Abstract

Application of Feminist Studies (Study of Sachiko Muratas Opus, The Tao of Islam, A Sourcebook on Gender Relationship in Islamic Thought). Allah creates human being in two genders that is man and woman, Allah has explained each rights and responsibilities in the holy book of Quran. Yet, other thoughts from several groups are emerged and said that the regulation of rights and responsibilities between men is not balanced, and put the woman as the lowest creature. Sachiko Murata has a different thought of man and woman position that argue the position of man and woman is not balance. He poured his thought on his book entitled The Tao of Islam. This book explains about his thought of gender relations in Islamic theology and cosmology.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang luas yang membentang dari sabang sampai merauke, Indonesia terdiri dari berbagai wilayah mulai dari pegunungan, dataran tinggi, dataran rendah sampai ke lautan. Dalam perjalanan nya Indonesia sering terjadi bencana alam tak terkecuali longsor, banjir dan gunung meletus yang sering terjadi di wilayah dataran tinggi dan pegunungan. Maka perlunya pencegahan supaya meminimalisir korban jiwa maupun materi. Wilayah terasiring sering kali rentan terhadap bencana alam seperti banjir, tanah longsor, dan erosi tanah, yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar baik dari segi ekonomi maupun manusia. Dalam upaya untuk mengurangi risiko bencana dan memperkuat ketahanan wilayah terasiring, pendekatan kewilayahan digunakan untuk memahami karakteristik geografis, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang unik dari wilayah tersebut. Metode penelitian ini mencakup analisis data spasial, survei lapangan, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan lokal, serta tinjauan literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik topografi, penggunaan lahan, pola pemukiman, dan infrastruktur sangat mempengaruhi tingkat risiko bencana di wilayah terasiring. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, strategi mitigasi bencana yang komprehensif telah dirumuskan, termasuk tindakan seperti pengelolaan tata air yang berkelanjutan, rehabilitasi vegetasi alami, perbaikan infrastruktur, serta peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan produk domestik bruto yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Studi literatur adalah salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk menghimpun data serta sumber yang berhubungan dengan topik yang diangkat dalam sebuah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa kebijakan fiskal, moneter dan perdagangan mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto) di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stabilitas politik dan regulasi ekonomi memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Implikasi kebijakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perlunya pemerintah dalam memperkuat koordinasi antarkebijakan serta meningkatkan stabilitas kebijakan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of YouTube learning media in improving students' critical thinking skills in history subjects of class XI at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning and students' critical thinking skills in understanding abstract and narrative historical materials. YouTube media is considered as one of the interactive and interesting learning alternatives, which can visualize historical events in a concrete and easy-to-understand manner. The formulation of the problem obtained by the author is how the use of YouTube media among class XI students at SMAN 1 Karangrejo, in supporting the teaching and learning process. How effective is the use of YouTube-based learning media on the critical thinking skills of class XI students, in history subjects at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. From the formulation of the problem, the purpose of writing is to find out the use of YouTube media among class XI students at SMAN 1 Karangrejo, in supporting the teaching and learning process. To find out the effectiveness of the use of YouTube-based learning media on the critical thinking skills of class XI students, in history subjects at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with history teachers and students, and documentation. The main focus of this study is on the learning process, student responses to the use of YouTube media, and how the media facilitates the development of students' critical thinking skills. The results of the study showed that the use of YouTube media had a positive impact on improving students' critical thinking skills. The historical videos shown were able to stimulate curiosity, encourage discussion, and help students analyze and evaluate historical events in more depth. In addition, students became more active, enthusiastic, and involved in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the challenges faced in implementing the Social Sciences (IPS) curriculum in the era of globalization. Employing a literature review methodology, it gathers and analyzes data from academic publications, educational policy reports, and case studies related to the IPS curriculum. The findings suggest that the current IPS curriculum needs to integrate contemporary global issues and utilize educational technology to enhance student engagement and understanding. The study also identifies an urgent need for teacher professional development to teach methods that meet the needs of 21st-century students. Furthermore, the study recommends strategies to strengthen students' critical and analytical skills in responding to global dynamics. The main conclusions emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and policymakers in designing and implementing an adaptive and sustainable curriculum.
