Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of e-wom, e-trust and family on online purchasing decisions of generation Z in the city of Pekanbaru. This research involved 120 people belonging to generation Z. Samples were taken using a purposive random sampling technique. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires whose validity and reliability had previously been tested. To test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (f test) and determinant coefficient test were carried out. The results of data processing show that simultaneously e-WOM, e-trust and family have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions, but partially only the e-WOM and e-trust variables have a significant influence while the family variable does not have a significant influence on the Z generation's online purchasing decisions in the city of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming, cash on delivery, and e-trust on the impulse purchase decisions of fashion products by shopee users in the Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression methods. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Research data were analyzed using the SPSS V.25 program. The results of this study show that partially live streaming, cash on delivery, and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on the impulse buying purchase decisions of fashion products by shopee users in the Pekanbaru city. Simultaneous test results show that live streamimg and e-trust have a positive and significant influence on the impulse buying purchase decsions of fashion products by shopee users in the pekanbaru. Cash on Delivery have a positive and significant influence on the impulse buying purchase decsions of fashion products by shopee users in the pekanbaru. The R Square value is 0,285 or 27,5%, indicating that the live streaming, cash on delivery, and e-trust variables as a whole have an influence of 27,5% on the impulse buying intention variable. While the remaining 72,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fitur Layanan, Ease Of Use, dan Sales Promotion terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-wallet Dana (Studi pada masyarakat kota Pekanbaru). Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Pekanbaru yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi E-wallet dana. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Lameshow. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Fitur Layanan, Ease Of Use, dan Sales Promotion berpengaruh seacara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-wallet Dana (Studi pada masyarakat kota Pekanbaru). Besar Pengaruh Fitur Layanan, Ease Of Use, dan Sales Promotion Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan E-wallet Dana (Studi pada Masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru) ditunjukan dengan Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,574 atau sebesear 57,4% hal ini menunjukan bahwa 57,4% Keputusan Penggunaan Pada E-wallet Dana dipengaruhi oleh Fitur Layanan, Ease Of Use, Dan Sales Promotion dan sisanya 42,6% atau 0,426 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah lokasi dan experiential marketing mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen pada Lesehan Soto Bunda di Tapung Hilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di masyarakat Kecamatan Tapung Hilir. Sampel untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 25 dan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi dan experiential marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Soto Bunda Lesehan di Tapung Hilir, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh lokasi dan variabel experiential marketing, menurut hasil T-test. Loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh lokasi dan variabel experiential marketing dengan menggunakan uji F. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,485 menunjukkan bahwa Experiential Marketing dan simultan lokasi berpengaruh sebesar 48,5% terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Soto Bunda Lesehan, sedangkan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti berpengaruh sebesar 51,5%.

Abstract

Menulis artikel atau karya ilmiah merupakan suatu kegitan yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam dunia akademik. Masalahnya tidak semua tulisan yang dihasilkan dapat terhindar dari pelanggaran integritas seperti praktek plagiat dan orisinalitas karya. Untuk itu diperlukan pelatihan tentang pendampingan pengoperasian perangkat lunak Turnitin. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk mencegah plagiat dalam penulisan akademis mahasiswa. Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dipilih, dalam rangka menekankan kerjasama dan partisipasi aktif dari stakeholder dalam proses pendampingan. Peserta terdiri dari staf prodi, akademik dan dosen di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial UIN Sultan Syarif kasim Riau. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah serta dan demonstrasi pengoperasian Turnitin. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Participatory Action Research efektif dalam mempromosikan partisipasi aktif peserta, yang mengarah pada sesi pelatihan yang sukses. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada upaya berkelanjutan untuk mempromosikan praktik akademis yang bertanggung jawab dan etis baik bagi mahasiswa maupun dosen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security, and perceived risk on online purchasing decisions at Lazada by the people of Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and documentation. The sample selection method is purposive sampling and uses SPSS version 22. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis tools and the classic assumption test consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing is done by t testing, f testing and determination (R2). Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that partially trust, security, and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. While simultaneously the three independent variables together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision process. The contribution value is 62%. This shows that trust, security, and perceived risk have an influence of 62% on the online purchasing decision process at Lazada and the remaining 38% is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This community service project aims to accelerate the adoption of digital payment technology among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekanbaru City through the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). The initiative was driven by the low level of digital literacy, limited transaction efficiency, and the growing need for secure and transparent payment systems. The project employed a service learningĀ approach, engaging university students in five main phases: investigation, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. A total of 86 students from three classes were involved in assisting selected MSMEs through socialization, technical training, and direct application of QRIS in their daily transactions. The results indicate a significant improvement in both the understanding and usage of QRIS among MSME partners, although challenges such as limited internet access and concerns over transaction fees were still encountered. Evaluation was conducted through surveys, interviews, and field observations, while student reflections revealed that the activity effectively enhanced their academic and social competencies. This project demonstrates that collaborative engagement between universities and local communities can serve as an effective strategy to support the sustainable digital transformation of MSMEs.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid0-19 yang terjadi melumpuhkan sektor ekonomi. Namun bagi sebagian orang, pandemi Covid-19 justru menjadi berkah untuk menggali rupiah. Pasalnya sejak pandemi covid 19, pemakaian masker telah menjadi syarat pemenuhan protokol kesehatan Covid 19. Kesulitan ini ternyata menjadi peluang bisnis sehingga muncul pengait masker atau konektor masker yang dibuat sedemikian rupa. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk membantu meningkatkan kemandirian finansial ibu rumahtangga terutama di masa pandemi. Selain untuk menyalurkan hobi dan mengisi waktu luang, kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan motivasi dan keterampilan berusaha serta dapat menambah penghasilan para ibu rumahtangga tersebut. Pelatihan ini diawali dengan penyajian informasi tentang mask connector dan handmade soap bagi peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan praktek pembuatannya. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh para ibu rumahtangga di perumahan Tiaracha 7 kabupaten Kampar. Dari kegiatan ini para peserta mendapat tambahan pengetahuan dan keahlian untuk membuat mask connector dan pengolahan handmade soap sendiri. Selain itu masing masing peserta juga dibekali handout dan bahan bahan utama pengolahan kedua produk tersebut agar dapat dibuat secara mandiri pada waktu lainnya setelah kegiatan ini berakhir.

Abstract

The city of Pekanbaru faces significant challenges in managing plastic waste, which comprises 30%-40% of the total 1,500 tons of daily waste in 2022. Inadequate waste management infrastructure and low public awareness exacerbate this issue. This study explores the integration of environmental education and creative economy development as sustainable solutions. Through the Service-Learning methodology, the community is engaged in educational programs and the processing of plastic waste into value-added products, such as handicrafts. Results show increased awareness and participation in waste management, along with the emergence of new economic opportunities. Continuous guidance is needed to encourage households to segregate waste from the source. In conclusion, integrating environmental education and creative economy development can effectively address plastic waste issues in Pekanbaru, improve local economic welfare, and preserve environmental sustainability.
