Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa ditinjau dari motivasi belajar matematika pada pokok bahasan aritmatika sosial. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 5 orang siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Darma yang terdiri dari 1 siswa dengan kategori motivasi sangat tinggi, 3 siswa dengan motivasi tinggi, dan 1 siswa dengan motivasi sedang. Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen tes, angket, dan wawancara. Aspek indikator literasi matematis yang digunakan yaitu diantaranya: 1) Merumuskan, 2) Menerapkan, dan 3) Menafsirkan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa yang memiliki motivasi sangat tinggi memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis rendah dan memenuhi dua aspek kemampuan literasi matematis yaitu formulate dan employ. Siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis kategori sangat tinggi dan sedang, serta memenuhi tiga aspek kemampuan literasi matematis, meliputi formulate, employ, dan interpret. Sedangkan siswa yang memiliki motivasi sedang memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis rendah dan memenuhi dua aspek kemampuan literasi matematis, yaitu employ dan interpret.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is becoming increasingly important in the world of education because each student has different characteristics and learning needs. Students have different backgrounds, experiences, interests, and intelligence, such as visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, musical-rhythmic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal intelligence. Multiple intelligence is a theory that states that each individual has several different types of intelligence or intelligence. Every individual has unique and different multiple intelligences. This research aims to obtain a differentiated mathematics learning tool based on multiple intelligences that meets valid and practical criteria. The learning tool in question is a Learning Implementation Plan which was developed according to the principles of differentiated learning based on multiple intelligences. The design used in this research is Research and Development. The stages or procedures of this development research refer to five main steps, namely needs analysis; product development (teaching materials); expert validation and product revision, and small-scale field trials. Data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires, observations, and validation sheets. The results of the expert validation analysis of the RPP are included in the very valid criteria with an average validity value of 3.88 and the results of the response analysis obtained a score of 90.10 with very practical criteria. Differentiation in this research is based on the multiple intelligences of diverse students, researchers or teachers can continue research by looking at differentiation from other relevant aspects

Abstract

The increasingly competitive business environment demands a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Consumers influence the demand for products or services, making the analysis of their behavior essential for effective business strategies. This article discusses the use of economic mathematics to systematically and measurably analyze consumer behavior. Quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis are used, with primary data from consumer surveys and secondary data from industry reports and e-commerce platforms. Data analysis involves linear and non-linear regression models as well as machine learning techniques such as logistic regression and decision trees. The results show that price, promotion, product quality, and consumer reviews are key factors influencing purchasing decisions. In the digital era, consumer behavior data is increasingly accessible and can be analyzed with machine learning algorithms and big data. These findings provide insights into how economic mathematics helps optimize marketing strategies and enhance competitiveness. Practical recommendations include optimizing pricing and promotion strategies as well as improving product quality. This research contributes to understanding and leveraging consumer behavior for business success

Abstract

ABSTRAKKondisi literasi numerasi yang ada di desa Lebakardin Purwawinangun yaitu kurangnya anak dalam berliterasi dan numerasi, mereka lebih menyukai bermain game online/gadget daripada belajar di rumah dan juga sedikit menyukai belajar matematika (numerasi). Penyebab kurangnya anak belajar numerasi di rumah yaitu orang tua tidak peduli atau tidak mendampingi anak ketika belajar dan setiap pulang dari kerja orang tua sangat jarang menanyakan tugas sekolah anak. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan: 1) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi anak usia sekolah dasar; 2) untuk mengurangi kecanduan anak-anak usia sekolah dasar dalam bermain game online; 3) untuk membantu orang tua lebih memperhatikan anak-anaknya dalam belajar numerasi (matematika) di kelurahan Purwawinangun Kuningan. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan membuat bimbingan belajar matematika (numerasi). Subjek pengabdian adalah anak-anak usia sekolah dasar dan orang tua berjumlah 15 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, observasi, penentuan teknis pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan program dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh telah berhasil: 1) meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi anak usia sekolah dasar; 2) mengurangi kecanduan anak-anak usia sekolah dasar dalam bermain game online; 3) membantu orang tua lebih memperhatikan anak-anaknya dalam belajar numerasi (matematika). Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Numerasi; PendampinganABSTRACTThe condition of numeracy literacy in Lebakardin Purwawinangun village is that children rarely do literacy and numeracy activities, they prefer playing online games/gadgets rather than studying at home and they also don't like studying mathematics (numeracy). The reason for the lack of children learning numeracy at home is that parents don't care or don't accompany their children when studying and every time they come home from work parents rarely ask about their children's school assignments. The community service program aims to: 1) improve the literacy and numeracy ability of elementary school-age children; 2) reduce the addiction of elementary school-aged children to playing online games; and 3) help parents pay more attention to their children's learning of numeracy (mathematics)  in Purwawinangun Kuningan village. Formal community service activities are carried out by making tutoring in learning mathematics (numeracy). The subjects of service were 15 elementary school-age children and the parents. Activities are carried out in stages, including planning, observation, technical implementation, program implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service obtained have succeeded in: 1) improving the numeracy literacy abilities of elementary school-aged children; 2) reducing the addiction of elementary school-aged children to playing online games; and 3) helping parents pay more attention to their children's learning of numeracy (mathematics) in Purwawinangun Kuningan village. Keywords: Numeracy literacy; Mentoring

