Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji pengaruh competitive advantage dan digital business strategy terhadap financial performance yang dimoderasi oleh digital marketing pada usaha mikro, kecil dan memengah (UMKM) sektor makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat. Dengan mengklasifikasikan dua kemampuan (kemampuan manajerial dan kemampuan operasional) yang diperlukan untuk mewujudkan strategi bisnis digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan Structural Equation Modelling menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa competitive advantage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial performance, managerial capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial performance, operational capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial performance. Disisi lain digital marketing tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara competitive advantage terhadap financial performance dan digital marketing tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara operational capability terhadap financial performance. Namun digital marketing mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara managerial capability terhadap financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service program is to improve the ability of researchers to conduct qualitative research using the NVivo 12 plus software. This activity was carried out through three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The method used in the implementation of the event is the lecture and practice method. The resource persons who became instructors in this training were lecturers at the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta and lecturers at Universitas Esa Unggul, as a form of community service. This training is really needed by researchers at Dhyana Pura University because no one has mastered the use of this software properly. Data processing skills with the NVivo 12 Plus software are needed to help the process of completing qualitative research research more effectively. This training focuses on the use of software for processing data from interviews, processing data from news portals, YouTube social media and literature reviews. Evaluation was carried out at the end of the event by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form, to find out the level of mastery of the participants. There was an increase in software mastery for the majority of the training participants. The majority of participants were able to independently process data using the NVivo 12 plus software.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of intellectual capital, financial stability on stock price performance with audit quality as moderating. The sample used in this study was a consumer goods sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. The populations in this study were 52 Consumer goods companies. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique so that the total samples used were 18 companies in the consumer goods sector. The method used in this study was a quantitative method which can be obtained by calculating and recording secondary data from the financial statements on the IDX for the 2014-2019 period. The results of this study stated that intellectual capital had effect on stock price performance, financial stability and audit quality had no effect on stock price performance. For moderating, audit quality can moderate the effect of intellectual capital on stock price performance, while audit quality can not moderate the effect of financial stability on the performance of stock prices. Based on these results, recommendations for further research are expected to modify the research model and increase the research period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengembalian saham (stock return) yang dipengaruhi oleh Investment Opportunity Set dan kualitas laba (Earnings Quality) dengan menggunakan moderasi technology sebagai urgancy, pada sektor perusahaan Property & Real Estate sebagai salah satu sektor yang paling menguntungkan bagi investor untuk berinvestasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property & real estate yang terdaftar pada IPO tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2019 yaitu sebanyak 65 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi karakteristik penelitian adalah 19 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah berjenis kuantitatif dengan bantuan program software E-Views 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keenam hipotesis diterima bahwa investment opportunity set berpengaruh positif terhadap stock return, earning quality berpengaruh positif terhadap stock return, technology berpengaruh positif terhadap stock return, investment opportunity set dan earning quality berpengaruh simultan terhadap stock return, technology memoderasi pengaruh IOS terhadap stock return, dan technology memoderasi pengaruh EQ terhadap stock return.

Abstract

The impact of liquidity and cash flow operations on firm value and on the accuracy of stock predictions is the goal of this research. This study also examines the impact of liquidity and cash flow operations on the accuracy of stock predictions through firm value. The research sample consisted of 40 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 in the food and beverage and information technology sectors. The research model was tested by path analysis, using Stata software to test the direct and indirect effects. The results of the study prove that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Cash flow operations have no effect and are negative on company value. The accuracy of stock predictions has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of stock predictions. Cash flow operations have no positive effect on the accuracy of stock predictions. Firm value is able to mediate a positive and significant relationship between liquidity and the accuracy of stock predictions. Firm value is not able to mediate and there is a negative relationship between cash flow operations and the accuracy of stock predictions.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali apakah Modal, Dukungan Pemerintah, Kompetensi SDM, dan Produktivitas Kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja UMKM. Objek dalam riset ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Bekasi sejumlah 96 pelaku usaha. Informasi dalam riset ini ialah informasi primer dengan memakai kuesioner. Metode analisis informasi dalam riset ini memakai Aplikasi SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Modal, Dukungan Pemerintah, dan Kompetensi SDM, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan Produktivitas Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM. This research aims to identify whether Capital, Government Support, HR Competence, and Work Productivity affect MSME performance. The objects in this research are MSME actors in Bekasi City, a total of 96 business actors. The information in this research is primary information using a questionnaire. The information analysis method in this research uses the SPSS application. The test results show that Capital, Government Support, and HR Competence have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Meanwhile, work productivity has no effect on MSME performance

Abstract

The Community Service Program is carried out with the aim of increasing the competence of researchers in the Master of Management Study Program at Tadulako University, Palu. There are two competencies to be improved. First, competence in the field of qualitative research through the use of the NVivo software. Second, competence in the field of quantitative research through the use of Lisrel software for structural equation modeling research. The method used is a services learning approach by conducting lectures and workshops. The output of this community service program is an increase in the competence of the participants which consists of two competencies. First, increasing competence in the field of qualitative research through the use of the NVivo software. This competency includes the ability to input internal data and external data into NVivo, the ability to code internal data and external data, the ability to process data and produce coding visualization images, and the ability to draw conclusions from coding visualization images. Second, increasing competence in the field of quantitative research through the use of the Lisrel software. This competence includes the ability to solve the problem of confirmatory factor analysis by using the modification indices facility in the Lisrel software, the ability to solve the goodness of fit problem in the structural equation modeling research model, the ability to create syntax to test indirect effects using the Lisrel software, and the ability to read data processing output with using the Lisrel software.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas para pemuda dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa inggris. Kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan ada tiga, yaitu metode ceramah, metode praktek atau simulasi dan metode diskusi atau tanya jawab. Narasumber pelatihan ini adalah dosen dari Universitas Esa Unggul sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelatihan ini sangat dibutuhkan karena para pemuda di Dusun Kampung Toba, Desa Sawit Rejo belum memahami cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan belum memahami cara belajar bahasa inggris yang efektif dan efisien. Hasilnya, pelatihan diisi dengan dua materi utama, pertama paparan tentang cara pengelolaan keuangan pribadi yang kreatif. Kedua, cara mempelajari bahasa inggris yang kreatif dan efektif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang besar dari score pretest dengan score posttest. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan peningkatan pemahaman tentang cara belajar bahasa inggris yang kreatif. Harapan kepada para pemuda yang mengikuti pelatihan ini, mereka dapat lebih kreatif dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan dapat lebih kreatif dalam belajar bahasa inggris.Kata kunci: kapasitas pemuda, kreativitas pengelolaan keuangan, kreativitas belajar bahasa inggris.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan dan e-commerce terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan internal control sebagai variabel moderating. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 38 responden yaitu pelaku e-commerce yang merupakan anggota IDEA (Asosiasi E-Commerce Indonesia). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode cluster random sampling, dengan bantuan Software Smart Partial Least Square. Validitas data diuji dengan outer loadings dan goodness of fit diuji dengan composite reliability. Uji hipotesis dilihat dari t statistic yang dihasilkan inner weight. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengetahuan perpajakan dan e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Pengetahuan Perpajakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan moderasi dari internal control. E-commerce tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan moderasi dari internal control
