Abstract

In choosing a major at Muhammadiyah Public High School (SMA) Bengkulu City, there are several factors to consider. This assessment is carried out in several stages, namely National Examination (UN) scores, Competency Test scores, and Color Blindness Test scores. In this case, the purpose of building a decision support system is to determine student majors according to their abilities using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Where the assessment criteria of students are compared with one another so as to produce a decision support system that provides an assessment in the selection of students in choosing majors. The decision support system helps in determining majors, making it easier to make decisions related to the selection of majors by using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, so that students get majors that match their competencies.

Abstract

In a very modern era like today where life is already in the era of the industrial revolution or commonly known as the digital era which includes information technology as part of human life in accelerating and facilitating the delivery of information, for example websites. The problem that occurs is that Durian Besar Village does not yet have a website as a means of conveying information to the public quickly and efficiently as a form of transparency on what the village government has done. The effect is that the community also experiences difficulties in obtaining information by having to come and meet sources of information, in this case the village government. The website was successfully built by presenting a member page feature to the public in which there are complaints and correspondence features. In this way, on this website, besides the community being able to access information easily, the community can also send messages or submit letters to the village government easily without having to come to the village office. The website is built with WordPress cms and also uses the Ultimate Member, WpForms and Elementor Pro add-ons for the appearance design.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a computer-based system built with the hope of academic interests which aims to increase the quality of academic services, performance and human resources, as well as the resulting competitiveness. The Academic information system makes it easy for students to access important information related to the University such as course lists, grades, administration, academic calendars, information about each department and others. With the development of information systems in the academic field, it is also necessary to test information systems to find out whether the development and objectives of the information system are as expected. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of academic information system services (SIKAMU) using The ServQual method provides recommendations for which variables need improvement in improving the quality of SIKAMU academic information system services. The research method used in this research is e-service quality or what is called e-servqual. From the research results, it was found that the gap or gap between expectations and reality is not too big, which means that the quality of the academic information system in the SIKAMU application is good, only a few small aspects need to be improved. Furthermore, from the aspect of student satisfaction, it can be concluded that Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University students are satisfied with the services provided by the SIKAMU information system. With an average overall rating of 80% (satisfied). This means that students' expectations regarding the five dimensions of service have been fulfilled even though they are not very in line with what students expected

Abstract

A design ofweb-based information system oftourism objects in north Bengkulu regency is used as a tool in delivering information on tourism and cultural areas in north Bengkulu regency to people who want to know the tourism areas. It is one form of tourism promotion to attract tourists to visit north Bengkulu. This research is expected to be useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourismpotential in north Bengkulu, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourismplaces. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase. The method used in this research was the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method includedthe requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance stages, followed by making applications using the PHP and HTML programming languages with MySQL and XAMPP database

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, e-commerce telah mengubah cara berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan cara konsumen melakukan pembelian. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, e-commerce telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi salah satu sektor ekonomi yang paling dinamis. untuk hal dalam proses promosi dan penjualan terdapat beberapa kendala, dalam hal ini penjualan secara online. Dikarenakan barang elok belum memiliki aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website untuk menyediakan segala informasi produk yang akan promosikan. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pembeli maka diperlukan suatu aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website yang mampu menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Di dalam pengembangan e-commere, aplikasi online store barang elok saat ini mengkhususkan produk pakaian wanita sehingga memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen atau pelanggan dapat melihat detail produk secara online, baik dari harga, foto produk dan juga keterangan tentang produk atau barang tanpa perlu datang langsung ke tempat dan diberikan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi. Tujuan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web ini adalah membuat sistem informasi yang efisien untuk menyediakan informasi tentang wisata, memudahkan akses masyarakat, serta membantu promosi dan pemesanan tiket online. Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain perangkat lunak, implementasi dan uji coba sistem, integrasi, serta operasi dan perawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi yang terdiri user(konsumen) dan admin. Aplikasi ini menyediakan informasi tentang produk pakaian wanita, pendaftaran, login, dan pemesanan produk pakaian. Abstract

