Abstract

Management of infrastrucuture and Facilities is one of many fields of quality that need to be improved. Infrastructure is one of the supporting factors in the learning process. In the concept of The Juran Trilogy or commonly called the Juran Trilogy can be applied in schools as an effort to improve the quality of educational services. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the planning of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (2) to describe the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (3) to describe the improvement of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. While the data collection techniques used include: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation study. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, data verification. While the data validity technique uses credibility, triangulation, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that: (1) the planning of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta aims to determine the infrastructure so that the vision and mission of the school can be achieved, (2) the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by inventory, storage, maintenance. (3) improving the quality of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by preparing schedules, prioritized activities, time/schedule for use, assignments/appointments according to expertise.

Abstract

This research is based on the ability of qualified school principals to improve the quality and progress of schools. The existence of good principal management can make the school a conducive organizational climate. A conducive organizational climate certainly requires a strong role for the principal in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising its management. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze principal management related to planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in creating a conducive organizational climate in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Observations, interviews and documentation were used as data collection techniques in this study. Analysis of the data in this study through steps including data collection, data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained are the ability of the principal's management in planning a conducive organizational climate at SDN Rancamanyar 01. The ability of the principal's management in organizing a conducive organizational climate at SDN Rancamanyar 01 is in accordance with applicable procedures. In addition, the ability of the principal's management in implementing a conducive organizational climate has been going well and the ability of the principal's management in supervision to create a conducive organizational climate by conducting monitoring and evaluation has also been carried out well. From this, it can be concluded that the management of the school principal can be stated that the head of SDN Rancamanyar 01 has been able to create a conducive organizational climate.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Perencanaan sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (2) Pengadaan sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (3) Pendistribusian sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (4) Penggunaan sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (5) Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (6) Inventaris sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (7) Penghapusan sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancanagan studi kasus. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi: (1) wawancara mendalam, (2) observasi partisipan, dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verivikasi data. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, trianggulasi, tranfermabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan sarana prasarana di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta bertujuan untuk mengetahui sarana prasarana supaya tercapai visi dan misi sekolah, (2) pengadaan sarana prasarana di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta pengadaan dengan bantuan pemerintah, pembelian, perbaikan, dan sumbangan (3) pendistribusian sarana prasarana di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta penyusunan jadwal, kegiatan yang diprioritaskan, waktu/jadwal penggunaan, penugasan/penunjukan sesuai keahlian, penjadwalan antara kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler secara jelas. (4) penggunaan sarana prasarana di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta penyusunan jadwal, kegiatan yang diprioritaskan, waktu/jadwal penggunaan, penugasan/penunjukan sesuai keahlian, penjadwalan antara kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler secara jelas (5) Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta (6) inventaris sarana prasarana di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta yaitu dilakukan dengan inventarisasi, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan. (7) Penghapusan sarana prasarana di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta mencatat barang,mengolongkan barang yang akan dihapus, membentuk panitia. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Sarana Prasarana, Mutu Layanan, Sekolah
