Abstract

The history of Islamic culture is one of the subjects in the madrasa curriculum, studying SKI cannot be separated from the teacher's role, therefore the SKI teacher must be professional in managing classes, researchers examine related issues, How do teachers plan SKI learning, How do teachers implement SKI learning , And what about teacher professionalism in learning SKI, using descriptive qualitative research methods, through interviews and observations, with primary data sources SKI teachers and secondary data sources Principals as well as students at MIN 3 Labuhan Batu Selatan. It can be concluded that learning planning uses RPP through RPP design, method selection, media selection, and also selection of evaluation methods, implementation of learning using learning videos that are displayed on LCD projectors, Teacher professionalism is very important within the scope. It is found that teacher professionalism at MIN 3 Labusel is increasing by attending Diklat and KKG.the researcher states that the SKI teacher at MIN 3 Labuhan Batu Selatan is quite professional .

Abstract

Reading is a cognitive activity or process that aims to find various information contained in written information. This means that reading is a thought process to understand the contents of the text read. Evaluation of learning to read is a series of activities or steps taken after the completion of the main activities to obtain information about the results of learning to read, then manage and interpret them using benchmarks and goals and certain criteria. This type of research is library research, namely research conducted by analyzing and making written literature scientific journals as well as the main source. So the evaluation of learning to read is the process of determining students’ understanding, acceptance, categorization, analysis and reasoning abilities, as well as the accuracy of students’ pronunciation and intonation when taking reading tests in the target language. The purpose of learning to read is so that students can understand and use language in practice, it is not enough to measure it with mere mechanical abilities. The assessment of reading ability must be seen from the general reading ability as a whole, so that when assessing skills other than mechanical skills, it is also necessary to measure reading ability, for example understanding the content or meaning of sentences. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effort to implement the evaluation of students’ reading learning.

Abstract

Kurikulum muatan lokal aksara Arab Melayu adalah pembelajaran yang sangat penting untuk diwariskan kepada generasi muda sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data tentang metode mengajar aksara Arab Melayu pada kelas V di MIS YPI Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.  Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MIS YPI Batang Kuis yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan tes yang langsung dilakukan dengan tatap muka langsung dengan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan hasil tes tertulis, kemudian memberikan penilaian berupa skor, menentukan persentase hasil pencapaian kemampuan membaca, dan menghitung skor untuk melihat efektifitas dampak metode pembelajaran.
