Abstract

Body shaming affects self-confidence in social interactions, because physical humiliation makes a person feel uncomfortable to the point of embarrassment when he is in society. And makes a person not believe in himself and feel insecure to the point where he can distance himself from his environment. Because Body shaiming can also lead to bullying. In this study, the quantitative method was used, namely a research procedure that produced descriptive data in the form of words and numbers from people or observable behavior. The quantitative approach emphasizes its analysis on numerical data processed using statistical methods via SPSS. Based on the results of the regression test that has been carried out, there is an effect of body shaming on self-confidence in female students at SMK Sunan Kalijogo Jabung, with a closeness correlation in the moderate category. In the results of this study, female students who experienced high body shaming caused themselves to experience insecurity or it could be said that the higher the body shaming, the higher they felt insecure. Based on the results of the study it is known that some students are at a moderate level in Body Shaming, peer social support, self-confidence. Therefore the researchers suggest eliminating the culture of Body Shaming by avoiding making negative comments on one's appearance, because these comments can unknowingly have an impact on one's psychological condition.

Abstract

Vaccination or immunization aims to make a person's immune system able to recognize and quickly fight bacteria or viruses that cause infection. The goal to be achieved by giving the COVID-19 vaccine is to reduce morbidity and mortality due to this virus. Although not 100% able to protect a person from Corona virus infection, this vaccine can reduce the possibility of severe symptoms and complications due to COVID-19. Efforts to prevent Covid-19 are to comply with health protocols. The purpose of this activity is to help Sukorejo Village in tackling the prevention of COVID-19. The method used is to educate the public on the importance of complying with health protocols and following vaccinations. The strategy used is to go directly to the community. The difficulty experienced is the community's disobedience to the importance of maintaining 5M. The result of the activity is that there are students in the midst of the community, little by little the community is starting to become aware of the existence of Covid-19.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa Diklat Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru TPQ An Nahdliyah di lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif NU Kabupaten Tulungagung dilaksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memperkuat kapasitas pedagogik, manajerial, dan spiritual guru TPQ sehingga mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif, efektif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan santri. Metode pelaksanaan diklat menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi pembelajaran, serta praktik langsung penyusunan perangkat ajar. Peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, merumuskan strategi, dan mempraktikkan keterampilan baru. Selain itu, evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan serta observasi praktik mengajar guna menilai keterampilan pedagogik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep pembelajaran berbasis nilai, kemampuan menyusun Rencana Pembelajaran Harian (RPH), serta keterampilan mengelola kelas secara lebih komunikatif. Guru TPQ juga melaporkan bertambahnya motivasi dan kepercayaan diri dalam mengajar. Dengan demikian, diklat ini berkontribusi nyata terhadap penguatan kompetensi guru TPQ An Nahdliyah dan diharapkan menjadi model pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi lembaga pendidikan Ma’arif NU di Tulungagung.
