Abstract

The purpose of this service is to facilitate the availability of trained resources in promoting the tourist village of Labuhan Burung Village, In addition, it can help reduce unemployment through productive activities that can generate a source of income for residents, become a source of Village PAD so that the formation of an independent and independent Labuhan Burung Village prosperous. However, due to the lack of understanding and competence of POKDARAWIS in Labuhan Burung Village in promoting and introducing tourism potential in Labuhan Burung Village, this has become a significant problem and obstacle. The implementation methods in this service are preparation and team consolidation, providing training/assistance in managing citizen journalism, distributing and establishing work divisions, evaluation and monitoring. The results of the implementation of this activity, namely, the implementation of tourism promotion training activities, training on the management of citizen journalism, the dissemination of activities to all target areas. From the implementation of this activity, we can conclude that, there has been a tourism priority program in Labuhan Burung Village, the formation of ready and professional tourism activists. In addition, the promotion of tourism in Labuhan Burung Village is maximized, such as the Village Tourism Facebook, the Labuhan Burung Village Tourism Website, and the establishment of sustainable collaboration between the IISBUD SAREA PHP2D Team and Pokdarwis, the Labuhan Burung Village government, and several related institutions.

Abstract

This research discusses the Effectiveness of Online-Based Social Welfare Services at the West Sumbawa District Social Office. It focuses on the effectiveness and quality of online-based social welfare services provided by the West Sumbawa District Social Office. This research aims to understand the impact and progress of online-based service implementation in the context of social welfare. This study utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach to gather the necessary data to measure the effectiveness and quality of social welfare services at the West Sumbawa District Social Office. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of online-based social welfare services show that the implementation significantly improves the effectiveness of social welfare services. Factors such as the implementation of standard operating procedures, timeliness of service completion, cost transparency, quality of facilities and infrastructure, staff behavior, and qualifications all have a positive impact on service performance.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk interferensi bahasa Sumbawa terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan latar ilmiah dengan maksud menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan jalan melibatkan berbagai metode yang ada. Peneltian menggunakan pendekatan sosiolinguistik karena meneliti setiap aspek dari penggunaan bahasa yang berhubungan dengan fungsi sosial dan fungsi budaya. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode padan intralingual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) bentuk interferensi bahasa Sumbawa terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia adalah interferensi fonologi (perubahan bunyi konsonan dan perubahan bunyi vokal), morfologi (bentuk dasar, pola afiksasi, reduplikasi), dan leksikal (verba, adjektiva, adverbia, pronominal,kongjungsi dan interjeksi) dan, (2) faktor pemyebab terjadinya interferensi bahasa Sumbawa terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia adalah faktor kedwibasaan dan kebiasaan.

Abstract

V. Lestari is an author who has a different genre from most writers at that time. V. Lestari is more inclined to specialize in writing criminal-detective stories, which is a type of story that requires special care and expertise to compose. And what is even more distinctive is that all of his novels feature the main female character as a detective. The Legacy of the Past Novel is one of the works written by V. Lestari. This novel tells about a boy who is still in elementary school named Kiki. This research examines the psychological elements as an approach because this approach emphasizes more on research on the psychological elements and psychological conditions of the characters. The psychological conditions experienced by the characters in the novel Inheritance of the Silam by V. Lestari are analyzed based on Sigmund Freud's personality theory through Id, Ego and Super Ego. The results of this study are, the personality structure of the main character Kiki and David's subordinate character is dominated by primary processes (imagining and imagining), the ego personality structure of the main character Kiki and David's subordinate character due to encouragement from Id (because ego is the executive or executor), and the structure Superego personality of Linda's subordinate character is dominated by condition and trauma, excessive fear.

Abstract

The research focuses on exploring the structure and function of the Karimongkong folk tale through a qualitative approach. Three analytical perspectives—structural, functional, and interpretive—are employed. The data is obtained by downloading the story, and thoroughly analyzing its components such as characters, setting, theme, plot, and underlying message. The story's significance is examined within the social and cultural contexts. The findings reveal that Karimongkong portrays the journey of a determined young man from a humble background who confronts obstacles and rejection, conveying moral values of resilience, familial love, and loyalty. Set in the village of Muer within the Plampang district, the tale revolves around the themes of determination and courage in the face of challenges, progressing from character introduction to Karimongkong and his family's blissful life. While the function of this folklore is used to protect people's expectations, legalize the rules of customary institutions, regulate behavior, and create cultural identity. This research enhances comprehension of the structure and purpose of folk tales, which inspire bravery, determination, and affection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur antropologi yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat La Raji dan La Dija Sangga karya Yuni Indriati. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dipecahkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan antropologi sastra. Konsep antropologis yang sesuai dengan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tujuh unsur kebudayaan yang dikemukakan oleh Koenjaraningrat. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara memaparkan secara deskriptif melalui komponen reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data unsur antropologi ada 6 aspek yaitu (1) Peralatan Kehidupan Manusia ditemukan tiga jenis yakni tempat perlindungan diri, alat untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup, dan kebutuhan pangan, (2) Mata Pencaharian ditemukan dua jenis yakni berburu dan bercocok tanam, (3) Sistem Kemasyarakatan ditemukan dua jenis yakni kekerabatan dan organisasi sosial, (4) Sistem Bahasa ditemukan dua jenis yakni bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Bima, (5) Sistem Pengetahuan ada dua jenis yakni pengobatan dan menjala ikan, (6) Sistem Religi ditemukan tiga jenis yakni kepercayaan pada dewa, nenek sihir dan api jelmaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan majas hiperbola yang terkandung dalam materi Stand-Up Comedy Abdur Arsyad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekataan Stilistika. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa majas hiperbola yang terdapat dalam Materi Stand-Up Comedy Abdur Arsyad. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara meliputi identifikasi data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat penggunaan majas hiperbola  pada materi Stand-up comedy Abdur Arsyad. Penyusunan kalimat mengunakan majas hiperbola dengan tujuan untuk memperindah tulisan supaya menarik dan untuk menekankan pesan-pesan yang ingin disampaikan.

Abstract

Terrorism is a crime that is now widely discussed in print and electronic media, especially in Indonesia, which has been seriously affected since the Bali Bombing I in 2002. To this day, acts of terrorism continue to occur in various forms, involving both individuals and groups. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Penta helix concept in efforts to prevent and counter terrorism in Kananga Village, Bima Regency, as well as to identify the challenges encountered. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach involving informants representing the five elements of the Pentahelix: government, academia, business, community, and media. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that applying the pentahelix concept through a culturally-based approach, education, and solidarity effectively maintains social harmony and prevents the community from being exposed to radicalism. However, the main challenges faced include a need for coordination among institutions, limited access to vulnerable communities, and negative perceptions from some community members toward these efforts. The study concludes that the Penta helix concept can create a positive synergy between the government, academia, business, community, and media. However, challenges in coordination and perception need to be addressed to maximize its effectiveness in preventing terrorism
