Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow, growth, size with profitability and liquidity as moderating variable in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. Design/methodology/approach: Research was proceed using quantitative methods with secondary data. The sampling method used purposive sampling involving 58 research samples. This research analysis technique employed moderated regression analysis. Research Findings: The results of this study indicated that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and company growth have no significant effect on debt policy, while free cash flow and company size have a positive effect on debt policy. Then, profitability is able to moderate by weakening the effect of free cash flow and company size on debt policy, and liquidity is able to moderate and strengthen the effect of free cash flow on debt policy. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the complex relationships between managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow, growth, size, profitability, and liquidity on debt policy. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and corporate managers seeking to optimize their debt policies and financial strategies. Abstract

Dalam rangka memperkuat Digitalisasi di seluruh Madrasah, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Imam Bonjol Padang menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertema Literasi Sains dan Teknologi di berbagai madrasah di Sumatera Barat. Salah satunya bertempat di MAN 4 Tanah Datar dalam bentuk pengenalan dan pelatihan aplikasi Canva. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru-guru MAN 4 Tanah Datar yang diarahkan dalam proses inovasi dan kreatifitas pembuatan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi beberapa proses yaitu Pemetaan, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Proses kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan dari tim fasilitator Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Imam Bonjol Padang terhadap guru-guru di lingkungan MAN 4 Tanah Datar. Hasil kegiatan ini setiap guru MAN 4 Tanah Datar terikutsertakan dalam pelatihan membuat Media Pembelajaran berupa poster dan persentasi sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu. Pelatihan Canva dengan model Workshop dianggap tepat untuk mengeluarkan potensi guru dalam belajar menggunakan aplikasi secara langsung.

Abstract

The digital transformation of madrasahs has become imperative in the current digital era to address the evolving challenges of educational relevance. The digitalization process in madrasahs, particularly at MAN 3 Tanah Datar, encounters several obstacles, including limitations in infrastructure and human resources. Through the Science and Technology Literacy initiative spearheaded by the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, this community service activity aims to strengthen technology literacy among teachers at MAN 3 Tanah Datar. The initiative includes training on the use of digital media creation and assessment applications, such as Canva, Quizizz, and Wordwall. The methodology employed encompasses three phases: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. The outcomes indicate that the training successfully enhanced teachers' technological skills, which in turn contributed to creativity and innovation in teaching and learning processes. Monitoring and evaluation activities showed that the use of Canva, Wordwall, and Quizizz at MAN 3 Tanah Datar increased student engagement and motivation, but there is still a need for media adaptation to accommodate a variety of learning styles. Continued efforts in digitalization are necessary to realize the full potential of a digital madrasah. Technology-based training programs like these are expected to bolster the madrasah's human resources, equipping them to meet global challenges in the digital age. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis peran manajemen organisasi pendidikan di era digital: tantangan dan peluang. Metode penelitian ini ialah kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan memilih pustaka-pustaka relevan yang mencakup aspek-aspek utama dari transformasi pendidikan di era digital. Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa era digital saat ini tidak hanya membawa tantangan, tetapi juga membawa peluang bagi manajemen perubahan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan termasuk pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan anggota organisasi serta lingkungan organisasi itu sendiri. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi oleh organisasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari. Di era digital, ada kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan standar pembelajaran siswa, meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan mendukung inisiatif pembelajaran otonom dari pemerintah. Kemudian, manajemen berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan. Ada beberapa tantangan dan hambatan dalam menerapkan manajemen pendidikan di era digital, seperti kesenjangan akses infrastruktur, kurangnya keterampilan pendidik dalam menghadapi era digital, ancaman keamanan seperti peretasan data, pengelolaan data, dan evaluasi kinerja. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital, termasuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan infrastruktur dan aksesibilitas teknologi, meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, mengembangkan keterampilan digital, menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif, dan melakukan monitoring hasil pembelajaran secara teratur.

Abstract

The criminal offense of sexual harassment against children is a serious crime regulated under Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Aceh Qanun No. 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. This study aims to analyze the comparison of legal regulations regarding child sexual harassment between the two laws, particularly in terms of definition, criminal sanctions, and protection of children as victims. The Child Protection Law at the national level emphasizes imprisonment and fines, while the Aceh Qanun introduces additional punishments such as whipping and using gold as the basis for fines. This study highlights significant differences between the two regulations, especially in the application of physical punishment and restitution for victims. The research concludes that the application of Sharia law in Aceh provides a distinct approach to protecting children from sexual harassment but does not fundamentally contradict national law.
