Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar Berbasis Multimedia Pada Pembelajaran Sekolah Minggu BNKP dengan menggunakan Metode penelitian adalah Penelitian Pengembangan, dengan jumlah Populasi 30 Orang dan Sampel 25 Orang anak Sekolah Minggu dan 5 Orang Guru Sekolah Minggu, menggunakan Instrumen Penelitian Angket, Teknik analisa data deskriptif persentase.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Efektifitas Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar Berbasis Multimedia Dalam Pembelajaran Sekolah Minggu BNKP lebih tinggi dari 80% dari Kriteria yang diharapkan. Disimpulkan bahwa Efektifitas Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar Berbasis Multimedia Dalam Pembelajaran Sekolah Minggu BNKP mencapai Rata-rata: 95% (kriteria Sangat Baik) Kata Kunci: Efektifitas, Sumber Belajar, Multimedia, Sekolah Minggu

Abstract

Abstract So far, banana tree trunk waste is considered as something that is wasted, not to be used as a material with high economic value. Whereas waste banana tree trunks are materials that are easily found amid rural congregations. This study aims to improve the economy of the BKPN congregation through the utilization of banana tree trunk waste. With an understanding of the utilization of banana stem waste as a source of economic income for the congregation, the congregation will have a mindset right about the utilization of banana stem waste and can apply it effectively. The research data were collected using the Observation and techniques Field notation in their search method Participatory Appraisal Research (PAR) because the study involved local rural congregations. The target congregation that will be used as partners in the productive age congregation who has the desire to do business but does not yet have special skills in utilizing banana stem waste. The results of the research on the production process of banana tree trunk waste can reduce wasted waste and can become a new source of income so that it can increase the economic and aesthetic value and function of the waste for the congregation.Keywords: Economy, congregation, waste, banana stemsAbstrakSelama ini, limbah batang pohon pisang dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang terbuang, bukan untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan material yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Padahal limbah batang pohon pisang bahan yang mudah ditemui di tengah-tengah jemaat pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian jemaat BKPN melalui pemanfaatan limbah batang pohon pisang. Dengan adanya pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan limbah batang pisang sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan ekonomi jemaat, maka jemaat akan memiliki mindset yang benar tentang pemanfaatan limbah batang pisang dan dapat mengaplikasikannya secara tepat guna. dengan Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik Observasi dan Field not dalam metode peneliti Participatory Appraisal Researc (PAR), karena penelitian melibatkan jemaat pedesaan setempat. Jemaat sebagai target yang akan dijadikan sebagai mitra adalah jemaat usia produktif yang memiliki keinginan untuk melakukan usaha namun belum memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam memanfaatkan limbah batang pisang. Hasil penelitian proses produksi limbah batang pohon pisang ini dapat mengurangi pembuangan yang sia-sia dan dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan terbaru sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dan estetika serta fungsi dari limbah tersebut bagi jemaat.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi, jemaat, limbah, batang pisang

Abstract

This study aims to improve understanding of the impact of early marriage for young mothers in the village of Simarlelan through the implementation of individual counseling, using descriptive qualitative research methods and a total of 15 research sample. Data was gathered by closed questionnaire and interview upon the sample. The results showed that individual counseling can increase the understanding of the impact of early marriage for young mothers which was proved by changes in attitudes and behavior towards their commitment to choose school rather than marrying their children at an early age, and an increasing in knowledge of managing and caring the household (child and husband) is better.

