Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan dua algoritma untuk estimasi timbulan sampah yaitu algoritma regresi linear dengan algoritma backpropagation. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui model algoritma dengan performa terbaik yang dihasilkan dari kedua algoritma tersebut yang mana algoritma dengan kinerja terbaik akan digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem estimasi timbulan sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil evaluasi model untuk kedua algoritma menggunakan data uji didapatkan bahwa model regresi linear sederhana memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari pada model backpropagation. Untuk nilai error pengujian data uji dengan metrik evaluasi MSE dan MAE pada model algoritma regresi linear yaitu sebesar 0,034382 dan 0,13332 dibandingkan dengan backpropagation didapatkan nilai MSE dan MAE sebesar 0,03457 dan 0.13974. Dan pada penelitian ini telah dibuat sistem estimasi timbulan sampah menggunakan algoritma regresi linear sederhana dengan pengujian algoritma memiliki nilai error MAPE kurang dari 10% yang mana masuk dalam kategori sangat akurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat website e-commerce untuk BUMDes Rumior Makmur Teep Trans, agar dapat membantu dalam proses transaksi barang dan pengolahan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, (4) testing, (5) maintenance. Metode pengujian yang digunakan black box testing untuk menguji fungsi sistem yang telah dibuat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat membantu pihak BUMDes Rumior Makmur Teep Trans dalam transaksi barang dan pengolahan data.

Abstract

The use of information technology has become essential in improving operational efficiency and data accuracy, particularly in visitor registration systems. At PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Lahendong, visitor data collection was still carried out manually, often resulting in long queues, unreadable handwriting, and data management difficulties. This study proposes the development of a web-based digital guest book system using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and the Laravel framework. OCR is employed to extract visitor data automatically from images of ID cards (KTP), eliminating the need for manual entry. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which emphasizes iterative prototyping and user involvement. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed a high satisfaction score of 90.2%, categorized as "Very Good." In addition, OCR testing demonstrated 100% accuracy in extracting data from high-quality KTP images. The implementation of this system simplifies the visitor registration process, reduces the reliance on manual input, no need to leave the ID card at the security post, and enhances data security.

Abstract

Identifikasi wajah telah dianggap sebagai domain penelitian yang menarik dalam beberapa tahun terakhir karena memainkan peran biometrik utama biometrik utama dalam beberapa aplikasi termasuk manajemen kehadiran dan sistem kontrol akses. Kehadiran Sistem manajemen kehadiran sangat penting bagi semua organisasi meskipun rumit dan memakan waktu untuk mengelola log kehadiran. Ada banyak teknik identifikasi manusia otomatis seperti biometrik, RFID, pelacakan mata, suara pengenalan. Wajah adalah salah satu biometrik yang paling banyak digunakan untuk otentikasi identitas manusia. Sistem presensi pengenalan wajah sistem presensi pengenalan wajah berdasarkan jaringan syaraf tiruan convolutional neural network. Kami memanfaatkan Deep Learning dengan menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan yang telah dilatih sebelumnya dan melatihnya pada data kami. Hasil menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat tinggi dalam dalam hal akurasi prediksi yang tinggi dan waktu pelatihan yang masuk akal.

Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan salah satu bencana yang sering terjadi dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar, baik secara material maupun psikologis terutama bagi anak anak. Kurangnya edukasi mengenai kesiapsiaagan bencana kebakaran menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah game edukasi berbasis android menggunakan algoritma A* untuk membantu anak-anak memahami cara menghadapi situasi darurat kebakaran .Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multimedia Decelopment Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahap. Game yang dikembangkan berjudul Pici Sang Penakluk Api yang dirancang dalam format 3D menggunakan Unity. Algoritma A* diterapkan untuk menentukan jalur evakuasi yang optimal. Dalam tahap pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box testing yang menunjukkan bahwa game berjalan sesuai dengan fungsionalitas yang dirancang. Hasil penelitian diharakan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai kesiapsiaagan terhadap kebakaran.

