The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of school policies in order to assess the level of teacher performance at SMP PGRI 01 Karangploso during the pandemic, where teachers are required to conduct effective learning activities even during the pandemic, which necessitates online learning activities. Additionally, there are assumptions that the use of online learning was considered ineffective because of a lack of school preparation and a lack of student readiness, as well as a lack of facilities to support online learning activities and a lack of effective regulations defining appropriate policies for the learning and pursuit process. The quantitative descriptive method was used in this study, and data were gathered through observations and in-depth interviews with various teachers and policymakers at schools. According to the findings of this study, the efficacy of school policies was classified as fairly effective, with an average score of 55,15. As a result, the policies established in schools must undergo revision by the parties involved. They must collaborate and assist one another. Among them are teachers as practitioners of learning, students as learning ob jects, school administration as suppliers of learning services, and parents as those responsible for providing online learning support facilities.

The motivation behind this study was to decide the impact of the nature of unrefined components and creation processes on the nature of creation at PKS Darmex Agro Bengkayang West Kalimantan to some extent and all the while. People increasingly understand that education at an early childhood is very impactful on the development of basic education. Children's basic education starts from early childhood education. One of the children’s developments is motor development. It is a broad opportunity to move, learning experiences to find, sensory motor activities which include the use of large and small muscles that allow children to have motor perceptual development. Therefore, the team carried out community service activities in Dalisodo Village to improve children's motor skills using the simple game method on August 25, 2022. Its aim is that mothers have knowledge in choosing the right games that can help children improve motor skills and can help children Dalisodo village growing to their full potential. This community service is carried out using by giving lectures and trainings for young mothers and toddlers in Dalisodo Village. The enthusiasm of the participants showed their curiosity in terms of games that could train children’s basic motor skills.

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline through job satisfaction. This research was conducted offline using questionnaires distributed to various respondents in CV Kurnia Fitri Ayu Farm, totaling 33 people based on the saturated sample formula. The quantitative Approach is the method used in this study. The presence of working variables makes Path Quality Analysis an appropriate research analysis. Research results Model I Partially know that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction and work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction. For Model II, it is known that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The indirect effect of the relationship between work motivation and Employee Performance is not able to mediate Job Satisfaction, and the indirect effect of the relationship between work discipline and Employee Performance is also not able to mediate Job Satisfaction.

Pengembangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) diarahkan agar memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap penciptaan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan ekspor dan peningkatan daya saing. Sementara itu pengembangan usaha skala mikro diarahkan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berpendapatan rendah, khususnya di sektor pertanian dan perdesaan. Kinerja nyata yang dihadapi oleh sebagian besar usaha terutama mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia yang paling menonjol adalah rendahnya tingkat produktivitas, rendahnya nilai tambah, dan rendahnya kualitas produk. Walau diakui pula bahwa UMKM menjadi lapangan kerja bagi sebagian besar pekerja di Indonesia, tetapi kontribusi dalam output nasional di katagorikan rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan UMKM, khususnya usaha mikro dan sektor pertanian (yang banyak menyerap tenaga kerja), mempunyai produktivitas yang sangat rendah. Bila upah dijadikan produktivitas, upah ratarata di usaha mikro dan kecil umumnya berada dibawah upah minimum. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada para pelakun umkm petani bawang dan pelaku usaha kripik mlempeng di Desa Purworejo kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang. Dengan pemahaman tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah upaya penigkatan pengetahuan bagi pelaku UMKM yaitu berupa kegiatan sosialiasi dan juga pelatihan. The development of small and medium Enterprises (SMes) is directed towards making significant contributions to job creation , increasing exports, and anhancing competiviness, while the development of micro-scale business is aimed at contributing to the improvement of income for low income communities, particularly in the agricultural and rural sectors. The real performance challenges faced by most businesses, especially micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, are notably low productivity levels, low value-added, and low product quality. Although it is acknowledged that MSMEs provide employment for a large portion of workers in Indonesia, their contribution to national output is categorized as low. This is because MSMEs, especially micro-enterprises and the agricultural sector (which employ a large workforce), have very low productivity. When wages are considered as productivity, average wages in micro and small businesses generally fall below the minimum wage. This situation also occurs among onion farmers and snack producers in the village of Purworejo, Ngantang District, Malang Regency. With this understanding, efforts to increase knowledge among MSME actors are needed, such as through socialization activities and training.

