Abstract

This article aims to explain the influence of income, Religiosity, and knowledge of private employees on interest in paying zakat at Amil Zakat Institutions and Zakat Management Organizations (LAZ/OPZ). Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to private employees in the Mega Kuningan area, South Jakarta with a sample of 100 people. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a purposive sampling method. This research was analyzed using multiple regression analysis through the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. From the results of the t test (partially) the independent variables income (X1), trust (X2), and knowledge (X3) each have an influence on the dependent variable Interest in Paying Zakat (Y). And from the results of the F test, all of these independent variables also simultaneously influence the dependent variable of interest in paying zakat.

Abstract

The obstruction of several business activities caused by the pandemic has led to the need for institutions that can manage and develop MSMEs in the midst of this outbreak. One of the institutions that is being developed is Sharia fintech. This research uses a literature study method where in this method the researcher uses several sources that present topics related to the research. This research also uses secondary sources where the source presents data related to Sharia fintech and MSMEs. The research technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by examining patterns to develop MSMEs using Sharia-based fintech. The results of this study revealed that currently the total assets of Sharia fintech reached 50 billion in IDR with a growth 8.32 %, which shows a significant figure compared to February 2020. Since the development of Sharia fintech, there have been 13 Sharia financial technology and there’re six companies engaged in financing 65 to develop MSMEs. The pattern used in developing MSEs that have a Sharia basis can use the role of fintech institutions not only providing financial assistance in the form of money but also providing assistance in the form of companions in developing their businesses related to MSME marketing..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the efficiecy of Zakat Management Organization to manage the zakah fund. And how the Activity Ratio, Amil Fund Ratio, and Growth Ratio affecting the efficiency of Zakat Management Organization. The population used in this research is the Zakat Management Orgnaizations that already operate in national scale and had publish their financial report at least in 2015-2018. Based on those population with purposive sampling method, there are 8 Zakat Management Organization that suitable as research sample. This research used Data Envelopment Analysis to generate the efficiency rate that Zakat Management Organizatoin had. And used Partial Least Square method to measure the ratios effect on Zakat Management Organizations’s efficieny. The result shows that average Zakat Management Organization is already had the maximum efficiency rate on 2015-2018, and had various efficiency rate each year. The result of Partial Least Square Analysis shows that there are positive effect on the three ratio towards Zakat Management Organization’s efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of shopping orientation, online trust and ease of use on the online purchase interest of Muslim products through Shopee Barokah application features. The population in this study are followers of the Shopee Instagram account (@shopee_id), both those who have or not yet using Shopee Barokah application feature to purchase Muslim products through online. The research samples are 120 respondents who were determined by using purposive sampling technique. The primary data on this study was collected through a questionnaire and answered by the respondents. The hypothesis test of this study used multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that the three independent variables partially and simultaneously have positive influence towards online purchase intention of muslim products through Shopee Barokah application features. Among the three of independent variables, ease of use variable has greater influence than shopping orientation and online trust.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced economic development in Indonesia has made many people try to make businesses with various patterns. In line with the rampant business development, several business concepts have also developed, one of which is the concept of profit sharing. This study uses a descriptive research design approach with empirical data collected through an online survey of samples of Teras Rumah Grandma employees. The empirical data was then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach to test a number of hypotheses proposed. The results of the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. 2) The leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. 3) The variable of profit sharing compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of influencer marketing on social media, with a focus on Instagram, by examining the impact of high-quality information and influencer credibility on consumer purchase intentions. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the research analyzes data from 216 respondents to assess the relationships between information quality, source credibility, sponsorship disclosure, information usefulness, and purchase intention. The findings reveal that high-quality information significantly influences information usefulness, which in turn, affects information adoption and ultimately impacts purchase intention. Notably, information adoption mediates the relationship between information usefulness and purchase intention, though its effect size is relatively modest. The results suggest that while sponsorship disclosure might influence perceptions, credible influencers who provide valuable content can effectively drive consumer engagement and purchasing decisions. Marketers are advised to collaborate with reputable influencers and ensure regular updates of high-quality content to maximize the impact on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Mental health is an increasingly critical issue among Generation Z, particularly due to rising academic and social pressures faced by adolescents. This community service program aimed to improve students’ mental health literacy through digital-based education utilizing the Psy-Share platform. The program was conducted at SMAN 93 Jakarta, involving direct health education and the distribution of a Google Form to map students’ psychological conditions and assess their need for online mental health services. Evaluation results showed that 95.8% of respondents agreed with the formal launch of Psy-Share, indicating a high level of acceptance toward digital and innovative educational approaches. However, the development process of this platform encountered challenges, particularly in brand building and addressing stigma surrounding online mental health services. In response, the implementing team developed a robust branding strategy and emphasized educational public communication supported by user testimonials. This program demonstrates that digital approaches can be effective tools in promoting mental health education among adolescents and expanding access to inclusive, responsive mental health services tailored to Generation Z's needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and the magnitude of the influence on service quality and the application of Islamic values on customer satisfaction at Islamic banks in Sukmajaya District. The method used in this research is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were Islamic bank customers with a research sample of 150 respondents spread across Sukmajaya district area. The results in this study indicate that both variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction in Islamic banks, both partially tested and simultaneously tested. The two independent variables in this study, which is the variables of service and the application of Islamic values both have a strong influence on customer satisfaction in Islamic banks. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be a consideration for the management of Islamic banks in Sukamjaya District in making decisions related to increasing the number of customers and are expected to be used as reference material for previous research.

Abstract

This article examines the role and function of Nazhir (guardian of endowment) in the empowerment of waqf objects in the Legal District of Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The aim is to increase Nazir's professionalism in increasing the productivity of waqf assets to be able to provide maximum benefits to the general public (ummah) in a sustainable manner. In Bogor district, there are waqf assets in the form of land totaling 5,686 locations within land areas of 4,433,860 M2. With such a large number of waqf assets, if managed professionally, the waqf will certainly be able to bring the sustainability of the Ummah economy, especially the sustainability of education for the younger generation. However, as this study found, only a few Nazhirs in the Bogor Regency area who have begun to develop productive waqf assets. The majority of Nazirs still use the old pattern which is not conducive to the development of the productivity of waqf property. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the role and function of Nazhir through continuous coaching by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). In the form of (1) meetings in the context of coaching, (2) training activities, and (3) socialization related to the latest regulations regarding the management of waqf objects.
