Abstract

The current development of smal and medium enterprise (MSMEs) is not accompanied by the application of information technology, which is increasingly developing rapidly. This is experienced by almost all laundry business actors in North Sulawesi. This study aims to develop the Yunit Laundry application which can support the operations of laundry entrepreneurs. On the other hand, it can help laundry service users in accessing laundry services or using laundry services. This study applies the Scrum framework as a guide in the system development process. Meanwhile, system modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language. The results of this research are a series of web site applications that will be used by laundry entrepreneur admins and Android-based mobile applications for laundry service users.

Abstract

Perkembangan Pesat Teknologi dan Perubahan Pola Komunikasi Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara manusia berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi. Salah satu dampak yang paling mencolok adalah kemunculan forum daring atau aplikasi perforuman, yang telah menjadi medium populer bagi individu untuk berbagi ide, informasi, dan pengalaman secara global.Dengan adanya aplikasi threads, terdapat juga kelebihan dan kekurangan dari aplikasi yang ada, mulai dari fitur yang kurang hingga yang maximal. Analisis sentimen pada playstore dilakukan agar mengetahui aplikasi threads yang bari diluncurkan ini bagaiman performa aplikasi ini. Metode lexicon based dan naive bayes classifier dipilih agar dapat mengklasifikasikan antara ulasan yang bersentimen positif, dan negatif agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam menentukan pilihan beserta mengetahui tingkat akurasi antara kedua metode. Dari hasil kedua metode telah didapatkan bahwa sentimen positif memiliki persentase tertinggi terhadap aplikasi threads. Sedangkan perbandingan akurasi dari kedua metode menghasilkan 55% untuk metode lexicon based dan 51% untuk metode naive bayes classifier. Dari hasil tersebut dapat menunjukkan bahwa data yang telah dianalisis tentang aplikasi threads memiliki nilai positif dan hasil akurasi dari metode lexicon based memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi dari pada metode naive bayes classifier .

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tuntutan efisiensi dan perkembangan teknologi, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Tomohon perlu menerapkan pendekatan terstruktur dan canggih untuk memprediksi kebutuhan barang dinas secara akurat. Penelitian ini akan membuat sistem prediksi pengadaan barang menggunakan algoritma regresi linier, ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengadaan barang dengan analisis data, memberikan kontribusi positif dalam merumuskan kebijakan perencanaan yang lebih cerdas dan terukur dalam pengelolaan barang. Penulis mengumpulkan data di Dinas Pendidikan Daerah Kota Tomohon dan Dinas Kebudayaan dan melakukan penelitian ini di rumah dan di program studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Negeri Manado. Dari data pengadaan barang tahun 2018-2022 diperoleh kemiringan 2,5 dan intersep -5041, serta persamaan garis linier Y = -5041+2,5 X. Kesimpulan Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Algoritma Regresi Linier dapat memprediksi pengadaan barang secara tepat dan akurat. Nilai R-squared yang dihasilkan adalah 1 yang berarti model regresi linier sangat baik.

Abstract

Language is a tool for communicating with interlocutors Indonesia is a country that uses Indonesian as an official language, but Indonesia is a multilingual country with 719 regional languages ​​in Indonesia, some of which are classified as endangered. One of the Indonesian regional languages ​​is the Toulour regional language which is one of the regional languages ​​of the Minahasa tribe where the use of the Toulour language is currently decreasing due to the increasing use of the Manado Malay language, making the Toulour language increasingly shifting and threatened with extinction. This research aims to build language resources, namely a corpus, for linguistic researchers to create a dictionary that can later be accessed digitally. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle method, a system development stage. The result of this research is a corpus analysis website that shows 6 corpus analysis techniques, namely word frequency, concordance, tokens, collocations, n-grams, and word lists. There is a download-all token feature for users which can later be utilized by the researcher. Users can also carry out their analysis by entering language text and concordances, collocations, and n-grams, users can also search for them with one keyword.

Abstract

Data is a collection generated from various media used by humans. DNA data is a form of data, which is data in the form of genetic code text to store biological identities and characteristics of living things. This study used DNA to test the similarity level of North Sulawesi pigs. The method used is the Pairwise Sequence Alignment method. With sequences of different DNA lengths, the researcher implemented the Needleman-Wunsch algorithm for alignment. Matching is used using the BioPython module, which is in pairwise2. And this study produces a model and proportion of the similarity level of North Sulawesi Pigs that can be used as future references for biological research on molecular biology or for the field of informatics in implementing Needleman-Wunsch algorithm in Python, or references and additional knowledge for research in Bioinformatics.

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers at Informatics Engineering Universitas Negeri Manado, there is no Thesis Repository that functions to accommodate data on Thesis Titles of Informatics Engineering Study Program Students. Based on this, researchers plan to develop a web-based Thesis Repository System at Universitas Negeri Manado Informatics using the Agile Software Development method. After the web-based Thesis Repository System in Informatics Engineering Universitas Negeri Manado was successfully developed using the Agile Software Development method, testing carried out using the black box testing method obtained good results, where 12 test points were successfully achieved and the developed system could help the study program in recording thesis data from students.

Abstract

This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed people's life patterns by enabling easy access to information via smart devices such as smartphones. One of the pressing needs is easy access to information on nearby health services, especially in emergency situations or to get timely treatment. This research aims to develop an Android-based health service search application by utilizing the Haversine algorithm and Google Maps API. The Google Maps API was chosen because of its ability to provide accurate location data and various visualization features that help users navigate. The result of this research is a health service search application that utilizes the Haversine algorithm to calculate the distance between users and the nearest health facility to easily find health services that suit their needs based on the closest location. Application testing shows satisfactory results, with a high level of accuracy in determining the location of the nearest health facility. This application is expected to be an effective solution in making it easier for people to find the nearest health services quickly and efficiently via their smart devices.

Abstract

Lack of understanding about bullying and the absence of media that can be used in preventing bullying are the main problems for community service partners. Through bullying prevention activities in schools using the Online Diary application, it is hoped that it can be a solution in preventing bullying behavior. The community service methods used are lecture, question and answer and practice methods. The community service stages consist of the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the implementation of the activity provide solutions to partner problems. This can be seen from the increase in participant knowledge in understanding bullying and how to use the online diary application with an average percentage value increasing from the pre-test by 34.11% to 87.11% or from the sufficient category to the very good category. Overall, the activity was carried out and provided benefits to partners.

Abstract

The attendance system used by the Education Department can be said to be still manual. Where they use the Timestamp application to take photos. Where the application only takes faces without detecting the face. Therefore, researchers created a face detection presence system by applying the Multi-Task Cascaded Convolutional Neural Network algorithm using the face-api.min.js library for the face detection process. The aim of this research is to make it easier for school supervisors to manage attendance, so they can provide accurate information. Then, based on the research results, a face detection and location detection system for school supervisors was successfully developed using the Multi-Task Cascaded Convolutional Neural Network (MTCNN) algorithm. From the results of tests carried out using a dataset of 140 images from 28 people with different photos taken (face view, top view, bottom view, left side view, right side view). Test results on the facial presence detection system using the MTCNN (Multi-Task Cascaded Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm succeeded in detecting faces by 100%.