Financial â€œperformance plays an important role in knowing and assessing financial performance income so that cooperatives can make the right decisions in business development. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence income on financial performance at the Malang Brawijaya Cooperative. The research conducted is research using quantitative methods. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of the Malang Brawijaya Cooperative starting from 2018-2021. The data analysis method is financial ratio analysis. The results of the study prove that the factors that influence the financial performance of the Malang Brawijaya Cooperative, namely the liquidity ratio and leverage ratio, are stated to be healthy because cooperatives have high asset and capital values to pay business obligations, while the activity ratio factor and profitability ratio are declared to be very unhealthy because business activity is low and has low operating profit. Based on the these results, the cooperative of the university is suggested to calculate financial ratios inâ€ financial decision-making.

Sexual violence experienced by women is nothing new. However, reports in various mass media have left women in an increasingly worse position. This research is intended to uncover and analyze in depth the position of women in online media news texts. This research was operated using quality research, which specifically uses the discourse analysis method which was coined or developed by Sara Mills. The research results explain that the subject position explains the event or thing that is the object. Different from the subject-object position, the writer-reader position explains the writer's position when writing news text and the reader's position when reading the news text that has been written. The reader's position describes what kind of position the author wants to control the reader when reading the text. From this analysis it emerged that the position of women in the subject-object relationship in news texts is still placed as an object, where the existence of women is still ignored. Their existence in the text is represented by other parties who are men, so that women cannot represent themselves, either in social reality or in the text. Abstrak Kekerasan seksual yang dialami perempuan sudah bukan hal baru. Akan tetapi pemberitaan di berbagai media massa telah menyebabkan perempuan berada di posisi yang semakin buruk. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membongkar sekaligus mengalisa secara mendalam posisi perempuan dalamm teks berita media online. Penelitian ini dioperasikan dengan menggunakan penelitian kaulitas, yangs ecara khusus menggunakan metode analisis wacana yang dicetuskan atau dikembangkan oleh Sara Mills. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa posisi subjek menjelaskan peristiwa atau sesuatu hal yang menjadi objek. Berbeda dengan posisi subjek-objek, posisi penulis-pembaca menjelaskan bagaimana posisi penulis ketika menulis teks berita dan bagaimana posisi pembaca ketika membaca teks berita yang sudah ditulis tersebut. Posisi pembaca menggambarkan posisi seperti apa yang ingin dikendalikan oleh penulis terhadap pembaca ketika membaca teks. Dari analisis ini kemudian dihasilkan bahwa posisi Perempuan dalam relasi subjek-objek dalam teks berita masih ditempatkan sebagai objek, di mana keberadaan Perempuan masih terabaikan. Keberadaannya di dalam teks diwakili oleh pihak lain yang notabene laki-laki, sehingga Perempuan tidak bisa merepresentasikan diri mereka sendiri, baik di realitas sosial maupun di dalam teks.

Human resource development is also part of management to succeed and achieve organizational goals, to provide satisfactory (excellent) service to consumers. In government institutions, the attitudes, actions, and sympathies of employees are part of the excellent service that must be provided to the community. Public sector performance productivity is essential to be carried out to advance the organization effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes, actions, and sympathy on the productivity of the performance of employees of the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office. This study uses quantitative approaches and multiple linear regression as data analysis methods using the SPSS program. The sample of this study was determined using the Probability Sampling method. The researcher used questionnaires as a data collection technique. The results of the research and its analysis prove that the attitude of excellent service has a positive effect on the productivity of employee performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City, actions in excellent service not only have a positive effect but have a dominant effect on the productivity of employee performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City, and also sympathy for excellent service positively affects employee performance productivity of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malang City

Tourist destinations that are popular with visitors lately, but behind their great potential, natural tourism also has various challenges that are faced, ranging from poor management, suboptimal service, and environmental damage. This kind of thing hinders the growth and development of tourism itself. The progress of tourism itself cannot be separated from the quality of service of the officers, the availability of facilities and the tourist attractions themselves, with the quality of services, facilities and good attractions in tourism, the better the level of tourism. So that the level of satisfaction of visitors with services, tourist facilities and tourist attractions can determine the level of tourism progress. The quantitative approach method is used in this researcher. The sample in the study was 100 people from the entire population who traveled. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied had a considerable influence on the satisfaction of tourists of Mount Bhutak, Batu City, East Java.
