Abstract

Abstarct The Political Direction of Islamic Education In the 21st century, history has noted that Islamic education in Indonesia has taken root since the entry of Islam into the archipelago, that Islamic education is perfectly upright and perfect is inseparable from the role of the sultans, scholars, and Muslims continues to try to carry out the study of science majors , discussion, writing in the context of jihad fi sabillilah tafaqohu fiddien for the glory of Islam. It is also supported by Islamic political policies that are very beneficial for the interests of the world of Islamic education. Since the destruction of the Caliphate of the Ottoman Turkish Islamic government and the destruction of the Islamic kingdoms in Indonesia and the world. Then the condition of Islamic education experienced ups and downs and the lack of support from the Indonesian government. Therefore, after Indonesia's independence and the increasingly open world of globalization and modernization, it is necessary to look for ideas and ideal forms that are integrally holistic for the world of Islamic education. As well as being able to influence the policies of the Indonesian government and master the political policies of 21st century Islamic education for the future of Indonesian Muslims.Abstark Arah Politik Pendidikan Islam Abad ke 21, sejarah telah mencatat bahwa pendidikan Islam di Indonesia telah mengakar dari sejak masuknya Islam ke nusantara, pendidikan Islam tegak secara sempurna dan paripurna tidak lepas dari peranan para sultan, ulama, dan kaum muslimin yang terus berupaya melakukan kajian majlis ilmu, diskusi, menulis serta aktif dalam gerakan dakwah dan jihad fi sabillilah untuk kejayaan islam. Setelah menancapkan kekuasaan Islam, maka sistem pendidikan islam di topang oleh kebijakan politik Islam yang sangat menguntungkan bagi kepentingan dunia pendidikan Islam. Sejak kehancuran kekhalifahan pemerintahan Islam turki utsmani dan kehancuran kerajan-kerajaan Islam di Indonesia dan dunia. Maka kondisi pendidikan Islam mengalami pasang surut kemunduran dan kurangnya dukungan pemerintah Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, setelah Indonesia merdeka dan semakin terbukanya dunia globalisasi dan modernisasi, maka perlu mencari ide, dan format yang ideal secara integralistik holistik untuk dunia pendidikan Islam. Serta dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dan menguasai kebijakan politik pendidikan Islam abad ke 21 untuk masa depan umat Islam bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

Tasamuh (toleransi) adalah sikap saling menghormati, menghargai dan terbuka atas setiap perbedaan dan bersikap menerima terhadap perbedaan tersebut, baik perbedaan agama, suku, ras, golongan dan lain-lain. Dalam ajaran Islam toleransi merupakan perbuatan akhlak terpuji (Akhlak al karimah). Kejayaan seseorang, masyarakat atau bangsa ditentukan oleh keluhuran akhlaknya. Dengan demikian Islam sangat menekankan ajaran pokoknya pada pembentukan kepribadian akhlak mulia dan salah satu bagian pentingnya adalah sikap toleran dan terbuka terhadap berbagai perbedaan dalam realitas sosial dihadapannya. Al Qur’an secara tegas memberikan penekanan bahwa keragaman atau perbedaan merupakan sesuatu yang given (sunnatullah). Oleh sebab itu secara fitrah manusia harus menerima keragaman tersebut sebagai sebuah realitas. Dalam Islam menghargai dan menghormati keragamana tidak saja merupakan masalah Ibadan yang bersifat mua’amalah, namun juga bagian dari akhlak mulia. Pembentukan akhlak mulia merupakan bagian penting dari bangunan masyarkat Islam dimana Rasulullah SAW menjadi contoh tauladan paling baik sebagaimana Al Qur’an menyebutnya sebagai “Ithe Living Qur’an” (kaana khuluquhu al Qur’an) atau Rasulullah SAW adalah Al Qur’an berjalan. Dan Rasulullah mengatakan bahwa “sesungguhnya aku di utus ke dunia hanya untuk menyempurnakan akhlak”.

Abstract

Abstrak In the historical record of Islam in the archipelago, that ulama, sultans, sheikhs and walisongo have a big role and contribution in the struggle for the spread of Islamic teachings. Since the entry of Islam into the archipelago, Islam has been easily accepted by the indigenous population, so that until now its teachings, culture, history and civilization are deeply rooted for all Indonesian Muslims. That all Islamic religion can be perfectly and fully established cannot be separated from the role of the sultans, scholars, sheikhs, walisongo and Indonesian Muslims.One of them is the role of a great scholar who has knowledge, and is highly charismatic, namely Sheikh Yusuf Al-Makasari, whose life and struggle is dedicated to the struggle for da'wah and jihad fi sabillilah to spread Islam. Apart from being a fighter for Islam, Sheikh Yusuf is also a scholar who is active and productive in his worrk. Sheikh Yusuf left his Arabic and Lontar treatises of Sufism writings. Namely Zubdat Al-Asror, Revealing the Essence of All Secrets of Sheikh Yusuf Al-Makassari 1626-1699. Then, Kaifiyat Sufism, namely Al-Barakat Al-Sailaniyyah, Al-Fawa'il Al-Yusufiyyah Fi Bayyan Tahqiq Al-Suffiyah, Hashiyyah, Kifiyat Al-Munghghi Wa Al Ithbat bi Al-Hadith Al-Qudsi which was written in Sri Lanka. Mathalib Al-Salikin.Hopefully Indonesian Muslims can learn from the life history and struggle of Sheikh Yusuf to spread Islamic da'wah for the revival and progress of Indonesian Islam. Abstract

