Abstract

Fiscal decentralization has become a trend in countries around the world over the past few decades. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the impact of fiscal decentralization on economic, social, and political aspects. The rapid development of publications on fiscal decentralization makes it difficult to synthesise a complete, streamlined, and relevant body of knowledge. Therefore, this study aims to find out about the latest developments of related research topics in fiscal decentralization. The research method used in this study is bibliometric analysis using the Voswiewer application. The bibliometric techniques used in this research are performance analysis and science mapping. The data source in this study comes from Dimensions.ai.  Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be seen that research related to fiscal decentralization is mostly carried out in China. The relationship between fiscal decentralization and environmental as well as energy issues is the latest trend in the field of fiscal decentralization research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse consumer behaviour regarding purchasing decisions in Tik-Tok's live shopping based on Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion, and e-Trust. Furthermore, this research is a quantitative research involving stratified random sampling consisting of 202 Generation Z respondents that live in the city of Tasikmalaya, the spreading of set of questionnaires is using direct filling Google form to reduce the use of paper. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by SPSS Version 26. Result from this research is that Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion and e-trust in both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact to consumer purchase decisions in Z generation located in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is examines the impact on consumer decision buying decision in Tik-Tok social commerce in Indonesia which is a new model as a type of e-commerce

Abstract

This study aims to explore the dynamics of manufacturing value added in Indonesia from 2004 to 2022. This research used a multiple linear regression analysis model of time series. The data was sourced from the World Bank and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. The testing steps involved classical assumption tests and statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of exports, inflation, and intellectual property usage costs show a significant effect on manufacturing value added in Indonesia. Partially, it shows that the export variable and the cost of using intellectual property have a positive and significant effect on manufacturing value added in Indonesia, while the inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on manufacturing value added in Indonesia. The implication of these findings is the importance of policies that support increasing exports, such as providing incentives for producers to access international markets, then implementing monetary policy to stabilize inflation to reduce its negative impact on production costs, and strengthening intellectual property protection to improve the performance of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia dari tahun 2004 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Data time series yang bersumber dari World Bank dan United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Langkah-langkah pengujian melibatkan uji asumsi klasik, dan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel ekspor, inflasi dan biaya penggunaan kekayaan intelektual menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekspor dan biaya penggunaan kekayaan intelektual memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia, sedangkan variabel inflasi memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur di Indonesia. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan ekspor seperti memberikan insentif bagi produsen untuk mengakses pasar internasional, kemudian menerapkan kebijakan moneter untuk menstabilkan inflasi sehingga mengurangi dampak negatifnya terhadap biaya produksi, dan penguatan perlindungan kekayaan intelektual untuk meningkatkan kinerja sektor manufaktur di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the latest trends in regional economic research topics. The research method used in this research is bibliometric analysis using the Voswiewer application. Bibliometric research method is a research method that can analyze a very large volume of research. The bibliometric techniques used in this research are performance analysis and science mapping. The results showed that the most productive and most influential journals in regional economic research topics are journals affiliated with environmental science. The most influential researchers in the field of regional economics are dominated by researchers affiliated with universities from China. Based on science mapping analysis, it can be seen that there are three most dominant elements in regional economic topics, namely environmental regulation, covid, and urban agglomeration. Meanwhile, based on network visualization analysis, it is known that there are several recent topics in the field of regional economics, namely economic resilience, industrial agglomeration, and digital economy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai perkembangan terbaru dalam topik penelitian ekonomi regional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bibliometrik dengan menggunakan aplikasi Vosviewer. Metode penelitian bibliometrik yaitu metode penelitian yang dapat menganalisis volume penelitian yang sangat besar. Teknik bibliometrik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu performance analysis dan science mapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jurnal paling produktif dan paling berpengaruh dalam topik penelitian ekonomi regional merupakan jurnal – jurnal yang terafiliasi dengan bidang ilmu lingkungan. Peneliti paling berpengaruh dalam bidang ekonomi regional di dominasi oleh para peneliti yang terafiliasi dengan universitas dari negara China. Berdasarkan analisis science mapping dapat diketahui terdapat tiga elemen paling dominan dalam topik ekonomi regional yaitu environmental regulation, covid, dan urban agglomeration. Sementara itu, berdasarkan analisis network visualization diketahui terdapat beberapa topik terbaru dalam bidang ekonomi regional yaitu economic resilience, industrial agglomeration, dan digital economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) yang bertema "Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Optimalisasi Media Sosial untuk Pembuatan Materi Promosi Pariwisata" ini dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 3 Agustus 2024 bertempat di Balai Desa Margacinta, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Acara ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian proses yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai penggunaan aplikasi yang berbasis AI, mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial, dan membuat materi promosi yang menarik untuk platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas anggota karang taruna yang juga tergabung dalam Forum Anak Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yang melibatkan peserta dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk memastikan materi yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Materi pelatihan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi berbasis AI seperti ChatGPT untuk brainstorming ide, Canva untuk desain media dua dimensi, Suno AI untuk membuat konten audio, dan CapCut untuk pembuatan media promosi berbasis audio-visual. Selain itu, peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai proses mendesain yang meliputi pencarian ide, keseimbangan desain, penekanan pesan, psikologi warna, dan teknik desain menggunakan aplikasi berbasis AI. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat Desa Margacinta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan strategi promosi mereka, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan daya tarik pariwisata desa. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur digital dan pendidikan di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemasaran digital memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk lokal seperti abon ikan. Acara ini diadakan pada 22 Juli 2023 di Desa Karangjaladri, Kecamatan Parigi, Kabupaten Pangandaran, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yaitu metode  melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Proses pelatihan dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan pelaporan. Narasumber yang dihadirkan merupakan orang yang kompeten dibidangnya. Adapun peserta pelatihan yaitu mitra yang merupakan produsen abon ikan. Pelatihan ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai dasar-dasar digital marketing serta bagaimana aplikasinya pada produk yang dijual oleh mitra yaitu abon ikan. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, skor pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan mencapai angka 85% yang artinya sudah baik.

