Abstract

This study aims to describe the morality of students at the Ar Riyadh Talang Betutu Islamic Boarding School in Palembang and examine the implementation of group guidance services with the mauizhah hasanah technique in improving it. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection through observation of the guidance process, interviews with ustaz and students, and document analysis. The subjects of the study were 10 students of grade VIII. Data analysis used thematic analysis which included data introduction, coding, searching and reviewing themes, defining, and compiling reports. The results showed that the morality of students was reflected in honesty, trustworthiness, patience, humility, and sincerity, with varying levels of emotional control. The implementation of group guidance with the mauizhah hasanah technique was carried out through four stages: initial planning, identification of students' needs, application of appropriate methods, and evaluation of results. The results showed that this service was effective in improving the morality of students at the Ar Riyadh Talang Betutu Islamic Boarding School in Palembang.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effectiveness of the Story Method in Improving the Spiritual Intelligence of Blind People. This research is motivated by the limitations of blind people to mobility and access to religious knowledge which causes low spiritual intelligence so that it has an impact on the psychological and spiritual emptiness of blind people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the story method in improving the spiritual intelligence of blind people. This study used a quantitative research method with a Quasi Experimental research design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design model that divides two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Testing is done using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the t test (partial test) obtained a t value of 3.196> 0.514 and a sig value of 0.007 <0.05 and the results of the R square determination analysis of 0.440 which means that the percentage of the influence or effectiveness of the story method in improving spiritual intelligence is 44% and 56% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Based on these results, it is concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so there is an effectiveness of the story method in improving the spiritual intelligence of blind people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media digital terhadap minat Generasi Z dalam bidang jurnalistik. Kehadiran media digital yang semakin dominan tidak hanya menjadi sarana hiburan, tetapi juga menjadi sumber informasi sekaligus ruang aktualisasi diri bagi generasi muda. Generasi Z, yang dikenal dekat dengan teknologi, cenderung menghabiskan waktu lebih banyak pada platform digital seperti media sosial, portal berita online, dan aplikasi berbagi video. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah responden yang termasuk dalam kategori Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingginya intensitas penggunaan media digital memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan meningkatnya minat terhadap aktivitas jurnalistik, seperti menulis berita, membuat konten informatif, serta melakukan peliputan peristiwa secara kreatif. Media digital memberikan kemudahan akses informasi, peluang belajar secara mandiri, serta ruang interaksi yang luas sehingga mendorong ketertarikan untuk terlibat lebih jauh dalam dunia jurnalistik. Selain itu, paparan terhadap berbagai bentuk jurnalisme digital turut memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis dan literasi media. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media digital memainkan peran penting dalam menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi Generasi Z untuk mengembangkan keterampilan jurnalistik.
