Abstract

With these various advantages, it is necessary to further develop it to increase the income and welfare of the people in Islamic boarding schools which have the potential for managing economic empowerment with a large number of students. This of course requires assistance to the production and business management aspects of partners in each Islamic boarding school. Productive business institutions in Islamic boarding schools have complex institutional characteristics, so that the dynamics that occur between business actors greatly affect the performance of these productive businesses. This program is an empowerment activity for members of the “Insan Mandiri” Joint Business Group (KUB) of the Al Insan Kerotek Islamic Boarding School, Cibeber District, the output target to be achieved in this empowerment activity, namely the availability of intensively maintained productive efforts for Islamic boarding school students and the availability of the application of appropriate technology. simple activities in running productive businesses for joint business groups among students through web design training. The web design training method for students uses an open source web with simple steps for making it. It is hoped that this web design training can improve the competence of students in carrying out the promotion of the products of the students' work and business more optimally and are widely known by the public.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dan Modul Praktik (Lab Sheet) pada mata kuliah Teknik Digital menggunakan pendekatan Project Based Learning. Kualitas produk pengembangan dinilai berdasarkan: (1) aspek kevalidan, (2) aspek kepraktisan, dan (3) aspek keefektifan mahasiswa. Prosedur pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Kualitas kevalidan perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria valid ditunjukkan oleh skor rata-rata RPP masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, dan skor rata-rata Lab Sheet yang dikategorikan baik. Kualitas kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria praktis ditunjukkan oleh skor rata-rata respon mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, skor rata-rata respon dosen masuk dalam kategori baik, dan persentase hasil observasi pembelajaan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Kualitas keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari kemampuan mahasiswa memenuhi kriteria efektif ditunjukkan oleh persentase ketuntasan siswa yaitu 93,10% yang berarti sangat baik dan skor rata-rata kemampuan mahasiswa yaitu 82,68 yang berarti baik.Kata kunci: perangkat pembelajaran, project based learning, penelitian pengembangan (ADDIE model) THE TEACHING DEVICES DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL ENGINEERING USING PROJECT BASED LEARNING IN DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING EDUCATIONAbstractThis development study was aimed to describe the quality of the learning device in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and Practice Module (Lab Sheet) on  Digital Engineering course using Project Based Learning approach. Quality of product development was assessed by considering the aspects of: 1) validity, 2) practicality, and 3) the effectiveness of the student. The development procedure refers to the development model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The quality of the learning device validity fulfills the criteria of being ‘valid’ indicated by the average score of RPP which is categorized as very good, and the average score of Lab Sheet which is categorized as good. The quality of learning device practicality fulfills the criteria of being ‘practical’ indicated by the average score of students’ response which is categorized as very good, the average score of lecturers’ response which is categorized as good, and the percentage of learning observation result which is categorized as very good. The quality of the effectiveness of the learning device observed in terms of students’ ability effectively meets the criteria of being ‘effective’ indicated by the percentage of students’ completeness (93.10%) which means very good and the average score of students’ ability (82.68), which means good.Keywords: learning of equipment, project based learning, research of development (ADDIE-Model)

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi adalah bidang pendidikan yang menekankan tujuan pendidikan pada kemampuan dan skill sebagai bekal bagi peserta didik untuk melanjutkan kehidupan. Institusi pengelola pendidikan vokasi –dalam hal ini Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK)- harus memiliki pengelolaan yang baik dan efektif dalam menjalankan program. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yang harus diperhatikan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan vokasi sebagai wujud pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Dari berbagai literatur yang dikaji, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian keberhasilan dalam pengelolan pendidikan vokasi antara lain: kepemimpinan dan tipe instansi pendidikan, penguasaan dan kompetensi, gender, dan kondisi masyarakat dan sosial budaya. Berbagai faktor tersebut, secara teoritis ternayata sangat berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan dan juga produktivitas dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Wood sanding machine mesin pengamplas kayu biasanya digunakan dalam skala kecil maupun juga skala industri. Dalam pengembangan wood sanding machine yang telah dibuat sebelumnya diperlukan penambahan conveyor yang digunakan sebagai pembawa bahan baku yaitu kayu sehingga lebih efisien dalam proses produksinya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, studi lapangan, proses perancangan serta proses manufaktur. Pada hasil penelitian telah dibuat, conveyor pada wood sanding machine dengan sistem penggerak motor stepper didapatkan hasil perbedaan kecepatan conveyor tanpa beban dan dengan beban sebesar 0,025 – 0,014 m/detik. Bagian perancangan conveyor atau komponennya yaitu motor stepper, gear sprocket penggerak, penyetel belt dan belt conveyor. Sistem bantuan sensor otomatis digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan memantau kecepatan permainan. Sensor untuk sistem ini menggunakan sensor jarak induktif proximity sensor merupakan sebagai alat pendeteksi barang yang melewati sensor tersebut dan juga sebagai sistem bantuan otomatis yang akan menggerakkan dan memberhentikan wood sanding machine tersebut. Jarak sensor proximity untuk mendeteksi sebuah benda yang melewati sensor tersebut yaitu 6 cm.

Abstract

Perencanaan sistem elektrikal pada sebuah bangunan merupakan sebuah hal yang membutuhkan akurasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem distribusi elektrikal pada gedung control building sudirman central business district (SCBD) Jakarta. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, yaitu melakukan survei secara langsung dan melakukan wawancara. Sistem distribusi pada gedung control building ini dimulai dari sumber energi listrik dari Perusahan Listrik Negara (PLN), untuk mendapatkan efektifitas kinerja dari jaringan yang akan dirancang dan mendapatkan efisiensi ekonomis yang serendah – rendahnya. Perancangan pada sebuah bangunan juga mempertimbangkan fungsi utama dari bangunan tersebut sehingga dapat di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Analisis sistem elektrikal di gedung Control Building SCBD Jakarta pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis sistem distribusi dari PLN sampai ruang distribusi elektrikal gedung Control Building, analisis cara kerja dan penerapan LV-MDP dan MV-MDP, dan juga analisis penyaluran energi listrik ke tiap lantai gedung Control Building SCBD Jakarta.