Abstract

Abstract:This article departs from reality regarding the existence of cases of conflict to acts of violence with religious motives in Indonesia. Intolerant attitudes are increasingly felt by adherents of certain religions, for example refusing to build houses of worship even though the requirements have been fulfilled, feelings of being disturbed by the worship activities of adherents of other religions, the emergence of narrowly fanatical statements about the celebration of certain religious holidays, the occurrence of hate speech and even religious blasphemy. It turned out that amid these cases of conflict and intolerant religious leaders were also involved. Therefore, the author aims to develop an idea about the role of religious leaders plays a role in maintaining inter-religious harmony in Indonesia, namely by strengthening tolerance based on pluralism insights. This research refers to various literature consist of books, articles, journals and observes events around religious harmony. To build tolerance with a pluralism perspective, religious leaders can organize seminars on pluralism, Pancasila, and ideas that maintain national harmonious and integrity. In addition, adequate religious education for religious leaders can influence attitudes toward the reality of a pluralistic society, especially religious plurality. The deeper the pluralism insight of religious leaders and their adherents, the better the rating of tolerance in Indonesia. Abstrak:Artikel ini bertolak dari sebuah realita mengenai adanya kasus-kasus konflik hingga tindakan kekerasan dengan motif agama di Indonesia. Sikap intoleran semakin dirasakan oleh penganut agama tertentu, misalnya penolakan pendirian rumah ibadah meskipun persyaratan sudah terpenuhi, perasaan terganggu dengan aktifitas ibadah pemeluk agama lain, timbulnya pernyataan bermuatan fanatik sempit terhadap perayaan hari besar agama tertentu, terjadinya ujaran kebencian bahkan penistaan agama. Ternyata di tengah kasus konflik dan intoleran tersebut, pemuka agama juga turut terlibat. Oleh karena itu, penulis bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah ide tentang peran pemimpin agama merawat kerukunan antar umat beragama di Indonesia, yaitu dengan memperkuat toleransi berbasis wawasan pluralisme. Penelitian ini mengacu pada berbagai sumber literatur antara lain buku, artikel, jurnal dan mengamati peristiwa di sekitar kerukunan beragama. Untuk membangun toleransi berwawasan pluralisme, maka pemuka agama dapat membuat seminar bertajuk pluralisme, pancasila dan gagasan yang menjaga kerukunan serta keutuhan bangsa. Selain itu pendidikan agama yang memadai bagi pemuka agama dapat mempengaruhi sikap terhadap realitas masyarakat majemuk, terutama pluralitas agama. Sehingga semakin dalam wawasan pluralisme pemimpin agama beserta penganutnya, maka semakin baik tingkat toleransi di Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan district, for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with a population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 191 people and a sample of 48 people, which is 25% of the total population. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 37 items, of which 19 questionnaire items were for variable X and 18 questionnaire items were for variable Y which were compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. 1) Results of data analysis: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.585 > rtable(a=0.05,n=48) = 0.284, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Test The significant relationship obtained is the value tcount= 4.889 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=46)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the influence: a) Test the regression equation , the regression equation Y ̂="31","45"+0.45X is obtained. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 34.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=48-2=46) namely 23.84 > 1.51. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant influence between classroom management skills on the effectiveness of learning Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Balige in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is quantitative research method with inferential statistical approach. The population is all XI grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Balige in the 2023/2024 Learning Year who are Christians totaling 500 people and a research sample of 50 people was determined, namely 10% of the total population using the Random Sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 35 items, of which 17 questionnaire items for variable X and 18 questionnaire items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed a positive and significant effect of classroom management skills on the effectiveness of learning Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Balige for the 2023/2024 Learning Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.592 > rtable (a=0.05, n=50) = 0.297. b) significant relationship test obtained tcount = 5.092 > ttable (a=0.05, dk=n-2=48) = 2.021. 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂ = "25.24"+0.58X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 35.1%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel = (a=0.05, dk numerator k = 18, dk denominator = n-2 = 50-2 = 48), namely 25.92> 1.51. Thus Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant effect of classroom management skills on the effectiveness of learning Christian Religious Education and Ethics of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Balige in the 2023/2024 Learning Year, is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of PAK and Budi Pekerti Learning Outcomes of SMP Negeri 4 Balige Toba Regency Students Through Video-Based Learning Media. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by looking at the results of pre-test and post-test learning. The population in this study were all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Balige, totaling 208 people and a sample of 28 people was determined using Purposive Sampling technique. Data collected for variable Y is as many as 15 pre-test and post-test. The results showed that there was an increase in Christian Religious Education and Ethics Learning Outcomes, as evidenced by the post-test results which were much better than the previous pre-test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant effect of Parenting on Adolescent Behavior in Jumateguh Village, Siempat Nempu Sub-District, Dairi Regency in 2022. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all teenagers aged 15-17 years in Jumateguh Village Siempat Nempu Dairi Regency in 2022 as many as 313 students and a sample of 64 people was determined using random sampling technique. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 38 items, namely 16 items for variable X and 22 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis show that there is a Positive and Significant Influence Between Parental Parenting on the Behavior of Adolescents aged 15-17 years in Jumateguh Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency in 2022: 1). Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.488> rtable (a=0.05, n = 64) = 0.244. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 4.400> ttable (a=0.05, dk = n-2 = 62) = 2.000. 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂ = "26.98"+0.84X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 23.8%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel = (a=0.05, dk numerator k = 20, dk denominator = n-2 = 64-2 = 62), namely 19.36> 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the discussion method in increasing student motivation in Christian Religious Education subjects. The purpose of this research is to identify how the discussion method can influence students' learning motivation and why this method is effective in the context of Christian Religious Education subjects. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach by collecting data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to the curriculum. The results of the research show that the discussion method has a significant role in increasing students' learning motivation, by encouraging active participation, exchange of ideas, and a deeper understanding of the material. Factors such as an inclusive classroom environment, teacher facilitation, and student involvement in discussions also play a role in the effectiveness of this method. Therefore, it is recommended that the discussion method be integrated more broadly into Christian Religious Education learning in order to improve the quality of learning and student motivation.

Abstract

This research explores the idea that the C3ME model of academic supervision can help teachers increase their potential to develop learning innovations. It was concluded that the implementation of academic supervision plays an important role in improving the performance of Christian Religious Education teachers. The stages of the C3ME academic supervision model have a major impact on student learning progress. Through the application of the C3ME model, teachers can explore and increase the potential of teachers to develop their learning innovations. Model stages C3ME guides supervisors in collecting and analyzing learning conditions and weaknesses, which then becomes the basis for providing coaching for teachers. By following systematic steps, Class Visits, Coaching, Commitment, Monitoring, and Evaluation supervision can have a positive impact on teacher development and student learning. With feedback and support, the entire education ecosystem can experience significant improvements.
