Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh parsial dan simultan kompetensi guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada UPT- SPF SMP Negeri 21 Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di UPT- SPF SMP Negeri 21 Makassar populasi adalah guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada UPT SPF- SMP Negeri 21 Makassar Guru Bahasa Indonesia 4 Orang, Guru Agama 4 orang Guru PPKn 3 orang , Guru IPA 3 orang, Guru IPS 4 orang, Guru Olahraga 4 orang, Guru Seni Budaya 3 Orang Bahasa Inggris 4 orang, Guru Muatan Lokal 2 orang Guru BK 2 Orang Jumlah keseluruhan guru PNS dalam populasi adalah 33. sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (Sensus) populasi sekaligus sampel.. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dan tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning Berbasis Lingkungan pembelajaran IPS terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar dengan Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 236 siswa. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Random Sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 terbagi dua 30 siswa kelompok kontrol dan 30 siswa kelompok eksprimen , tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dan tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis uji-t menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran discovery Learning berbasis lingkungan pada siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar adalah kategori Baik..Gambaran Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar dari lima indikator kategori penilaian 3 Indikator berkategori Baik dan 2 berkategori cukup. Dari hasil observasi ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar adalah berkategori Cukup Baik. Pengaruh pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis lingkungan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif kelompok kontrol siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 4,958 > t tabel 2,045 (n-1=29) . dan kelompok Eksprimen 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 7,730 > t tabel 2,045 (n-1=29) . Berdasarkan data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontrol dan kelompok Eksprimen ada pengaruh pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis lingkungan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 Makassar Uji perbedaan t hitung 2,42 > t tabel = 1,671 dan sig. 0.018 < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok Eksprimen pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis lingkungan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa Kelas VII UPT SPF SMPN 29 adalah positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

In social studies classes, students' learning outcomes may be impacted by the absence of learning variables used during the teaching process. The aim is to find out how the application of a CTL-based learning approach can influence students' social studies learning outcomes. This research adopts a quasi-experimental research type with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest research design. The sampling technique was carried out purposively on a population of 91 students, resulting in two sample groups including class VIIIa as the experimental group with 30 students and class VIIIb as the control class with 30 students. The instrument used as a data collection tool is an essay test. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics (hypothesis testing). The research results obtained in the form of descriptive statistics show that of the 13 statements regarding the implementation of contextual learning and learning, 7 implementation statements are included in the Effective category, 2 statements in the very effective category, and 4 statements in the Quite Effective category. The results of this observation show that the implementation of contextual learning and learning of social studies subjects is going well. The results of hypothesis testing for social studies learning outcomes through an independent sample t-test show that Sig. count < α or 0.013 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of contextual learning and teaching approaches on the average value of social studies learning outcomes for experimental group students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and teamwork on the performance of educators at SLBN 1 Bulukumba, both partially and simultaneously. The study uses an associative quantitative approach. The study population includes all 47 educators at SLBN 1 Bulukumba. The entire population was used as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and school documentation. The instrument was tested through Pearson Product Moment validity and Cronbach's Alpha reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that all instrument items were valid with a calculated r greater than r table 0.308. The reliability value of work discipline was 0.893, teamwork was 0.909, and educator performance was 0.840. The partial test results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on educator performance with a calculated t of 8.380 and a significance of 0.000. Teamwork also had a positive and significant effect with a calculated t of 12.888 and a significance of 0.000. The results of the simultaneous test showed an F count of 105.019 with a significance of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.827 indicates that work discipline and teamwork explain 82.7% of the variation in educator performance

Abstract

This study examined the influence of the principal's role, school climate, learning support, and entrepreneurship programs on the entrepreneurial interest of grade XII students at SMAN 2 Kepulauan Selayar. A quantitative ex post facto design was used with 141 students selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that all predictors had positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial interest. The principal's role had a significant effect (t = 2.573; p = 0.011), school climate had a significant effect (t = 2.899; p = 0.004), learning support had a significant effect (t = 2.859; p = 0.005), and entrepreneurship programs had a significant effect (t = 2.574; p = 0.011). The simultaneous test was significant (F = 17.990; p < 0.001). The model explained 34.6% of the variance in entrepreneurial interest. These findings indicate that entrepreneurial interest is strengthened by integrated managerial, social, pedagogical, and programmatic support within the school ecosystem.