Abstract

This service was motivated by the results of the Teacher Performance Assessment carried out at one of the schools assisted by the Madrasah Aliyah 3 Cirebon working group which stated that 60% of teachers did not have the competency skills that indicated they were professional teachers. The assessment team provided recommendations to improve teachers' teaching abilities so that the quality of learning could be better. One effort to improve teachers' teaching abilities can be done by providing training on eight basic teacher teaching abilities, training on student centered learning models and their application in preparing Learning Implementation Plans.  In order to overcome this problem, it was implemented.  on June 24 2024 training on basic teaching skills for teachers was carried out, on June 25 2024 training on student centered learning models was carried out, and on June 26 2024 feedback and evaluation of training results was carried out through the preparation of learning tool plans. The methods used in this training are lecture, question and answer and simulation methods, while the evaluation is carried out in two parts, namely evaluation during the training process and post-training evaluation.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum has been implemented in most schools in Indonesia, from PAUD to SMA. One form of assessment in this curriculum is the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK), which includes various types of assessments, including the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), learning environment surveys, and character surveys. In AKM, students are expected to master literacy and numeracy skills through questions with relatively long texts, which often make it difficult for many students to understand and solve the questions satisfactorily. As a solution, it is important for schools to intensively introduce the types of AKM questions to students and get them used to, both independently and in groups, solving numeracy literacy-based questions using interactive e-books. This community service program was carried out for one day at SDN Paninggaran Darma, Kuningan Regency, and focused on introducing AKM questions based on numeracy literacy. During the activity, grade 5 students showed that they were not familiar with the questions, so they still faced difficulties in solving the problems. The evaluation was conducted by asking students to complete 5 AKM questions based on numeracy literacy directly in class. The conclusion is that students already have an understanding of various types of Minimum Competency Assessment questions based on numeracy literacy and show an increase in their ability to solve questions in the moderate category. To improve students' numeracy literacy skills, routine efforts need to be made to introduce these questions during the daily learning process, so that they can better apply these skills in their daily lives. Suggestion: Students already understand various types of Minimum Competency Assessment questions that focus on numeracy literacy and show an increase in their ability to solve questions with a moderate level of difficulty. In order for students' numeracy literacy skills to continue to develop and be applied in their daily lives, it is important to continue

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berawal dari hasil Penilaian Kinerja Guru di salah satu sekolah yang termasuk dalam kelompok kerja Madrasah Aliyah 3 Cirebon, yang menunjukkan bahwa 60% guru belum memiliki kompetensi yang mencerminkan profesionalisme seorang guru. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, tim penilai merekomendasikan agar kemampuan mengajar guru ditingkatkan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan terkait delapan keterampilan dasar mengajar, pelatihan model-model pembelajaran student centered learning, serta penerapannya dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Sebagai langkah konkret untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 4 November 2024 untuk keterampilan dasar mengajar, 5 November 2024 untuk model pembelajaran student centered learning, dan pada 6 November 2024 untuk umpan balik serta evaluasi hasil pelatihan melalui penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi, dengan evaluasi dilakukan dalam dua tahap: selama pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low student ability in solving word problems in mathematics, indicating significant challenges in understanding and applying mathematical concepts in real-life contexts. The aim of this study is to describe the errors made by students and the factors contributing to these errors in solving word problems based on Watson's criteria. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection methods used include tests and interviews. A total of 29 tenth-grade students from SMA Negeri Cigugur were given test problems, and subsequently, 16 students were selected as research subjects, representing each of Watson's error criteria. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the most common types of errors made by students include omitted data (OD), inappropriate procedures (IP), such as incorrect procedures, response level conflicts (RLC), and inappropriate data (ID). Some of the factors contributing to these errors include failure to draw conclusions from the obtained data, lack of understanding of quadratic equations, and insufficient student preparation in solving problems. On the other hand, less frequently occurring errors include above other (AO), omitted data (OD), undirected manipulation (UM), and skill hierarchy problems (SHP). The factors causing these less frequent errors are generally related to students' lack of attention to detail and accuracy in problem-solving. This research provides significant contributions as a foundation for teachers to design more effective teaching strategies, particularly in enhancing students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui media pembelajaran blended learning berbasis Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) menggunakan Moodle. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI di SMK Model Patriot dengan jumlah 31 siswa. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket efikasi diri, lembar observasi, uji kevalidan, serta uji kepraktisan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan media berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi 1 dan 2 mencapai 87,94% dan 94,19%, penilaian ahli materi pengguna TPACK 1 dan 2 mencapai 90,22% dan 94,52%, sementara kevalidan berdasarkan penilaian ahli media 1 dan 2 mencapai 94,39% dan 93,67%. Kepraktisan media berdasarkan respon guru mencapai 91,66% dan berdasarkan respon siswa mencapai 90,66%. Selain itu, hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada efikasi diri siswa, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 55 meningkat menjadi 87 pada post-test. Uji N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan efikasi diri sebesar 0,70 yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Moodle berbasis TPACK dalam model blended learning mampu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa.
