Abstract

Abstract Organization readiness measurement is a very important step to be performed by Pusat Dokumentasi Informasi Ilmiah (PDII) before implementing Knowledge Management System (KM) system. The measurement is intended to help PDII in analyzing its capability to have effective knowledge sharing before PDII implementing KM system. Readiness measurement is done by lowering KM enablers into several dimensions. Dimensions are derived into indicators which serve as questionnaire statements that will be distributed to PDII employees. Readiness scale is using Aydin-Tasci readiness scale. Beside readiness measurement, priority weighting calculation using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is also done to see which KM enablers and dimensions have to be prioritized by PDII in implementing KM system. Generally, PDII has readiness score of 3.02 (more ready to implement KM system). The results of readiness measurement and priority weight are: Culture readiness score is 3.091 (more ready to implement KM system) with priority weight by 24%, Process readiness score is 2.617 (more ready to implement KM system) with priority weight by 43.6%, and Information Technology readiness score is 3.448 (ready with a few improvements to implement KM system) with priority weight by 32.4%. Abstract

Kreativitas sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan bisnis UMKM saat ini guna membantu proses pengembangan UMKM kreatif agar lebih bersemangat dalam menciptakan inovasi di masa pandemi ini sehingga akan membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi agar UMKM dapat bertahan. Inovasi bisa berupa menghasilkan produk berkualitas dengan biaya rendah dan teknik penjualan sederhana namun efektif. UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar penting perekonomian Provinsi Jawa Tengah, khususnya Kabupaten Banyumas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk memfasilitasi UMKM dengan berbagai macam cara promosi yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha. Salah satu cara promosi tersebut adalah lewat partisipasi dalam pameran UMKM. Banyaknya bangunan bersejarah menjadikan Kecamatan Banyumas lokasi yang cocok untuk pelaksanaan pameran UMKM sebagai ruang insan kreatif untuk mengeksplorasi ide, berkarya dan berjejaring. Maka dari itu, sesuai dengan IKU kelima dimana hasil kerja dosen digunakan oleh masyarakat, hasil riset yang dilakukan sebaiknya memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat sekitar. Target luaran PKMS ini adalah seminar nasional pengabdian masyarakat, jurnal nasional pengabdian masyarakat, media massa, video kegiatan, HKI, dan peningkatan pemberdayaan mitra. PKMS ini diharapkan bisa menghasilkan inovasi dan kreasi yang dapat meningkatkan omset para pelaku usaha UMKM secara kontinu dan tetap menjadi solusi bagi mitra UMKM di tahun – tahun akan datang..

Abstract

Kaliori Village, located in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, is renowned for its rich arts and culture. Despite its cultural prominence, certain local potentials, such as the Serayu River, remain underdeveloped as tourism assets. This study aims to design a mascot as a branding strategy to enhance the Serayu River's image and promote it as a tourist destination. The method used included consultation, field observation, and collaborative design processes involving local communities and stakeholders. Results show that the "Bebek Bawor" mascot effectively embodies the cultural identity of Banyumas and contributes to increased brand awareness through its application in promotional materials and strategic placements. The conclusion highlights the significance of integrating cultural representation with modern branding techniques to develop sustainable tourism while fostering community participation.

Abstract

Ekstraksi madu hutan secara manual di KTH Rimba Langgeng, Desa Glempang, menghasilkan madu keruh, kurang higienis, dan rendemen rendah. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memodernisasi proses ekstraksi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas madu. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan. Solusi yang diimplementasikan adalah Alat Pres Madu berbahan Food Grade Stainless Steel 304 yang terintegrasi saringan ganda dan mekanisme ulir tekan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan; madu menjadi jauh lebih jernih, bersih, dan higienis karena terfilter secara mekanis tanpa kontak tangan langsung. Efisiensi ekstraksi meningkat dari 30% menjadi 52%, yang berdampak pada kenaikan omset bulanan kelompok sebesar 73,3%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan terapan, khususnya pada rekayasa teknologi pascapanen berbasis sistem mekanis untuk optimalisasi hasil hutan bukan kayu dan penjaminan standar keamanan pangan (food safety).  Abstract. Manual extraction of forest honey at KTH Rimba Langgeng, Glempang Village, produces cloudy, unhygienic honey with low yields. This community service program aims to modernize the extraction process to improve honey quality and productivity. The implementation method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) through socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring. The implemented solution is a Honey Press Machine made of Food Grade Stainless Steel 304, integrated with a double mesh filter and a screw-press mechanism. The results show significant improvements; the honey becomes much clearer, cleaner, and more hygienic due to mechanical filtering without direct hand contact. Extraction efficiency increased from 30% to 52%, leading to a 73.3% increase in the group’s monthly turnover. This community service contributes to the development of applied science, particularly in post-harvest technology engineering based on mechanical systems to optimize non-timber forest products and ensure food safety standards.
