Abstract

Mug Booster is a type of small-scale craft that specifically only produces various kinds of Mugs bearing motivational words. The Booster Mug is made of paper cups & glass cups whose exterior appearance is designed with motivational words. This Mug Booster can be an encouragement. This Mug Booster can also be used as a souvenir, gift or for personal use for people who read the motivational words that have been written. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and skills. The approach used is community development through training and assistance to productive economic partners, namely the Z generation group in East Banjarmasin District. The results of the dedication show an increase in knowledge, skills in product management.

Abstract

PT KSI POM 1, located in Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan, is a subsidiary of the Wilmar Group and plays a significant role in the palm oil industry. This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work facilities on employee performance. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 93 employees and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both the work environment and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive influence, with a t-value of 3.330 and a significance level of less than 0.05. Meanwhile, work facilities show a stronger impact with a regression coefficient of 1.397. Simultaneously, these two variables explain 80.7% of the variation in employee performance, as indicated by the Adjusted R² value of 0.807. These findings suggest that enhancing workplace comfort and ensuring the availability of adequate facilities can improve employee productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that companies provide proper lighting, maintain optimal temperature conditions, and regularly maintain workplace infrastructure to support employee well-being and efficiency.

Abstract

Digitalisasi melalui Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) merupakan pilar utama resiliensi UMKM pasca-pandemi. Di Kalimantan Selatan, inisiatif ini diterapkan di Pasar Terapung Lok Baintan, namun tingkat penggunaan aktif oleh pedagang masih sangat minimal. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi hambatan struktural yang membentuk resistensi pedagang terhadap QRIS. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi pedagang bersumber dari "Dilema Likuiditas Harian". Dana hasil penjualan digital yang masuk ke rekening bank menciptakan jeda waktu (time lag) pencairan, sehingga menghambat siklus modal pedagang yang membutuhkan uang tunai seketika untuk membeli stok dagangan harian. Hambatan ini diperparah oleh faktor usia (35-60 tahun) dan keterbatasan infrastruktur perbankan di area sungai yang menciptakan biaya transaksi tersembunyi tinggi. Berdasarkan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), kendala operasional ini mendistorsi persepsi kegunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya inovasi kebijakan berupa penyediaan unit perbankan terapung atau agen pencairan tunai di lokasi pasar untuk menyelaraskan kecepatan teknologi dengan karakteristik ekonomi mikro pasar tradisional.
