Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahasa bagaimana hukum poligami dalam Enakmen Islam Selangor 2003 Malaysia,  dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam Indonesia, dan bagaimana kasus hukum yang terjadi di Mahkamah Syariah Malaysia dan Pengadilan Agana di Indonesia tentang poligami. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Desain analisis isi secara rinci terdiri dari langkah-langkah; pengadaan data, pengurangan data, inferensi dan analisis data. Data penelitian ini adalah dokumen Enakmen Islam Selangor 2003, dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam, dan dokumen sidang kasus-kasus hukum di pengadilan. Sepuluh kasus di Pengadilan Agama Indonesia mempersyaratkan persetujuan istri pertama untuk melakukan poligami apabila istri tidak memenuhi syarat alasan untuk berpoligami. Kasus-kasus poligami di Pengadilan Agama hanyalah permohonan untuk mendapatkan izin pengadilan sedangkan kasus-kasus lain seperti suami yang tidak adil dalam berpoligami atau laporan tentang pernikahan poligami tanpa izin tidak ada sama sekali. Hal ini dapat dimaklumi karena tidak diatur sama sekali sanksi atau pidana bagi yang melakukan poligami tanpa izin pengadilan. Kasus-kasus poligami di Mahkamah Syariah didominasi oleh laporan atas pelanggaran pelaksanaan poligami. Pelanggaran ini dapat diberikan hukuman dan denda dan atau penjara. Apabila hakim meyakini bahwa laki-laki tersebut mampu berbuat adil, mampu secara ekonomi dan calon istrinya memenuhi persyaratan, maka hakim Mahkamah Syariah memutuskan untuk memberikan izin tertulis berpoligami, meskipun istri tidak memberikan persetujuan.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to see how the implementation of human resource management to improve teacher performance and what factors encourage and hinder human resource management in improving teacher performance at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. This research was limited to 2 schools, namely Imam Syafii IT Middle School and Main Insan. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were 2 school principals and 40 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of human resource management to improve teacher performance at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City is quite good, evidenced by human resource planning (HR) based on needs, human resource recruitment must be Strata qualifications 1 (S-1), Recruitment of human resources (HR) is carried out to increase the number of workers, and placement of human resources (HR) is carried out so that empty lesson hours are filled with learning activities. Then the driving factor for human resource management in improving teacher performance at SMP IT Imam Syafii and Insan Utama, namely the amount of support from student guardians, students and school principals, collaboration with other institutions, and training programs. Abstract

Islamic education curriculum is a design or study program related to Islamic Religious Education materials or lessons, learning process objectives, methods and approaches and evaluation forms. The research method in this research is library research through collecting data from books and articles related to the Concept and Theory of Islamic Education Curriculum, using descriptive analysis. The curriculum as an educational design, has a central position, determining educational activities and outcomes. Its preparation requires a strong foundation, based on the results of deep thought and research. A weak curriculum will produce weak humans as well. The Islamic education curriculum is Islamic education materials in the form of activities, knowledge and experiences that are deliberately and systematically given to students in order to achieve the goals of Islamic education. The Islamic education curriculum includes three very important issues, namely: the problem of faith (aqidah), the problem of Islam (shari'ah), and the problem of ihsan (morals). The curriculum as an educational design, has a central position, determining educational activities and results. Its preparation requires a strong foundation, based on the results of in-depth thinking and research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konsep kurikulum berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada mata kuliah Information and Communication Technology (ICT) di Institut Agama Islam Tafaqquh Fiddin (IAITF) Dumai. Dalam era digital, penggunaan TIK menjadi esensial dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterampilan digital mahasiswa disamping sebagai upaya penting mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam diri setiap mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum berbasis TIK mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa, memperluas akses informasi, dan memperdalam pemahaman terhadap materi. Selain itu, model kurikulum yang dikembangkan juga menekankan pada penggunaan alat digital dan platform pembelajaran online, yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum perguruan tinggi berbasis TIK yang lebih adaptif dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman serta menanam nilai-nilai islami dalam penggunaannya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of the Hybrid Learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a solution to the challenges of teaching and learning in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research explores the integration of online and offline learning designed systematically to enhance the effectiveness and quality of PAI instruction. Hybrid learning has the potential to increase student engagement, enrich learning materials, and foster independent learning. Key strategies for successful implementation include the selection of relevant digital media, strengthening the role of teachers, and designing an adaptive curriculum. Thus, Hybrid Learning can serve as an innovative approach to meeting the needs of Islamic education in the modern era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the numerous phenomena related to behavior, habits, mindsets, and natural events that often occur without clear explanations. These phenomena, both social and natural, raise various questions and issues that require clarification. Qualitative research emerges as an approach aimed at understanding social reality from the perspective of the subjects being studied, allowing researchers to see the world as it is. This paper aims to examine the definitions, characteristics, objectives, and benefits of qualitative research, as well as its contributions to Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research, which involves gathering data from various scholarly literatures. The results of this research indicate that in the context of Islamic education, qualitative research helps develop a deep understanding of educational processes, culture, methods, and practices relevant to Islamic values. Qualitative research enables the development of new theories that can be used to improve Islamic educational practices, tailor educational approaches to specific needs and contexts, and provide innovative solutions to challenges faced in this field. Qualitative research significantly contributes to Islamic education in several ways. First, it allows for a deeper understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and practices of students and educators in the Islamic context. Second, it helps identify and develop more effective teaching methods that are relevant to Islamic values. Third, it supports the development of contextual and adaptive curricula that meet the needs of Muslim communities. Fourth, this research encourages critical reflection and continuous improvement in educational practices through a deep understanding of the social and cultural dynamics that influence Islamic education. Thus, the qualitative approach plays an essential role in enriching and strengthening the practices and theories of Islamic education, in line with the demands of the times and local contexts.

