Abstract

In general, humans are divided into two natures, that are man and woman. Both are outlined to complement each other but in fact, the relationship between the two often causes polemics when understanding the relationship between superior and inferior systems. This understanding has a basis in the texts of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Even with the pretext of the arguments of the Qur'an, women often get legitimacy from men. Al-Quran and Hadith as socio-religious guidelines uphold human values. If we look at the historical context of the text, it can be concluded that the relationship that is built between men and women is not a superior coordinating relationship but a functional and moral cooperative. By using the takhrij-descriptive analysis method, this paper reviews the hadith about male leadership in the household which has been understood as a superior coordinative relationship. In fact, leadership in the household as well as the division of private and public tasks is based on the values ​​of responsibility and cooperative nature, and without any element of coercion in choosing the division of tasks. This is a moral idea to be built from the texts of the Qur'an and hadith. To actualize social life in Indonesia, this article uses Fazlur Rahman's opinion in understanding the leadership text. Abstract

Education is still a public conversation today, seeing various issues of public unrest with the decline in the quality of the younger generation, the globalization era which should have a good influence but in reality it has a bad impact, one of the causes is the lack of spiritual and spiritual education for the younger generation, so a habituation of an activity to shape children's spirituality is carried out in boarding school institutions that can have a positive impact on students. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of morning and evening dhikr at Persis Al Amin Islamic Boarding School in shaping the spiritual intelligence of students as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of morning and evening dhikr. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method approach. The results of the study are 1) The implementation of morning and evening dhikr at Pesantren Persis Al Amin is carried out every day in the morning and evening. The stages of implementation are first reading the Ayat kursi, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-as, both morning and evening prayers. The habituation of morning and evening dhikr consistently aims to shape the spirituality of students as a rabbani generation. 2) The behavior of students before the morning and evening dhikr has low spirituality, as evidenced by the fact that there are still students who are lazy to worship, emotional, anxious, do not understand the meaning of life, ambitious, and behavior below reasonable limits. But the spiritual condition of the students changed after implementing the morning and evening dhikr. They become calm, patient when facing trials and become obedient to Allah. Always remembering Allah in everything they do, especially in seeking knowledge. 3) The implementation of morning and evening dhikr activities at Pesantren Persis Al Amin has supporting and inhibiting factors, among the supporting factors are the existence of morning and evening dhikr books distributed by pesantren for students, making it easier to implement morning and evening dhikr to encourage students to read morning and evening dhikr, and the participation of ustadz in the implementation of morning and evening dhikr. While the inhibiting factor is the delay of the ustadz so that the implementation is delayed, the facilities that are not good for the implementation of morning and evening dhikr, and the obstacles of students who do not participate in activities

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in education, providing innovative solutions for adaptive learning, academic data analysis, and administrative automation. However, AI implementation in education faces challenges, particularly in ethics, technological accessibility, and educator readiness. This study explores the benefits, challenges, and optimal strategies for AI adoption in education using a qualitative approach. Systematic literature review and in-depth interviews with 10 education and technology experts were conducted. Thematic analysis revealed that AI enhances learning experiences through personalized content and real-time feedback. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations and low digital literacy among educators persist. Additionally, parental involvement and AI integration into curricula are key factors in successful implementation. The findings offer insights into how AI can be optimally utilized in education and provide recommendations to enhance institutional readiness for AI adoption.

Abstract

This research was carried out to examine the influence of the role of parents and teachers on the discipline of worship of MA AL-Mukarrom students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and F test. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between the role of parents and teachers on the discipline of worship of MA AL-Mukarrom students in Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. With the results of the regression model obtained in the form of Y = 45.442 + 0.091 (X1) + 0.318 (X2) + e, where Y is the worship discipline variable, X1 is the parent role variable, and X2 is the teacher role variable. The results of the F test also provide the conclusion that the role of parents and teachers simultaneously affects the discipline of worship of MA Al-Mukarrom students. Based on the determination test, it is concluded that the two independent variables affect 21.4% of the discipline of worship. This means that the role of parents and teachers is quite a big influence as an encouragement from external parties on the discipline of student worship. Worship in this study is limited to the context of obligatory prayers, reciting the Quran and giving alms.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of social, cultural, and economic life. This process has brought rapid and widespread change, including in the education system. Islamic schools, as educational institutions oriented toward Islamic values, face new challenges and opportunities along with the penetration of global influences. Education based on the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project (PPRA) is the right solution to strengthen understanding of Islamic educational values. This study aims to determine the concept of project-based learning to strengthen the profile of Rahmatan Lil Alamin Students, how it is implemented in madrasas and what impact it has on students' understanding of Islamic Education values ​​in class VII MTs. Al-Mu'min Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects of the study were the head of the madrasa, the vice curriculum and PPRA coordinator, teachers (PPRA Facilitators) and students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that: First, the PPRA concept integrated with the AkidahAkhlak subject at MTs. Al-Mu'min Tasikmalaya has been running very well, both in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Although, PPRA is still implemented gradually, namely only for grade 7, while grades 8 and 9 are still implementing the 2013 Curriculum. Second, the implementation of PPRA is carried out in the form of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, with the themes of creative devotion, organic waste and the importance of democracy. Third, Impact In terms of cognitive, students show an increase in understanding of religious concepts that are deeper and more holistic. In terms of affective, PPRA increases student motivation and involvement in Islamic Religious Education learning and other learning. In terms of psychomotor, PPRA allows students to develop practical skills that are relevant to Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

The entertainment industry, particularly music concerts, has become one of the most popular forms of entertainment among the public. However, in practice, unilateral concert cancellations by organizers often occur and potentially harm consumers as ticket buyers. This research aims to analyze the legal protection provided to consumers in cases of unilateral concert cancellations, using the case study of the NDX Band concert at the Bajenta Fest 2024 event, which was abruptly canceled by the organizer without clear accountability. This study employs a normative juridical method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The data used are secondary data consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The data analysis is conducted qualitatively by reviewing applicable positive legal norms, such as Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPer), and legal doctrines related to business actors’ liability. The findings indicate that the unilateral cancellation of a concert constitutes a breach of contract, thereby obligating the business actor to provide compensation, restitution, and/or ticket refunds in accordance with Article 4 point (h) and Article 7 point (g) of the Consumer Protection Law. Moreover, the delayed refund process lasting several months without legal certainty demonstrates the weak enforcement of consumer protection in the entertainment sector. Therefore, strengthening regulations and supervisory mechanisms over business actors in the entertainment industry is necessary to ensure the effective protection of consumer rights.
