Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasio profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas dalam menilai kinerja keuangan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk periode 2020-2023. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan adalah Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE), sedangkan rasio aktivitas meliputi perputaran persediaan, perputaran modal kerja, dan perputaran total aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan ROA dan ROE masih belum maksimal karena berada di bawah standar industri. Untuk rasio aktivitas, perputaran persediaan mengalami fluktuasi, perputaran modal kerja sudah baik sesuai standar industri, namun perputaran total aset belum optimal karena terlalu banyak dana tertanam pada aset yang kurang produktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam memanfaatkan modal untuk menghasilkan laba serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan aset secara produktif.

Abstract

The development of Islamic education is always related to the periodization of Islamic history itself, one of which is education during the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty. The purpose of this study is to find out; the history of the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty, the education system of the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty and the contribution of education in Andalusia to Islamic education today. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method through the collection of primary and secondary data from various information related to the history of the Umayyad Andalusian Dynasty, its education system. The results of this study indicate that Islam entered Andalusia in 711 AD under the leadership of Commander Thariq bin Ziyad. Islamic education has succeeded in giving birth to brilliant ideas in almost various disciplines. In addition, the progress of Andalusian culture can contribute to the development of better governance in the aspects of education, educational opportunities, and all efforts to develop to advance education, both general and Islamic education. The Islamic education system in Andalusia is an important main aspect in the history of Islamic education. His contribution to the development of science, integrative approaches, and teaching methods are still relevant and applied in Islamic education today. The combination of religious and general knowledge inherited from Andalusia inspires the modern education system today to continue to develop scientific traditions that include implementing general education without abandoning Islamic values.

Abstract

This study is entitled "implementation of religious guidance in increasing gratitude in client "I" students receiving KIP-K Scholarships at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang". This study was motivated by the large number of KIPK scholarship recipients who misused the money they received, with the hope that it could be used for useful needs, lightening the burden of studying and increasing piety in religious activities, but the reality is the opposite of what is expected. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of religious guidance increases gratitude in Client "I" students Receiving KIP-K Scholarships at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive in nature with the type of research, namely case studies. The data sources used are primary data sources with the snowball sampling method and secondary data sources using interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques through Robert K. Yin with pattern matching, explanation and time series. The results of the study showed that the implementation of religious guidance carried out six times consisting of two interviews and four religious guidance implementations can help KIPK scholarship recipients to develop a deeper sense of gratitude, improve their mindset, and improve their mental

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak bagi setiap warga negara dan dijamin secara konstitusional di dalam UUD 1945. Oleh karena pendidikan merupakan hak, sehingga negara berkewajiban menjamin pendidikan yang berkualitas dan tanpa deskriminasi terhadap seluruh warga negara dan masyarakat untuk memperoleh Pendidikan dasar sebagaimana di atur di dalam Undang-Undang dan Konstitusi. Untuk memenuhi hak Pendidikan setiap warga negara harus menghasilkan output mutu Pendidikan yang benar-benar bermutu. Hak ini sudah menjadi tujuan para leluhur kita terdahulu guna mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa yang ada di dalam Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normative dengan metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Sehingga nantinya penelitian ini bermuara kepada upaya pemenuhan hak warga negara di dalam pendidikan sebagaimana telah dijamin oleh konstitusi negara republik Indonesia. Terkhusus kepada terciptanya iklim pendidikan yang layak bagi masyarakat kota Medan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa berkaca dari segi aturan, telah banyak aturan yang mengatur tentang pendidikan, sehingga harusnya pendidikan di Indonesia tiap tahunnya mengalami perubahan kearah yang lebih baik,terlebih lagi pendidikan adalah hak setiap orang, sehingga pemeritah telah mencoba menjalankan amanat UUD 1945 melalui program-program yang telah di luncurkan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has fundamentally reshaped how individuals construct meaning, consciousness, and identity in everyday life. This study aims to analyze how digital subjectivity is constructed through the intentional relationship between consciousness and digital objects, using Edmund Husserl’s transcendental phenomenology as the analytical framework. Digital activities such as scrolling, liking, and posting are interpreted as expressions of consciousness directed toward algorithmically curated noema. Through phenomenological reflection and philosophical autoethnography, this study finds that the noesis-noema structure in digital spaces operates within a complex system of mediation, leading to a crisis of meaning, identity disorientation, and the dominance of algorithmic intentionality. Algorithms are not neutral tools but act as constitutive agents that shape the horizon of experience and consciousness. The study concludes that the digital lifeworld constitutes a new ontological landscape that demands a reflective and conscious digital epistemology, enabling individuals to reclaim autonomy in meaning-making amid accelerated and personalized information flows.