Abstract

The procedure of recording the attendance of casual workers at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Minahasa Regency is still carried out manually, which is easily exposed to recording errors, manipulation of data, and requires ineffective time and energy. To solve this problem, this research aims to design and develop a web-based attendance recording system by applying the Prototype method. This method was chosen because it supports the development of a system that is interactive and responsive to user needs through a series of iterations between developers and users. The designed system enables electronic attendance recording, employee data management, as well as the presentation of attendance reports automatically and precisely. The pilot test shows that the system is able to increase efficiency and accuracy in the attendance administration process, as well as facilitate supervision by the authorities. Therefore, the system is expected to serve as an effective solution to support a more modern and transparent administrative management within the Secretariat of Minahasa Regency Parliament.

Abstract

General background: Online gambling has become a growing societal issue in Indonesia, affecting various economic and social dimensions. Specific background: North Sulawesi is identified as one of the most vulnerable regions, with a high volume of gambling transactions and significant social consequences. Knowledge gap: Previous studies in Indonesia have focused mainly on behavioral, legal, or health aspects, with limited use of predictive modeling to map community vulnerability. Aims: This study aims to analyze the social, economic, and psychological impacts of online gambling and to develop a predictive model using the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify impact levels. Results: Based on data from 504 respondents, the model achieved an accuracy rate of 94.05% in classifying impacts into light, moderate, and severe categories. Precision and recall were highest for light and severe categories, while moderate categories showed lower performance. Novelty: This research introduces a data-driven predictive approach within a regional Indonesian context, which has been underexplored in prior studies. Implications: The findings provide a practical foundation for regional governments to design targeted interventions, ranging from digital literacy programs to psychological rehabilitation services, based on data-driven risk classification. Highlight: The model achieved 94.05% accuracy in classifying online gambling impacts. Regional data provided structured insights into social, economic, and psychological consequences. Abstract

Data is a collection generated from various media used by humans. DNA data is a form of data, which is data in the form of genetic code text to store biological identities and characteristics of living things. This study used DNA to test the similarity level of North Sulawesi pigs. The method used is the Pairwise Sequence Alignment method. With sequences of different DNA lengths, the researcher implemented the Needleman-Wunsch algorithm for alignment. Matching is used using the BioPython module, which is in pairwise2. And this study produces a model and proportion of the similarity level of North Sulawesi Pigs that can be used as future references for biological research on molecular biology or for the field of informatics in implementing Needleman-Wunsch algorithm in Python, or references and additional knowledge for research in Bioinformatics.

Abstract

Primary school education is the education of children aged 7 to 13 years as education at the basic level which is developed in accordance with educational units, regional potential and socio-culture. School readiness for children is no less important because in fact school readiness for children is very important for children because many children are found to be still not ready. attended school when but was already in elementary school. To overcome this problem, this research provides a solution by building an expert system for detecting school readiness in children using the forward chaining method, which is a technique in an expert system that begins with gathering information starting from collecting premises which is followed by a conclusion or derived information (then). From the results of testing using functional testing and usability testing, it is known that in implementing the forward chaining method, 24 symptoms of school readiness were identified based on knowledge obtained directly from psychologists. The results obtained in testing using usability testing based on the results obtained are assessed as final and then the average value is calculated. The final conclusion of the results determined through the SUS Score assessment is 84%. This shows that this system easy and useful in assessing children's school readiness. The implication of the results of this test is that the school readiness detection expert system can be a useful tool for parents, teachers to evaluate children's readiness to enter elementary school.

Abstract

Language is a tool for communicating with interlocutors Indonesia is a country that uses Indonesian as an official language, but Indonesia is a multilingual country with 719 regional languages ​​in Indonesia, some of which are classified as endangered. One of the Indonesian regional languages ​​is the Toulour regional language which is one of the regional languages ​​of the Minahasa tribe where the use of the Toulour language is currently decreasing due to the increasing use of the Manado Malay language, making the Toulour language increasingly shifting and threatened with extinction. This research aims to build language resources, namely a corpus, for linguistic researchers to create a dictionary that can later be accessed digitally. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle method, a system development stage. The result of this research is a corpus analysis website that shows 6 corpus analysis techniques, namely word frequency, concordance, tokens, collocations, n-grams, and word lists. There is a download-all token feature for users which can later be utilized by the researcher. Users can also carry out their analysis by entering language text and concordances, collocations, and n-grams, users can also search for them with one keyword.