Abstract

The education sector is one of the areas impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, its management must continue to be implemented well and efficiently. The aim of this study is to examine the technical efficiency of the education field in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research period spans 4 years, from 2018 to 2021. This study focuses on the 33 provinces in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric efficiency analysis using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and assumes Variable Return to Scale (VRS) and is output-oriented. Estimation results indicate that the majority of provinces (81%) experienced a decline in average efficiency scores during the pandemic. All of these provinces are located outside of Java Island. Furthermore, there are provinces that saw an increase in efficiency scores during the pandemic, namely East Java, Central Java, Lampung, Jambi, West Papua, and Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, provinces that did not experience a change in average efficiency scores before and during the pandemic are Riau, Jakarta, West Java, Banten, Bali, North Kalimantan, and Gorontalo

Abstract

This paper investigates the phenomenon and factors that influence quiet quitting behavior that is happening in millennial and Z generation workers. Quiet quitting is employee behavior that chooses to work moderately according to the tasks that have been given. Several previous research results found that this behavior can be anticipated by increasing job satisfaction which is influenced by empowering leadership, organizational culture, and work overload. This research was designed with a survey method and using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used online questionnaires distributed to workers in the age range of millennial and Z generations. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS software. The number of samples in this study was 600 respondents. The respondents are dominated by workers on the islands of Java and Sumatra and the rest are from other regions in Indonesia. The findings of this research highlight the negative effect of job satisfaction towards quiet quitting behavior in millennial and Z workers. Another result of this study is that there is a positive effect of empowering leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction, while work overload have a negative effect on job satisfaction. The research results are useful information for planning strategies to retain employees and provide their best performance at work. These findings are significant to measure the factors that influence job satisfaction of millennial and generation Z employees so that they do not quiet quitting or leaving the company.

Abstract

Desa Cikoneng di Kabupaten Ciamis memiliki potensi besar dalam komoditas pertanian, khususnya cabai. Namun, para anggota kelompok tani di desa ini masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengemasan produk yang cenderung konvensional, kurang menarik secara visual, dan belum memenuhi standar keamanan pangan. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada tingginya kerusakan pascapanen, rendahnya daya simpan, serta terbatasnya akses pasar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam inovasi pengemasan cabai, agar produk memiliki tampilan yang lebih menarik, higienis, dan tahan lama. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), dengan pendekatan bimbingan teknis berupa pemaparan materi, demonstrasi penggunaan alat Vacuum Sealer, praktik langsung, serta pengenalan teknik pengawetan alami berbasis edible coating menggunakan chitosan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengemasan cabai, baik dari aspek teknis maupun estetika. Luaran berupa peningkatan kapasitas petani, penggunaan teknologi pengemasan secara mandiri, dan publikasi ilmiah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah produk serta mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Cikoneng.