Abstract

Optical material is material that is quite difficult for students because it has abstract concepts. Media that is considered an alternative solution is augmented reality. AR provides an effective learning experience because it displays 3D images so that it is easily accepted by students and makes students interested in learning. This study aims to develop augmented reality media to increase students' understanding of the eye optical system material. The type of research to be carried out in Research and Development, with the chosen development model being ADDIE. Product evaluation is carried out based on test results and product implementation. The population of this research is students of the Physics Education Study Program, FKIP UT, who are enrolled in the 2021.2-semester lectures and tutors for the Physics Education Study Program, FKIP UT. The research sample was students of the UT FKIP Physics Education Study Program who attended several 18 people (from UPBJJ UT Bogor, Jakarta, and Serang and tuweb tutors for the optics course). The data collection method consisted of administering a questionnaire. To determine the level of understanding of student material on system material eye optics, test results given to students were analyzed descriptively. Questionnaire analysis from tutors and students regarding the need for AR media was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The sampling technique used was random sampling, in which the entire population has the same rights and opportunities to be involved in research Based on the results of the needs analysis, it shows that 81% of students agree and need AR media to study the optical system of the eye, 72% of students agree that the material for the optical system of the watch has the potential to cause misconceptions if studied without using media. Based on the results of the needs analysis, consists of 3 main topics, namely regarding the structure of the eye, the process of seeing in the eye, and eye defects. The results of the trial analysis using AR media used a paired sample t-test to see the effectiveness of AR media. The results of the analysis of the paired sample t-test showed a Sig.2 tailed value > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there was a significant difference between before and after using AR media. In other words, it is easier for students to understand the material after being treated in the form of AR media on the concept of eye optics.

Abstract

Pada era teknologi dan globalisasi, kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi penting sejak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk membuat buku cerita digital berbasis fonetik yang bermanfaat dan berguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca bahasa Inggris anak-anak berusia lima hingga enam tahun. Studi ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, yang mencakup tahapan Analitik, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 67 anak usia 5-6 tahun dari 3 preschool berbeda sebagai subjek penelitian. Penilaian kelayakan buku digital dilakukan melalui angket penilaian yang divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, dan hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Efektivitas buku digital diukur melalui angket observasi pada pretest dan posttest terhadap kemampuan membaca bahasa Inggris. Uji sample paired t-test digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil pretest dan posttest kemampuan membaca anak. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa buku digital berbasis fonetik ini sangat layak digunakan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan membaca bahasa Inggris anak.

Abstract

This research explores the readiness of lower-grade teachers to implement technology-based diagnostic assessments within the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. The curriculum is designed to support flexible and personalized learning; however, its implementation faces various challenges, including a lack of understanding and preparedness among teachers to apply technology-based diagnostic assessments. The methodology employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves five steps: literature search, screening, quality assessment, synthesis of findings, and conclusion. The research process begins with searching for relevant articles through electronic journals, resulting in 358 articles related to teacher readiness. After the screening phase, only 28 articles were selected for further quality assessment. From this number, 5 articles met the relevance and quality criteria for in-depth analysis. The findings indicate that while teachers possess a basic understanding of diagnostic assessments, they still require additional training to enhance their pedagogical competencies and adopt technology in the learning process. This study emphasizes the importance of more intensive training and resource support to facilitate effective implementation of diagnostic assessments. Consequently, it is hoped that educational quality can improve and students can reach their full potential within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. These findings provide valuable insights for educational policymakers to design training programs that meet the needs of teachers in the field.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces various challenges that require curriculum improvement to produce a generation that is intelligent, generous, and capable of competing internationally. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is a strategic step that provides students with the freedom to choose learning materials that align with their interests, thereby enhancing their engagement and understanding. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Merdeka Curriculum on basic competencies and learning outcomes, particularly regarding diversity and local wisdom.The research employs a Systematic Literature Review method, which involves identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant studies. A search in the Google Scholar database yielded 83 relevant articles, from which 13 were selected for in-depth analysis, ultimately narrowing down to five articles that fit the discussion theme. The findings indicate that culture-based and character education not only strengthen individual identity but also preserve cultural heritage and provide practical skills beneficial for students.Overall, it is essential for Indonesia's education system to continuously adapt and innovate to meet contemporary challenges and produce future generations ready to face the world.

Abstract

21st-century learning demands innovation and creativity in teaching practices. In its implementation, educators need the skill to choose approaches that align with the characteristics of 21st-century students. Learning approaches can be used as a strategy to create an effective and inclusive learning environment. This research examines the optimization of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in the context of 21st-century learning, with a focus on the importance of recognizing the cultural diversity of students. The condition of Indonesia's diversity presents both challenges and opportunities in the educational process. The diverse conditions of students present a challenge for educators in achieving equality in learning facilities. Thus, with the implementation of the CRT approach, it is expected to enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and the creation of an inclusive learning climate. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, by searching and analyzing related literature from various academic sources over the past five years. Data analysis was conducted by reviewing several identified journals, followed by generalization for deeper analysis. The research results show that the application of the CRT approach not only creates an inclusive learning environment but also encourages the development of students' social and academic skills. These findings underscore the need to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, as well as provide practical recommendations for educators to implement them effectively.
