Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital literacy in thematic learning of elementary school students with the help of Flipbook media. To obtain data about digital literacy of elementary school students using questionnaires, observation sheets and in-depth interviews. Questionnaires were given to 23 grade VI elementary school students at SDN Trawas 1 who had operated flipbook media. For the validity and validity of the data conducted intensive interviews with students. Data analysis by reducing data in questionnaire tables, observation sheets and interviews. Then present it in narrative form to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students' digital literacy in Thematic learning with the help of flipbook media is in the high category. Therefore thematic learning assisted by flipbook media needs to be developed and implemented so that elementary school students' digital literacy increases.

Abstract

Guru honorer dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pendidik dan pengajar berhak mendapatkan penghasilan di atas dari standar kebutuhan hidup minimal dan jaminan kesejahteraan sosial. Jaminan kesejahteraan guru honorer dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan penghargaan atas jasa yang telah dilakukan dalam bentuk sistem kompensasi yang layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sistem kompensasi seperti gaji, tunjangan, dan reward atau penghargaan dalam menjamin kesejahteraan guru honor pada salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat analisis deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Honorer, dan Bendahara Gaji. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan mengikuti model analisis interaktif. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang diberikan kepada guru honorer belum menjamin kesejahteraan guru honorer, karena sistem kompensasi yang diberikan hanya berupa kompensasi finansial dan insentif, serta tidak terdapat satu pun kompensasi dalam bentuk tunjangan atau jaminan. Kompensasi yang diterima guru honorer secara keseluruhan juga masih di bawah dari standar kebutuhan hidup minimum yang ditetapkan di daerah sekolah tersebut

Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of learning technology as a strategy used by novice principals to gain acceptance in the elementary school environment by novice principals to increase their acceptance in elementary schools. Learning technology includes a variety of tools and platforms that can improve learning quality, administrative efficiency, collaboration with parents, and teacher professional development. By implementing learning technology, novice principals can demonstrate visionary leadership, increase student motivation and engagement, and strengthen relationships with all stakeholders. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis through in-depth interviews and participant observation at three elementary schools in Mojokerto Regency, namely SDN Tanjungkenongo 2 Pacet, SDN Ketapanrame 2 Trawas, and SDN Pagerluyung 1 Gedeg. The main informant for this research was the school principal and was triangulated with teachers and the school committee. The research results show that the use of learning technology as an innovation by novice school principals has great potential to increase their acceptance in elementary schools. By implementing learning technology, school principals can demonstrate visionary leadership, increase administrative efficiency, support teacher professional development, increase collaboration with parents, and increase student motivation and engagement. These findings provide important insights for educational leaders to improve their leadership effectiveness.