Islam has long, down-to-earth historical roots from Mecca, Medina, the Middle East, Asia Africa and Europe. Islam has ruled the world since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, Khulafaur Rashidin, Bani Abbasiyah, Ummayah, Fatimids and the Ottoman Empire. At present, the big issue of Islamic governance / Islamic leadership of the Caliphate is widely discussed by the world community, especially by the Indonesian Islamic community. From the Asian Continent, especially the Indonesian soil, the Islamic spirit that entered the world of political democracy provided a breath of fresh air for big changes. In the midst of liberalist democracy, pragmatic and oligarchic politics are increasingly mushrooming, the dynamics of Indonesian politics have experienced boredom and aridity, the phenomenon of a cleric, the great Imam Habib Riziq has colored and characterized Islamic identity, idealist values ​​and ideological Islamic politics are increasingly grounded. In fact, the Islamic Defenders Front Organization movement and the leadership of the great Imam Habib Rizieq succeeded in uniting the Indonesian Muslim community, and this is a new stream of Indonesian Islamic political movement. With the spirit of courage, the great Imam Habib Riziq continued to carry out preaching and Jihad the amar ma'ruf nahyi mungkar movement consistently (Istiqomah) in criticizing the Indonesian government under presidents Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin. He was able to create a new force for the political axis of Indonesian Islam which turned differences into equations, divisions into unity, and strengthened the political identity of Indonesian Islam. The optimistic spirit instilled by a great Imam Habib Riziq has made Indonesian Muslims aware of the movement and political leadership of Islam. That Islamic politics is very important to carry out all Islamic teachings that are rahmatal lil alamin. Without the political power of Islam, Islam is lame worthless in front of its opponents. Habib Rizieq's leadership style is able to heal the hearts of Indonesian Muslims from the crisis of leadership, simplicity and exemplary. Hopefully the Indonesian people will not be disappointed again in the political map of Indonesian Islam. Abstract

The reality of children's moral behavior in Tamansari Village, Muruy Village, Menes Pandeglang District is currently very worrying due to the negative impacts of using technology 5.0. The first education children receive is parental education at home, namely the parenting style of parents towards children. Parenting patterns to implement Islamic education to protect children's behavior from the negative impacts of technology 5.0. This research method uses a qualitative approach with case study research. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the Milles Hiberman technique through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from the research. The results of this research are (1) the influence of early childhood parenting patterns in the technology 5.0 era used by parents, namely indifferent, permissive and democratic. (2) The behavior of Tamansari Muruy village children tends to be impolite, unethical and often disobedient. And few children have good moral behavior. (3) Islamic education has an important role in helping parents in forming the moral character of children, so that civilized behavior, morals and good manners are formed.

Abstract

The doctrine of salafisme generally believes that involvement in practical politics constitutes bid’ah and falls into the category of hizbiyah which is prohibited in Islam. However, the political transition phase in Egypt in 2011 showed that salafi groups could be involved in islamic politics and again significant votes in the parliamentary elections, as well as being active in the post election political development process. This research aims to show how the salafi groups, effort as an apolitical religious organization are actively involved as an Islamic political force and have a influence on the democratic transition in Egypt. The results of the research show that there have been effort to salafi the Egypt in constitution as wheel as quite sharp conflict in the public sphere of Islamic politics between salafi group and other religious groups, especially traditional Islamic circles (Al-azhar) In formulating concepts and guidelines for Egypt in state life in the transition phase toward democracy.

Abstract

This study explores Islamic law from the perspective of the philosophy of science, positioning it not merely as a normative legal system but as a comprehensive and philosophical body of knowledge. Islamic law is analyzed through the three main aspects of the philosophy of science—ontology, epistemology, and axiology—to reveal its foundational structure and philosophical uniqueness in comparison to other legal systems. Ontologically, Islamic law originates from divine will as manifested in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Epistemologically, it is constructed through a synthesis of revelation and reason, employing methods such as ijtihad, qiyas, and ijma’ in its legal formulation. Axiologically, Islamic law aims to realize justice, public welfare, and life balance based on the concept of maqashid al-shari’ah. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a literature study method and content analysis techniques on both classical and contemporary sources. The findings indicate that Islamic law, when understood within the framework of the philosophy of science, represents a dynamic, adaptive, and continuously relevant system of knowledge that remains faithful to its core principles. This study contributes to the development of a more reflective, scientific, and contextual discourse on Islamic law.
