as many as 52 respondents (52%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is the effect of perception and remuneration on job satisfaction of health workers at the Nonggunong Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency with an effect of 80.1%. It is hoped that health workers will be able to work better and be able to dedicate their energy and thoughts to improve the quality of health.

Abstract

Performing infant massagers in rural communities is still held in the form of infant doctors. Massage is done not only when a baby is healthy but also in sick and fussy babies. The purpose of this study is writer want to know the factors affecting mothers in giving baby massages in an effort to improve the health of the baby in posyandu sekar wilis I Kediri. The research design was used by the writer is a quantitative research,  with a cross sectional approaches. The focus of the research was analyze the factors affecting mothers in giving baby massage in Posyandu Sekar Wilis I Kediri. The writer used sample random sampling technique which 71 respondents. The result found that almost half of respondents knew less than 34 respondents (47.9%). Almost the half of immediate presence has no more 34 respondents (47.9%). Almost half the respondents have a low cost perception less than 35 respondents (49.3%). Almost half the respondents have a low motivation has no more 34 respondents (47.9%). Most of the respondents had a baby massage for 39 respondents (54.9%). The studies use Linear Regression indicates the effect of knowledge, perceptions and motivation through moms behavior in giving baby massage in Posyandu Sekar Wilis I Kediri. And there is no cultural influence on maternal behavior in baby massage at Posyandu Sekar Wilis I Kediri.It is expected for the respondents to have a baby massage in order to help speed up the baby growth, and to stimulate the baby's psycho induced development.

Abstract

Health management is an activity or an art to regulate health workers and non-public health officers through health programs. One of the objectives of managing human resources in organizational management functions is related to leadership problems. Someone who has been appointed as a leader to lead his subordinates, he must carry out the function of the organization itself which determines the success or failure of a company. The purpose of the study was to analyze the descriptive performance, level of satisfaction and achievement of the program based on the professional leadership of the head of the Public health throughout Banyuwangi District. The research design used was cross sectional. The population of the study was all heads of administration of Public health throughout Banyuwangi District and the sample size was 45 people using total sampling. Data collection using sheets and questionnaires was then analyzed using the Friedman test. The results showed that the profession of physician leadership most of the performance of high category as many as 17 respondents (70.8%), and professional leadership performance Bachelor of Public Health mostly high category, a total of 18 respondents (85.7%), physician leadership professions most levels of satisfaction satisfied category as many as 20 respondents (83.3%) , and the Bachelor of Public Health leadership profession were mostly satisfied category performance, namely as many as 17 respondents (81.0%) and the leadership profession the majority of the doctor's program achievements and Bachelor of Public Health good categories were as much as 100%. Based on this research, he can improve his skills and professionalism at work

Abstract

Business activities in the health field can provide the positive and negative impact on the environment both physical and non physical. to minimize the impacts resulting from these efforts, so any initiator is required to make environmental feasibility document (UKL-UPL). But the fact that happen the proponent to implement document obedience UKL-UPL is still very low. Report on the monitoring and management of the environment should be done every 6 months by healthcare agencies such as hospitals, clinics and maternity homes, still has not been made by some health service agencies. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of UKL-UPL obedience to the quality of the physical environment in the hospital, clinics and maternity homes Mojokerto.This research design are analytic observational with quantitative approach. Research variables are UKL-UPL obedience as the independent variable and the quality of the physical environment as the dependent variable. The population of the research that is all of health service Agencies in Mojokerto as much as 39 establishments. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 36 respondents. Data is collected with ceklist instruments and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with logistics regression test.Logistic regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously the value of p values < 0.05 so that that there were influences of UKL-UPL obedience to the quality of the physical environment in the hospital, clinics and maternity homes, Mojokerto and the simultaneous influence of 50%.The presence of disobedience committed by agencies of the Ministry of health related water management water management, waste management and clean B3 can affect the quality of the physical environment the health service agencies. Management is expected to carry out the management and monitoring of the environment with good and right so as to reduce the risk of transmission of disease occurrence in the environment of the place of work.

Abstract

The high maternal mortality rate associated with pregnancy, childbirth, perinatal care and babies is one of the major problems in Indonesia. Because this mortality rate shows a picture of health status in an area, as an illustration of Indonesia's human development index. The aim of the study was to analyze the classes of pregnant women and parity in improving maternal health towards success in SDG's 2030 at the Sopaah Community Health Center in Pamekasan Regency. The research design was Cross Sectional. The population was all postpartum mothers. The sample size is 104 respondents using Simple Random sampling technique. Independent variables was classes of pregnant women and parity. Dependent variables are complications of pregnancy, postpartum care, and initiation of early breastfeeding. Data were collected using a questionnaire, data were analyzed using logistic regression test (α ≤ 0.05). The results showed that there were influences between the classes of pregnant women with complications of pregnant women (p = 0.036), and there was no effect of parity on complications of pregnant women (p = 0.321). There was no influence between the classes of pregnant women (p = 0.997) and Parity (p = 0.379) with postpartum care. There was no relationship between classes of pregnant women (p = 0.059) and Parity (p = 0.447) with early initiation of inclusion. Classes of pregnant women affect the complications of pregnant women, the full participation of pregnant women can be carried out in an effort to prevent pregnant women from reducing complications of pregnant women, so that the health of mothers and babies is getting better