Abstract

This research examines the Discourse Analysis method as a qualitative approach in understanding the meaning of texts or conversations in social, cultural, and ideological contexts. Through literature study, discourse analysis is used to explore the hidden meaning behind complex social phenomena, by highlighting the role of language as a means of communication. It includes various approaches, such as narrative, Marxist, psychoanalytic and framing discourse analysis, to understand how meaning, ideology and power are shaped and transmitted. The results show that discourse analysis helps identify ideologies, rhetoric and social contexts that influence the production and reception of texts. In addition, the method provides great insight into the relationship between language, power and social interaction, making it relevant to a wide range of disciplines, including communication, sociology and cultural studies. Abstract

Inovasi model pembelajaran merupakan unsur penting dalam pengembangan pembelajaran sampai saat ini. Salah satunya adalah Model pembelajaran Self Organized Learning Environments (SOLE). Model ini merupakan gagasan yang dikembangkan oleh Sugata Mitra berasal dari India. Penelitian ini mencoba memodifikasi dan menginovasi antara model pembelajaran SOLE dengan materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di tingkat Aliyah yang relevan dengan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan menggunakan motode studi kepustakaan (literature review) dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data diambil dari hasil penelitian dan artikel-artikel yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model ini dalam pembelajaran materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, dapat dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu: (1) tahapan pertanyaan (Question) dengan 3 (tiga) langkah, (2) tahapan penyelidikan (Investigation) dengan 3 (tiga) langkah; dan (3) tahapan peninjauan (Review) dengan 3 (tiga) langkah. Model pembelajaran Self Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) ini bisa dimodifikasi dan diinovasi dengan diterapkan kepada materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam tingkat Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

Pembelajaran Agama Islam merupakan satu dari sekian mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di dunia akademik, Pada sekolah yang berbasis Islam tentu pembelajaran ini akan jauh lebih terperinci, nantinya akan dipecah menjadi beberapa bagian lagi seperti: pembelajaran aqidah, akhlak, al-Qur’an, hadis dan mata pelajaran yang berinduk kepada pelajaran Agama Islam. Pelajaran Agama Islampun juga akan diajarkan di sekolah-sekolah yang bukan berbasis Islam, pastinya akan dikemas lebih ringkas. Jika kita amati akan sangat menarik, hal ini dikarenakan tujuan apa yang ingin dicapai dalam pembelajaran Agama Islam yang diberikan kepada peserta didik.selanjutnya Langkah-langkah pembelajaran yakni serangkaian tindakan atau prosedur yang dirancang untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu. Langkah- langkah pembelajaran dapat bervariasi tergantung pada konteks dan jenis pembelajaran yang berbeda. Dan disesuaikan dengan tingkat peserta didik, subjek, dan tujuan pembelajaran yang spesifik. Penyusunan langkah pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses belajar mengajar.