Abstract

This study examines how instrumental rationality contributes to the consolidation of systemic domination in the digital age, utilizing a Neo-Marxist and Frankfurt School Critical Theory framework. Instrumental rationality, which prioritizes efficiency and control, not only shapes bureaucratic and technological systems but also colonizes the social lifeworld through popular culture, algorithms, and digital communication. In this context, social media and the digital economy function as hegemonic tools that disseminate capitalist values symbolically and ideologically. Using Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis, the research analyzes representative texts from media, public policies, and popular culture to reveal hidden mechanisms of domination within discursive practices and broader social structures. The findings show that systemic domination is no longer coercive but operates diffusely through technocratic logic, identity commodification, and the algorithmic structuring of everyday life. Habermas’s concept of communicative action offers a theoretical foundation for restoring deliberative public spaces and constructing a more participatory model of democracy. This study contributes to expanding the horizon of critical social theory by integrating digital, cultural, and ethical perspectives. It highlights the importance of media literacy, algorithmic justice, and cultural resistance as pathways toward holistic and transformative emancipation. Ultimately, it calls for a socially just, reflexive, and human-centered digital order.

Abstract

This study aims to philosophically examine the crisis of rationality and the challenges of social emancipation in the digital society through a dialectical approach between neomodernism and postmodernism. Against the backdrop of the growing dominance of instrumental rationality in digital ecosystems which marginalizes ethical, reflective, and participatory dimensions this study explores two major schools of contemporary social philosophy. Neomodernism, through Jürgen Habermas' theory of communicative rationality, emphasizes rational discourse and consensus as the basis for a just social order. In contrast, postmodernism, as represented by Michel Foucault and Jean-François Lyotard, rejects universalist claims and deconstructs the role of power in the production of truth and representation. Employing a qualitative-philosophical method and philosophical discourse analysis, this research engages with primary texts from key thinkers as well as secondary literature on algorithmic technology, digital democracy, and global structural inequalities. The findings reveal that while normative neomodernist and postmodern deconstructive approaches are each insightful, neither alone is sufficient to address the complexity of contemporary crises. Accordingly, the study proposes a dialectical synthesis: a model of dialogical-pluralistic emancipation that integrates communicative ethics with the recognition of narrative particularity to form a more reflective, contextual, and transformative mode of social critique.

Abstract

The yellow sirsak plant (Annona montana) is an annonaceae family which has been used by the community as traditional medicine properties such as treating diarrhea, vitamin C deficiency and treating boils. This study aims to determine the cytotoxic activity of the larvae of Artemia salina Leach shrimp by using the BSLT method after giving extracts from the leaves and fruit of yellow sirsak (Annona montana). The results showed that the LC50 value of the n- hexane extract of yellow sirsak leaves was 45,84 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate extract of yellow sirsak leaves was 26,44 µg/mL and the ethanol extract of yellow sirsak leaves was 13,99 µg/mL. The n-hexane extract of yellow sirsak fruit was 31,46 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate extract was 40,45 µg/mL and the ethanol extract of the yellow sirsak fruit was 19,84 µg/mL. The mixture of n-hexane leaves and yellow sirsak fruit was 29,91 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate extract mixture of yellow sirsak leaves and fruit was 21,71 µg/mL and the mixture of ethanol extract and yellow sirsak fruit was 14,75 µg/mL. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of yellow sirsak leaves shows the most active cytotoxic activity with an LC50 value of 13,99 µg/mL.

Abstract

Abstract: Behavioristic theory is important to study in the learning process, because this theory is easy to apply in educational learning in Indonesia. Learning theory is a combination of interconnected principles and explanations of a number of facts and discoveries related to learning events. This research reviews behavioristic theory and its application in learning. The aim of this research is that it can be applied in PAI learning, apart from educating cognitively, psychomotorically, it can also guide students' behavior in a better direction. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative which attempts to explain the application of behavioristic theory so that it is able to produce changes in behavior towards students. Through this research, the author tries to reveal the application of behavioristic theory in PAI learning at SDIT Cahaya Hati Bukittinggi as well as changes in behavior that occur in students using a behavioristic theory approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of behavioristic learning theory to PAI learning was carried out in several stages, namely, stimulus (encouragement for the delivery of material/motivation from the teacher), response (response from students), while reinforcement/reinforcement was carried out by the teacher using the reward method, punishment, and reinforcement.