The development of technology and information has had a significant impact on the business world, especially through the use of the internet as a means of information and communication. E-commerce is a major business trend today, enabling expanded marketing and increased profits for business people. Effective marketing is the key to success in business, with a focus on retaining customers and meeting their expectations. The use of the internet and digital technology has made it possible to sell goods and services online through various platforms, including online shops, social media and websites. Previous research shows that the application of e-commerce in marketing products such as local crafts and snacks has succeeded in increasing competitiveness and sales. Case studies on Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) also highlight the importance of using web-based media to increase product promotion and sales. In this context, further research was conducted to explore the potential of online marketing for MSME businesses, with a focus on developing a web-based online shop for Ganepo cracker products. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the understanding and practice of online marketing for MSME players, as well as expanding the reach and knowledge of their products in the digital market

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi komputer saat ini telah mempermudah tugas sehari-hari, dan komputer kini semakin dibutuhkan dalam berbagai bidang tanpa terkecuali karena fungsinya yang efisien dan efektif. Sosialisasi perangkat komputer di sekolah dasar merupakan kegiatan penting yang bertujuan untuk mendorong pengenalan dan penggunaan komputer pada anak-anak. Hal ini diperlukan karena teknologi informasi dan komputer (TIK) telah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk pendidikan. Interaksi ini tidak hanya mencakup pengenalan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, namun juga manfaat serta dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan TIK. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan dalam rangka kegiatan pendidikan dan fokus pada pembahasan berbagai topik tertentu dengan pelatihan. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu anak-anak memahami berbagai bagian komputer dan cara menggunakannya, serta memberi mereka latihan cara mengoperasikan komputer. Sosialisasi ini juga harus mencakup pemanfaatan TIK, mengenalkan manfaat dan dampak positif dan negatifnya. Manfaat positif penggunaan TIK antara lain menjelaskan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat, transaksi elektronik digital, dan dampak teknologi informasi terhadap masyarakat. Namun penggunaan TIK juga mempunyai risiko, terutama bagi anak-anak. Hal ini mendorong anak untuk bereksplorasi dan berpikir, menjadikan komputer sebagai pilihan di kelas dan berpotensi mempengaruhi perilaku anak.

Abstract

As digital technology advances, government agencies are increasingly encouraged to master graphic design skills to make their publications and promotions more effective. However, many employees still lack expertise in this area. Therefore, as part of their Field Work Practice (PKL), students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu conducted graphic design training for employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Industry and Trade Office (Disperindag) using Canva. Canva was chosen for its ease of use, ready-to-use templates, and ability to create professional designs without requiring complex technical skills. The training included basic graphic design materials, demonstrations of how to use Canva, and hands-on practice sessions supervised by the trainer. Evaluation results showed that participants' understanding and ability to use Canva increased significantly. Many employees who were previously unfamiliar with graphic design now feel more confident in creating attractive and professional designs. Hopefully, this training will help agency employees maximize the use of digital technology to support their work.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Penerapan manajemen risiko operasional pada objek properti sangat penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar penyewa lebih nyaman sehingga mereka terus menyewa tempat tersebut. Tujuan : Tujuannya untuk mengetahui risiko operasional bangunan pada divisi Tenant Relations, Engineering, housekeeping dan security serta ingin mengetahui hubungan keempat divisi tersebut dengan kualitas pelayanan. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT UOB PROPERTY dengan gedung UOB Plaza di Jakarta dengan populasi 35 tenant dan mengambil sampel 25 responden dengan menggunakan studi langsung dalam studi lapangan dan literatur, sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan keempat divisi dengan Spss 24 dengan menggunakan teknik sample random sampling dengan 25 responden. Hasil : Dari klasifikasi level dan dampak pada resiko operasional divisi engineering pihak management memberikan kebijakan seperti update Standart operational procedure (SOP) dalam melakukan pekerjaan operasional dan preventive serta korektiv, diadakan training rutin baik teknis ataupun non teknis secara berkala, upgrade peralatan atau tools dengan menggunakan teknologi yang up to date sehingga memudahkan operasional, pembelian seragam baru secara berkala. Kesimpulan : Terdapat resiko operasional level dan dampak low, medium dan high pada penerapan risk management operasional pada div.TR, Eng, HK dan security terhadap mutu pelayanan. Kebijakan utama yang dihasilkan untuk semua divisi antara lain update Standard operation of procedure (SOP), meeting koordinasi antar divisi, diadakan training sesuai kebutuhan tiap divisi. Resiko operasional yang sangat berdampak besar pada divisi Engineering berdasarkan analisis risk management operational.
