Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction:High blood pressure is a disease that has no specific symptoms and is currently still a global health problem. Dietary changes using the DASH diet can be used in hypertensive patients to control blood pressure to reduce the risk of disease complications due to high blood pressure. Objective: The literature review aims to determine the effect of the DASH diet on blood pressure in people with hypertension. Method:. Search for research journals or literature studies on the pages of "Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct and Springer" published from 2018 to 2023, and then select, analyze and review the obtained articles according to the topic. Finally, compile the results of the review from multiple sources. Results: The DASH diet has been shown to effectively reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients, both adults and the elderly. The DASH diet is based on the principles of eating low in sodium, high in fiber, calcium, potassium, magnesium and fiber, and limiting saturated fat and cholesterol. Conclusion: The DASH diet pattern can be used to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Suggestion: Hypertension patients can adopt a healthy lifestyle to control blood pressure by implementing the DASH diet pattern. Keywords: Family income, Events below the red line (BGM). Small child

Abstract

Introduction:Pain management is one of the methods used in the health field to deal with the pain experienced by patients. Relaxation techniques are a non-drug alternative in pain management strategies. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on reducing pain levels in post-operative fracture patients. The research design uses a quasi-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was 36 patients and the research sample consisted of 18 respondents using an accidental sampling technique according to the inclusion criteria for post-operative fracture patients. The variables in this study were deep breathing relaxation and pain scores for post-fracture surgery patients. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significant value of p<0.05. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test analysis of the attitude variable showed p = 0.001, so H1 was accepted. : research shows that before being given deep breathing relaxation therapy 9 (50%) respondents had severe pain scores and after being given deep breathing therapy the majority of 15 (83%) respondents had moderate pain scores. Abstract

Malaria adalah penyakit berjangkit yang disebarkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Anopheles betina. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tahap pengetahuan masyarakat dan sikap terhadap pencegahan malaria. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan keratan rentas. Kaedah persampelan menggunakan teknik persampelan bertujuan dengan jumlah sampel seramai 40 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan soal selidik dan analisis data menggunakan ujian khi kuasa dua. Berdasarkan kajian menunjukkan separuh daripada responden mempunyai tahap pengetahuan yang mencukupi, 20 responden (50%) dan sebilangan kecil responden mempunyai tahap pengetahuan yang tidak mencukupi, 7 responden (17.5%) manakala majoriti responden yang mempunyai sikap negatif terhadap pencegahan malaria adalah seramai 27 orang responden (67.5%) dan hampir separuh daripada responden yang mempunyai sikap positif terhadap pencegahan malaria adalah seramai 13 orang responden (32.5). Keputusan ujian khi kuasa dua tahap pengetahuan dan sikap pencegahan menunjukkan tahap keertian ialah 0.000 ˂ 0.05, maka H1 diterima dan H0. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan masyarakat sentiasa menjaga dan terus menjaga kesihatan serta sentiasa melaksanakan pencegahan awal malaria
