Abstract

Micro and macroeconomic fundamentals can affect the company's stock price. This is the background of this research. The objective is to analyze the microeconomic fundamentals, which consist of ROA, EPS, DER and macroeconomic fundamentals, namely inflation, Exchange and BI Rate against stock prices. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a population of 13 companies listed on the Stock Exchange and have met the sample criteria. Data in the form of banking financial reports for 2015-2019 and other data were obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the f test conclude that the micro and macroeconomic variables have a significant effect. The results of the t-test are only the ROA, DER and BI-Rate variables which are significant while the EPS, inflation, and exchange rate variables are not significant. The conclusion of this research for investors can consider ROA and DER variables as a measure of company performance. The BI Rate variable can be taken into consideration in determining investment strategies. An increase or decrease in interest rates greatly affects the economic condition of a country. For companies, analysis of microeconomic and macroeconomic factors is important in determining policy.

Abstract

This Community Service is about Entrepreneurship Counseling About Family Business to the Women's Association of Rt. 12 Banjarmasin City. The problem faced by the residents of Kelayan A is that during the current pandemic, some residents have experienced layoffs and decreased income. The purpose of holding this entrepreneurship counseling is to help residents in dealing with these problems. As for how to diversify Haruan fish into shreds. The advantage of processing the product in the form of shredded fish is that the product can be more resistant. In terms of income, there is new income for residents of service A and this is very helpful for residents who do not have jobs because they are affected by Covid-19. The method in this service is by way of counseling and training. The first thing that was done was counseling about entrepreneurship and how to make haruan fish floss so that it could provide added value. Second, designing product packaging in order to increase prices and third, exposure on marketing methods both online and offline. The result of this entrepreneurship counseling is that the traders are very enthusiastic. The formation of a new group of entrepreneurs on a small scale is expected to increase in the future. Citizens also gain insight into better marketing. The conclusion from this activity is that there is an increase in the income of local residents.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat berdampak pada dunia pendidikan. Sekolah dan Perguruan Tinggi dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang melek teknologi agar cepat terserap di dunia kerja. Salah satu teknologi yang sering digunakan oleh perusahaan adalah pelaporan keuangan berbasis aplikasi, contohnya adalah aplikasi Zahir Accounting. Selama ini Siswa hanya memperoleh pengetahuan pelaporan keuangan secara manual, belum ada pembelajaran akuntansi yang dikombinasikan dengan aplikasi computer akuntansi . Mahasiswa pun hanya sebagian yang kenal dengan aplikasi Zahir Accounting. Melihat hal tersebut maka kami tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan peserta dari Siswa SMK dan Mahasiswa di kota Banjarmasin. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan dan pembimbingan penggunaan aplikasi Zahir Accounting yang terdiridari 3 metode, yaitu metode ceramah ( pemberian materi), metode tutorial (praktik secara langsung), dan metode diskusi (Tanyajawab). Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini yaitu pertama kegiatan PKM berjalan dengan baik. Kedua Peserta mampu membuat laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan Zahir Accounting. Ketiga, sofware Zahir Accounting dapat diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran. Keempat peserta yang semula di targetkan sebanyak 20 peserta dan pada kenyataannya di ikuti oleh 30 peserta.

Abstract

At this time the life of the Indonesian people has been much influenced by the outside world in terms of lifestyle, clothing, way of speaking, attitude to food and drink. There are lots of foods and drinks from abroad that are popular in Indonesia and there are not a few enthusiasts, from young people, children, to the elderly, and some local foods and drinks are starting to lose interest, even some children don't recognize traditional food and drinks. And Currently, the rise of chemical-based drinks that are not in accordance with human life standards is growing rapidly in Indonesia, along with the development of science and changes in lifestyle, people are becoming more selective and critical of food consumption. to support health. At this PKM we process Dawet Ice made from secang wood and cassava flour which has many health benefits. The PKM method used is environmental reinforcement, Dawet sappan ice processing and marketing strategy. The purpose of this PKM is to preserve local drinks so that they can still exist today. The promotion strategy through social media such as on Instagram, tiktok, through go food, shopee food, and so on will make it easier for us to promote it. Apart from that, we will also continue to innovate so that our products continue to exist and are not out of date. The conclusion is that in this millennial era, we must innovate and take advantage of social media to increase creativity so that products that look simple can have a high selling value, even though they are simple local products, they are still contemporary drinks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh PER dari keputusan investasi, ROA, ROE, ROI dari Profitabilitas dan DER dari sturktur modal. Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diwakili oleh rasio PBV pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahan dari tahun 2018-2022. Perusahaan yang sudah memenuhi kriteria sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan telekomunikasi. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah keputusan investasi, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Return on Invesment dan Debt to Equity Ratio. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan rasio Price to Book Value. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel PER,ROA,ROE,ROI dan DER secara bersama-sama/simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa keputusan Investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai 0,692. Variabel ROE, ROA, ROI dan DER berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Nilai signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara simultan variabel bebas yaitu Keputusan Investasi, Return on Asset, Return on Equity dan Return on Invesment secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 47,2%.
