Abstract

Era postmoderen saat ini kompleksitas permasalahan selalu ada sebanyak dan cepatnya perkembangan dunia inovasi. Untuk bersaing dalam perkembangan jaman maka perlunya memiliki kreatifitas termasuk kreatifitas berinovasi dan mampu melihat peluang memanfaatkan hasil bumi. Masyarakat Konawe Selatan Khusunya masyarakat Desa Pombulaa Jaya adalah masyarakat yang dominan bekerja sebagai petani terkhusus petani Singkong. Hal ini yang mengilhami tim pelatihan melakukan inovasi berupa edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk singkong sebagai upaya memberdayakan masyarakat yang bertujuan agar mengingkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan tahapan perencanaan berupa rencanan ninjauan lokasi studi, observasi dan wawancara awal. Tahap pelaksanan yaitu edukasi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pelatihan pembuatan keripik singkong. Terakhir adalah tahap penutup arahan dan masukan. Kegiatan Edukasi dan Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh masyarakat Desa Pombulaa Jaya Khususnya Ibu-ibu PKK yang berjumlah 36 Orang. Kegiatan ini memiliki output kerupuk singkong dengan tiga jens rasa yaitu rasa manis, rasa pedas manis dan rasa balado. Keripik singkong ini berlabel Nama Desa Pombulaa Jaya yang siap dipasarkan. Community Empowerment Innovation Through Education and Training Making Cassava Crackers The current postmodern era faces the problem that there are always as many and as fast as the development of world innovation. To compete in the changing times, it is necessary to have creativity, including creativity to innovate and be able to see opportunities to take advantage of agricultural products. The people of South Konawe, especially the people of Pombulaa Jaya Village, are the dominant people who work as farmers, especially cassava farmers. This inspired the training team to innovate in the form of education and training in making cassava crackers as a community empowerment effort aimed at improving the community's economy. The method of the activity carried out is the planning stage in the form of a study plan for surveying the location, observation and initial interviews. The implementation stage is community empowerment education and training in making cassava chips. The last is the closing stage of direction and input. This Education and Training activity was attended by the people of Pombulaa Jaya Village, especially PKK mothers, totaling 36 people. This activity has the output of cassava crackers with three types of flavors, namely sweet, sweet and spicy and balado. These cassava chips are labeled with the name of Pombulaa Jaya village which is ready to be marketed.

Abstract

Classroom management is one of the critical skills required to support effective teaching and learning processes. In the current educational context, differentiated learning has emerged as an essential approach to addressing the diverse needs of students in the classroom. This community service program aims to enhance teachers' competence in classroom management through training on differentiated learning strategies. The program involves interactive workshops, group discussions, and hands-on practices to equip teachers with the necessary skills to plan, implement, and evaluate classroom activities tailored to individual student needs. The training covers key aspects of differentiated learning, including curriculum adaptation, flexible grouping, and individualized instruction techniques. Participants are also introduced to tools and resources to design engaging and inclusive learning environments. The program is evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests to measure participants' understanding and confidence in applying differentiated learning strategies. Results indicate significant improvements in participants' knowledge and skills, with most teachers reporting increased confidence in managing diverse classroom dynamics effectively. This initiative highlights the importance of professional development programs in fostering innovative teaching practices. It is expected that the implementation of differentiated learning strategies will positively impact student engagement and achievement, contributing to the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Scientific writing is an essential tool for teachers to enhance professionalism, support the development of knowledge, and improve the quality of education. However, not all teachers possess adequate skills and confidence in writing scientific papers, from ideation to publication. This community service program aims to provide intensive training on effective strategies for writing scientific papers tailored for teachers. The training encompasses several stages, including identifying and developing ideas, systematic writing in accordance with scientific standards, mastering referencing and citation techniques, and strategies for selecting and submitting manuscripts to academic journals. The methods used include lectures, group discussions, simulations, and direct mentoring. This program is expected to improve teachers' skills in producing high-quality scientific papers and encourage their active participation in academic publishing. The outcomes of this activity demonstrate a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to write scientific papers, as well as their enthusiasm for continuing independent writing activities. Thus, this program contributes to strengthening teachers' professional capacities and enhancing the overall quality of education.
