Abstract

This Research studies the influence of budgeting participation to the managerial performance with the organization commitment and leadership style as the moderating variables. The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of budgeting participation to the managerial performance at Department of Revenue and Financial Management of Surabaya. This Research is meant to find out whether the organization commitment and leadership style moderates of budgeting participation to the managerial performance. This Research is conducted by using questionnaires survey method wich is distributed to 30 respondents. The result of the research shows that the first hypothesis wich states that budgeting participation has an influence to the managerial performance shows that the significant level is 0.003 is smaller than α=0.05 which indicates that H1 is accepted which means that the budgeting participation has an influence to the managerial performance. The second hypothesis shows that the significant level is 0.417 which is bigger than α=0.05 which indicates that H2 is insignificant. It means that the organization commitment does not moderate the budgeting participation to the managerial performance, and the third hypothesis test (H3) shows that the significant level of 0.004 which is smaller than α=0.005. It means that the leadership style moderates the budgeting participation to the managerial performance. Abstract

Abstrak Label informasi gizi adalah informasi kandungan nilai gizi yang wajib dituliskan pada makanan kemasan untuk memudahkan konsumen memilih produk yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan gizi. Pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi sangat diperlukan konsumen karena akan memengaruhi perilaku pemilihan makanan kemasan yang dikonsumsinya sehingga dapat memengaruhi status gizi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi mahasiswa status gizi obesitas dan normal serta mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi terhadap perilaku pemilihan makanan kemasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observational analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok status gizi obesitas (n=33) dan kelompok status gizi normal (n=33). Peneliti meng-gunakan instrumen kuesioner yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan 51,5% mahasiswa status gizi normal memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi yang cukup baik dibandingkan mahasiswa obesitas yang hanya 21,2%. Hasil uji beda dengan Mann Whitney juga menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi dan perilaku pemilihan makanan kemasan antara mahasiswa status gizi obesitas dan normal (p=0,004 dan p=0,000). Penelitian ini menemukan hubungan pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi dengan perilaku pemilihan makanan kemasan pada mahasiswa berstatus gizi obesitas dan normal menggunakan uji Spearman (p=0,004 dan p=0,007). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan cara membaca label informasi gizi mahasiswa status gizi normal lebih baik daripada mahasiswa obesitas saat memilih makanan kemasan.Kata kunci: pengetahuan label informasi gizi, perilaku pemilihan makanan kemasan, status gizi Abstract Nutrition facts label is information on the nutritional content that must be written on packaged foods to ease the consumers to choose the right product according to their nutritional needs. Consumer’s knowledge on how to read nutritional information labels is very required because it will affect the choosing behavior of packaged food consumed, so it can affect the nutritional status they have. This study aimed to determine the differences in knowledge on how to read nutrition information labels among normal and obesity students and to know the relationship of knowledge on how to read nutritional information labels and the behavior of packaged food selection. This study was an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach using purposive sampling. Samples were divided into two groups, namely obese status group (n=33) and normal status group (n=33). The instrument used was questionnaire that had been validated before. In this study, 51.5% of normal status students had good knowledge on reading nutritional information labels compared to obese students, which was only 21.2%. The results of different test with Mann Whitney also stated a difference in the knowledge level on reading nutritional information labels and packaged food selection behavior among obese and normal students (p=0.004 and p=0.000). This study found a relation of knowledge on reading nutritional information labels and the behavior of packaged food selection on obese and normal students using the Spearman test (p=0.004 and p=0.007). Thus, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge on how to read the nutritional information label of students in normal nutritional status is better than obese students when choosing packaged foods. Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi adalah bimbingan fisik, mental dan sosial, bukan hanya tidak adanya penyakit atau kecacatan dalam semua hal yang berhubungan dengan sistem reproduksi, fungsi dan prosesnya. Pemahaman mengenai kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja sangat penting berkaitan dengan masa depan remaja. Jumlah remaja yang pernah mendapat pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dinilai masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif dengan sampel 270 siswa dari dari 843 siswa di semua kelas di SMA Negeri 3 Palembang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 108 siswa (40%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang kesehatan reproduksi, sementara 116 siswa (43%) adalah cukup dan 46 siswa (17,0%) kurang berpengetahuan. Observasi tentang sikap remaja terhadap kesehatan reprosuksi, 111 siswa (41,1%) menunjukkan sangat positif dalam mendukung upaya untuk menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, sebanyak 97 siswa (35,9%) yang positif mendukung upaya dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, sementara 54 siswa (20,0%) memiliki sikap negatif yang tidak mendukung upaya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi dan hanya 8 siswa (3,0%) yang memiliki sikap benar-benar negatif, tidak mendukung dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi. Disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja masih kurang, sementara sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja telah cukup mendukung.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang tidak disukai oleh siswa, dikarenakan banyaknya rumus yang harus dihafal dan dipelajari serta banyaknya angka yang harus dihitung. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di SDN 006 Baturijal Barat sebagai upaya dalam mengatasi rasa tidak suka siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Adapun metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap Siswa kelas 4. Peneliti langsung ikut serta dalam pembelajaran matematika dan juga mengambil beberapa dokumentasi. Dalam pembelajaran matematika terdapat materi bangun datar yang terdiri dari persegi panjang, persegi, segitiga, trapesium, jajar genjang, belah ketupat, layang-layang, dan lingkaran. Peneliti mengkolaborasikan permainan tradisional engklek dengan pembelajaran bangun datar agar siswa suka dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Setelah adanya inovasi dalam pengkolaborasian antara pembelajaran bangun datar dengan permainan tradisional engklek membuat siswa menjadi lebih tertarik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan lebih cepat memahami pembelajaran, serta membuat siswa lebih mengenal budaya melayu melalui permainan tradisional engklek.

Abstract

Cosmetics have now transformed into one of the daily necessities and are consumed by all demographics, both young and old, men and women. The increase in demand and need for cosmetic products was initially only for beauty purposes, but it has since evolved to include health, body care, and hygiene needs, culminating in the current trend of smooth and flawless skin, commonly known as glass skin, using a series of specific facial cream cosmetic products. The increase in public demand for facial cream cosmetic products presents an opportunity for threats to human security, where cosmetics manufacturer seek maximum profit by adding several hazardous substances, thereby posing a risk to public health. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques from interviews, observations, and library research. The research results indicate a serious threat from dangerous facial cream cosmetic products with various evolving modes that 'outsmart' regulations, actions carried out by individuals who possess facilities, capital, knowledge, and access related to these matters. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate appropriate strategies to prevent strategic surprises through scenario planning that outlines several intelligence strategies to prevent and anticipate them.

Abstract

The STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach integrates various disciplines to create a holistic and interdisciplinary learning experience. In the context of elementary education, projects such as constructing wind turbines and mini bridges provide opportunities for students to apply scientific and technical concepts in practical projects. Through the wind turbine project, students learn about the principles of physics and engineering in designing and building models that can generate energy. Meanwhile, the mini bridge project teaches students about structure and material strength, as well as the importance of design in engineering. Both projects require students to collaborate in groups, divide tasks, and solve problems collaboratively. Implementing the STEAM approach in these projects has proven effective in enhancing students' 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Furthermore, this approach also increases students' motivation and interest in learning, as they can directly see the practical applications of the concepts being studied. Overall, STEAM-based projects like wind turbines and mini bridges not only enrich students' learning experiences but also prepare them to face future challenges with relevant and applicable skills.