Abstract

Patient comfort while receiving hospital care services is one of the hallmarks of hospitals in competition. Health service needs and services related to patient needs must be able to be served easily, quickly, accurately, with quality and affordable costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence patient comfort while receiving care at the TK II hospital Dr. Soepraoen. The research design used is quantitative research. The research method used is the survey method and documentation method. The sampling technique used proportional sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the descriptive results of behavioral variables showed an overall average value of 4.16 with a percentage of 38% and good categories, descriptive spatial variables had an overall average value of 4.07 with a percentage of 45% with good categories, in the descriptive variable environment had a value the overall average of 4.06 is in the good category with a percentage of 36%, in the quality variable the health service has a mean overall score of 4.19 in the good category percentage of 61%, and in the variable patient comfort during treatment has an overall average value of 4 00 in the good category with a percentage of 68%. Based on the value of the determination coefficient obtained by the number 94.7%, it means that the contribution percentage of the effect of the independent variable of compensation which consists of behavior, spatial planning, environment, and service quality on the comfort dependent variable is 94.7%. Of the 100 respondents surveyed on employee behavior has a significant influence on comfort, in spatial planning has a significant influence on comfort, the environment has a significant influence on comfort, on service quality has a significant influence on comfort, and simultaneously for each each behavior, spatial, environmental, and service quality variables have a significant influence on comfort

Abstract

With the increasing economic status of the community, the ease of communication and increased knowledge as a result of national development in all fields has caused the community to demand health services that are more qualified, friendly and able to meet their needs. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence pharmacy services in outpatients at TK Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. The research design used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Instrument data used questionnaire sheets using Logistic Regression. The results of the chi square test analysis between variables affecting the service of pharmacy with service accuracy obtained p-value 0.001 for the variable accuracy, p-value 0,000 for the speed variable and p-value 0.003 for the satisfaction variable, p-value value < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between pharmacy services with accuracy, speed and satisfaction of services in outpatients at TK Hospital. II Dr. Soepraoen Malang. Based on the results of the Ordinal Regression Test analysis shows that the most influential variable is the variable patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between Pharmacy Services and Satisfaction in Outpatients in TK Hospital. II Dr. Soepraoen Malang. It is expected that respondents can get the best service from Hospital Pharmacy Installation officers by means of accuracy, speed and patient satisfaction can be interpreted

Abstract

In the framework of soldiers for promotion, they always experience anxiety, anxiety and sometimes not being able to sleep from all the soldiers, almost all of whom experience anxiety especially when faced with the pressure of the test that the captain will carry out for promotion, supported by the time needed to run self-actualization. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the analysis of the factors that influence warriors' anxiety for promotion at the Military District V / Brawijaya Malang. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence warrior anxiety for promotion at the Military District V / Brawijaya Malang. The research design used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Instrument data used questionnaire sheets using Ordinal Regression test. The results of the Ordinal Regression Test analysis say that p value = 0,000 for the readiness variable, p-value 0.174 for the Punishment variable and p-value 0.015 for the Reward variable. Then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no influence of Readiness, Punisment and Reward on Warrior Anxiety to Increase Promotion in the Military District V / Brawijaya Malang. Based on the results of the Ordinal Regression Test analysis shows that the most influential variable is the readiness variable with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05, it is concluded that there is a significant influence between Warrior Readiness and Anxiety to Increase Rank in Military V / Brawijaya Malang. It is expected that respondents are able to control the anxiety they experience by increasing their readiness to become better

Abstract

Not all nurses are able to carry out its performance well. There are several factors that influence nurse can't perform the appropriate standards set forth among them, the number of non nursing tasks that must be done, the limited amount of power nurse nurses and others. The importance of maintaining and improving the performance of a nurse in a Hospital, given the performance of the nurses is important as the wheel prime mover and spearhead of a hospital. Good bad judgment about the hospital will certainly be judged from his nurse performance especially when providing service to the community. The goal of research to analyze the performance of Nursing based on work culture in the Hospital of Nahdlatul Ulama Jombang. Design of the research are analytical quantitative with crossectional approach. The variable are research were organizational climate, work ethic, discipline working as independent variables. The dependent variable as a performance. This research population are of all the nurses who served in the inpatient room at Hospitals of Nahdlatul Ulama Jombang amounted to 140 people. Samples taken with the technique of cluster random sampling as much as 103 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously the value of p values < 0,05 so that there were influence on the climatic Organization, work ethic and discipline of work and the simultaneous influence of 88.6%. Employee performance can be affected by several factors including the climate of the Organization, work ethic and discipline work. An employee who has a high work ethic describes a high morale, and have a high work discipline will tend to have better performance

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is one problem frequent musculoskeletal​ happens in society. One of symptom main of LBP is decline range of motion (ROM) in the lumbar area. This decrease in ROM can cause limitations in activity daily patient, influence quality life they in a way overall. Fishbone diagram is used to identify various factor reason from problems faced.​ This diagram share internal causes​ categories like man, methods, machines, materials, measurements, and environment. The USG method (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) is used to determine priority problem based on urgency, seriousness, and growth existing problems.​ SWOT analysis is used to evaluate existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats​ in context intervention hydrotherapy for LBP patients. Hydrotherapy proven effective in increase ROM and reduce pain in LBP patients at Dr. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Pulmonary Hospital. With exists proper education and adequate facilities are expected​​ patient can overcome their LBP complaints and improve their quality life.
