Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the Discovery Learning Model on Interest in Learning Christian Religious Education in Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Simanindo Samosir Regency Academic Year 2022/2023. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive inferential. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Discovery Learning Model on Interest in Learning Christian Religious Education in Class the calculated r value > r table is 0.641 > 0.297, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables significant between variables X and Y. 2) Effect test obtained: a) Regression equation test Ŷ=11.15 + 0.65X. b) Test coefficient of determination (r²) = 41%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain F count > F table namely 34.83 > 1.42. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of PAK and Budi Pekerti Learning Outcomes of SMP Negeri 4 Balige Toba Regency Students Through Video-Based Learning Media. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by looking at the results of pre-test and post-test learning. The population in this study were all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Balige, totaling 208 people and a sample of 28 people was determined using Purposive Sampling technique. Data collected for variable Y is as many as 15 pre-test and post-test. The results showed that there was an increase in Christian Religious Education and Ethics Learning Outcomes, as evidenced by the post-test results which were much better than the previous pre-test.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education and Character in Class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all classes Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire totaling 36 items, of which 15 questionnaire items were for variables Christianity and Characteristics of Class Thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 24.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=42-2=40) namely 12.83 > 1.92. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected where F calculated is greater than F table, then there is a positive and significant influence between the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education and Character of Class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the Learning Year 2022/2023 amounting to 24.3%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parental attention and the Christian character of adolescents (aged 12-15) in Pegagan Julu V Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency in 2023. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an inferential descriptive statistical approach. The population is all Christian teenagers (aged 12-15) in Pegagan Julu V Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency in 2023, totaling 103 people and a sample of 56 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 47 items. 1) From the results of the calculation of the positive relationship test, the value of rxy = 0.616 > rtable(a=0.05,n=56) = 0.254 is obtained, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test a significant relationship The value obtained is tcount= 5.745 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=54)=2.000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a relationship between parental attention and adolescent Christian character. (ages 12-15) In Pegagan Julu V Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency, 2023 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan bentuk kegagalan pertumbuhan (growth faltering) akibat akumulasi ketidakcukupan nutrisi yang berlangsung lama, mulai dari kehamilan hingga usia 24 bulan. Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis, terutama pada 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Lima provinsi dengan jumlah kasus stunting terbanyak adalah Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sumatera Utara, dan Banten. Kondisi ini mendorong Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Tarutung sebagai perguruan tinggi Kristen Negeri di Sumatera Utara untuk mengambil peran dengan berkolaborasi dengan penyuluh agama Kristen di kabupaten-kabupaten di Sumatera Utara guna membantu pemerintah dalam mengedukasi masyarakat untuk mengurangi jumlah kasus stunting, khususnya di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan metode empowerment yang mengadopsi model pendekatan edukatif. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan PkM tersebut, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sebesar 31% terkait peran mereka dalam pencegahan stunting. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan telah tercapai, dengan partisipasi aktif masyarakat yang meningkat. Upaya kolaboratif ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi yang cukup dan peran mereka dalam mencegah stunting, sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pencegahan stunting di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Lecturers as educators have a very large role in determining the quality of higher education graduates. Transformational leadership becomes a leadership style that can be used by lecturers to direct and guide students to have superior character. lecturers who teach in the Christian Leadership Department have implemented this transformational leadership, although it has not been implemented thoroughly. Furthermore, problems arise about the application of transformational leadership of lecturers that have not been maximized, making students not have a truly superior character. This research was conducted to find out how lecturers apply transformational leadership and how it affects the students of the Christian Leadership Department? This research will examine students in the Christian Leadership Department, Faculty of Theological Sciences IAKN Tarutung about the application of transformational leadership of lecturers and their influence in shaping student character. Through this research, it is hoped that lecturers can apply transformational leadership optimally, because the transformational leadership applied by lecturers is influential in building superior student character. Through the application of transformational leadership, students experience changes and have superior character.
