Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan (2) Pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan (3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan sebanyak 37 orang, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 37 employees of the Indonesian Kuningan Tofu and Tempe cooperative. The sampling technique was saturated sampling so that the samples obtained were all 37 employees of the Indonesian Tofu and Tempe Cooperative. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari ekplorasi ini untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode survei deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Karyawan Hotel Grage Resort Sangkan Kuningan yang berjumlah 75 orang menjadi subjek eksplorasi. Sampling jenuh digunakan sebagai metode sampel, artinya seluruh 75 karyawan Hotel Grage Resort Sangkan Kuningan dimasukkan dalam sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Analisis statistik telah mengungkapkan bahwa remunerasi dan motivasi kerja memiliki dampak terbatas pada kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja pada saat yang bersamaan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di Hotel Grage Resort Sangkan Kuningan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The institutional success strongly affected employee’s performance, because of the performance of employees in a good company is very influential on the sustainability of the company in achieving its goal, namely seeking the maximum profit. Therefore, for companies that want to be successful, it is essential to encourage their human resources. This scientific paper aim is to examine and analyze the effect of repayment, environment and motivation on employee performance at Karya Nugraha Jaya Kuningan multipurpose cooperative. The descriptive-quantitative is the methode that adopt in this paper. The research object is located in Jl. Raya Cipari Cigugur, Kuningan Regency, West Java, during January to August 2021. The population in this study were all employees of the Karya Nugraha Jaya multipurpose cooperative Kuningan which consist of 77 staff. The data used in this study is primary data, that is data collected by researchers directly from the first source or object of research conducted. Survey by questionnaire instrument was the data collection technique and run by ordinary last square regression for data analysis. The result showed that repayment, environment and work motivation continuously had a positive and significant impact on staff performance. in particular, repayment, environment and motivation each have a significant positive effect to performance of workers.

Abstract

Convection Astaprint is a company engaged in the trousers textile industry which operates in Majalengka Regency. So far, Astaprint's convection in determining the sale of its products is only based on a benchmark from past sales data. In order to optimize the number of pants sales at Astaprint convection, a forecasting method is needed that can be used as a benchmark to determine the volume of products the company will sell in the future. There are several forecasting methods used, which are simple moving average, exponential smoothing and linear trend. The results of calculations that have been done using the simple moving average forecasting method, exponential smoothing and linear trend turned out to get the most accurate and accurate forecasting method to be applied by Astaprint convection is the linear trend forecasting method. Linear trend method has the lowest forecast error value compared to other forecasting methods, where the value of forecast error obtained is the mean absolute deviation (MAD) = 763.73, mean square error (MSE) = 963116.6, mean absolute percent error (MAPE) = 14,539%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse consumer behaviour regarding purchasing decisions in Tik-Tok's live shopping based on Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion, and e-Trust. Furthermore, this research is a quantitative research involving stratified random sampling consisting of 202 Generation Z respondents that live in the city of Tasikmalaya, the spreading of set of questionnaires is using direct filling Google form to reduce the use of paper. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by SPSS Version 26. Result from this research is that Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion and e-trust in both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact to consumer purchase decisions in Z generation located in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is examines the impact on consumer decision buying decision in Tik-Tok social commerce in Indonesia which is a new model as a type of e-commerce

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, sampel yang digunkan unatuk penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu sebanyak 138 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala pengukurannya menggunkan skala interval. Untuk analisis data dalam penelitian in menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai, 2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai, dan 3) pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Peramalan adalah metode untuk memperkirakan suatu nilai dimasa depan dengan menggunakan data masa lalu. Peramalan sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan, permalan dapat membantu atau dijadikan solusi penting dalam strategi penjualan produk. Metode yang dilakukan pada peneilitian ini adalah metode Least Square dan Moving Average. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) 02660 Griya Motor di Kuningan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membahas mengenai analisis peramalan penjualan produk AHM oil SPX2 dengan hasil metode dengan tingkat error terkecil adalah Least Square dengan jumlah peramalan 505,509 dengan rata rata Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) dengan jumlah 32,96, Mean Square Eror (MSE) dengan jumlah 2016,38 dan Mean Absolute Percented Eror sebesar 6,59%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) yang bertema "Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Optimalisasi Media Sosial untuk Pembuatan Materi Promosi Pariwisata" ini dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 3 Agustus 2024 bertempat di Balai Desa Margacinta, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Acara ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian proses yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai penggunaan aplikasi yang berbasis AI, mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial, dan membuat materi promosi yang menarik untuk platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas anggota karang taruna yang juga tergabung dalam Forum Anak Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yang melibatkan peserta dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk memastikan materi yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Materi pelatihan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi berbasis AI seperti ChatGPT untuk brainstorming ide, Canva untuk desain media dua dimensi, Suno AI untuk membuat konten audio, dan CapCut untuk pembuatan media promosi berbasis audio-visual. Selain itu, peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai proses mendesain yang meliputi pencarian ide, keseimbangan desain, penekanan pesan, psikologi warna, dan teknik desain menggunakan aplikasi berbasis AI. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat Desa Margacinta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan strategi promosi mereka, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan daya tarik pariwisata desa. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur digital dan pendidikan di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of quality of work-life, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee engagement with employees of CV. Surya Nedika Isabella. The cause of the decline in employee performance is due to lack of job satisfaction and the lack of support for the work environment in the company so that employees feel less comfortable. The method used in this research is the quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Surya Nedika Isabella, totaling 90 people. Data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression method with the saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of this study are the quality of work-life has a significant effect on employee engagement, organizational culture has a substantial impact on employee engagement, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee engagement, quality of work-life, organizational culture and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement
