Abstract

Bercerita atau mendongeng merupakan warisan budaya yang sudah lama kita kenal, bahkan dijadikan sebagai kebiasaan atau tradisi bagi para orangtua untuk menidurkan anak-anaknya. Sebagian besar orang tua dan guru jarang mendongeng kepada anak karena kurangnya buku cerita yang sesuai perkembangan anak dan terbatasnya media pendukungnya. Pendampingan kepada orang tua dan guru dalam meningkatkan budaya membaca permulaan pada anak usia dini dilaksanakan KB Al Naba, Arjowinangun, Kota Malang pada tanggal 22 September 2019 dengan jumlah peserta 40 orang tua dan guru. Hasil monitoring adalah anak menjadi lebih tertarik untuk mendengarkan dongeng, lebih tertib dan tenang dalam proses belajar mengajar di KB Al Naba. Beberapa anak tertarik pada buku cerita dan bisa menceritakan cerita bergambar sendiri. Harapannya kegiatan pendampingan ini bisa dilaksanakan dalam skala yang lebih luas dengan materi yang lebih berkembang misalnya tentang cara membuat suara yang berbeda, ekspresi dalam mendongen serta Dongeng Sejarah dan Kisah Kepahlawanan Kata Kunci : dongeng, boneka tangan, buku cerita, sejarah, kisah pahlawan

Abstract

This study is an attempt to explore the life of a ludruk actor named Hasan Basori. Ludruk is sort of teather typically attributed to East Java in origin and in character. Hasan Basori was the leader of a ludruk group Bintang Warna (Star of Colors). This study discusses a correlation between the figure of Hasan Basori and ludruk, and how he managed to maintain a degree of loyalty to his profession as a ludruk actor despite the very modest life he had to live for choosing the profession.As a rural actor, Hasan Basori and his cultural activities are hardly recorded in any written documents on ludruk. Thus, in the present study interview became an essential method to collect primary data, while written documents were used as secondary sources of data. This study was focused on Hasan Basori’s motivation for choosing the ludruk teather as a way of life, the artistic process of becoming a ludruk actor, and the characteristic figure of an actor.It seems that Hasan Basori took for granted his life as a ludruk actor. For him ludruk was his life and his life was for performing ludruk. He did not leave the ludruk stage although it earned him only a very simple living. Most of the time he had to take sidejobs in order to cover the daily life of his and his family. Even though it was extremely tough economically, Basori never ceased performing ludruk, thus showing his loyalty to the artistic process in his life. He managed the ludruk as an entertainment product caring for the progress in the trend of art, flexible towards various contexts of changes.

Abstract

The teacher's efforts are actions carried out by a teacher in order to achieve a predetermined goal. While understanding a material is the ability to express and interpret, to make difficult words in their own words, to interpret ideas or find an event or result. Learning model flipped classroom is a standard model or method that minimizes direct instruction from the teacher. In the program, students learn basic concepts at home, teach and learn in class, including homework, discussion of material, or problem solving during class. The aims of this study are 1) to define the teacher's efforts in using the model flipped classroom, 2) define the obstacles experienced by the teacher in using the model flipped classroom and 3) define student responses as recipients of historical material using models flipped classroom. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type of research. Through this research the results were obtained in the form of: 1) the efforts made by the teacher in using the model flipped classroom one of which is to prepare power point material that will be given to students clearly, 2) the obstacles experienced by the teacher in trying to use the model flipped classroom one of which is the long time for making learning media in the form of power point, 3) student responses as recipients of historical material using models flipped classroom one of which is that students are very active and often give responses and questions to friends and teachers who are presenting in class

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum is one of the Ministry of Education and Culture's policies with the aim of creating a pleasant and happy learning atmosphere for both teachers and students. In independent learning, teachers and students have the freedom to determine the right learning system to determine the talents and interests of students. The aims of this research are (1) To explain the preparation for the implementation of independent learning curriculum learning in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Kademangan, (2) To explain what factors are obstacles in preparation for implementing independent learning curriculum learning in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Kademangan. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Respondents in this research were school principals, head of curriculum, and social science subject teachers. The results of this research show that preparations for implementing the independent learning curriculum in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Kademangan start from the readiness of the teachers first and the social studies teachers take part in training regarding the independent learning curriculum and prepare learning tools according to the provisions of the independent curriculum. Then the factors that are obstacles are (1) Insufficient digital capabilities of teachers, where there are still many teachers who are limited in mastering technology, (2) They are comfortable with the previous curriculum and have no experience in independent learning, (3) lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process, (4) Financial constraints.

Abstract

The application of school culture is important in forming student character, therefore researchers conducted an analysis of school culture as a determining factor in student character. This research was conducted at MTsN 2 Blitar City because this school is a school with potential and excellence. The problem that researchers found both outside the classroom and inside the classroom was that there were still a lack of students who obeyed and understood school culture so that this became a form of habit in breaking the rules. From the results of these observations, the researcher obtained several problem formulations, namely; 1. What is the state of school culture at MTsN 2 Blitar City, 2) What is the character of the students at MTsN 2 Blitar City, 3) What is the relationship between school culture and student character at MTsN 2 Blitar City. This research is included in qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection by researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data obtained will be qualitative data, in the form of observations and short interviews. The results obtained by researchers are that the state of school culture at MTsN 2 Blitar City is very creative and innovative. However, it turns out that this is still not enough to build student character. This is caused by two internal factors, namely those originating from oneself, and external factors originating from the external environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology in the current era of digitalization, one of which is a gadget that is very common in use in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, especially by teenagers who almost always carry their gadgets anywhere. The objectives of this study are 1) Knowing how the social behavior of teenagers due to the use of gadgets in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, 2) Knowing how the impact of gadget use on teenagers in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Observation is used to observe the use of gadgets by teenagers in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, interviews and documentation are used to dig up information about the problem under study. The results showed that: the use of gadgets in the current era is unavoidable and users must be more able to control their use. However, a technology will always have an impact on its users, both positive and negative impacts. Likewise for teenagers where the use of gadgets has an impact on the social behavior they show everyday, there are several changes in social behavior that appear such as reduced intensity of direct interaction with the environment, too fixated on gadgets when interacting directly with the community, being more closed, the emergence of laziness so that they often forget time, procrastinate work, the level of teenage participation in social activities also decreases.The use of gadgets also has several positive impacts and negative impacts on teenagers such as facilitating communication, accelerating the dissemination of information, as a means of entertainment, facilitating the learning and learning process, expanding the network of friends, making it easier to find work, making it easier for teenagers to shop with e-commerce. While the negative impact is that the intensity of direct interaction is reduced, too fixated with their gadgets, making teenagers more closed, teenagers often procrastinate work and neglect their obligations and responsibilities in the real world, making teenagers lazy in learning, decreasing their sense of concern and empathy for the surrounding environment, reducing the level of youth participation in social activities, the spread of hoax news is increasing, impacting on health and patterns, affecting the family economy and vulnerable to fraud.

Abstract

The success of learning can be seen from student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes can be said to be good if an educator is able to achieve learning goals by creating an active learning atmosphere, students are able to develop their potential starting from religious spirituality, knowledge, personality, intelligence, skills and noble morals that are useful for society, the nation and country. Education can be said to be good if the process, educators, methods and knowledge conveyed can be accepted and absorbed by students which can later be applied again by those students. If you look more carefully, the in learning, the most important method used by the teacher is, because even though the material presented is very interesting, if it is not accompanied by appropriate and adequate methods, the very interesting material will not be conveyed well to the participants. educate. The aims of this research are 1) to find out the application of the lecture method to the learning outcomes of class VII students in Social Sciences subjects at Mts Al Huda Bandung, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of applying lecture method learning to social studies subjects for class VII students at MTs Al Huda Bandung, to find out to what extent are the learning outcomes of class VII students in Social Sciences subjects at Mts Al Huda Bandung. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, object-related observation techniques and documentation techniques. At the same time, data analysis techniques are used to reduce, present and draw conclusions. Abstract

The attitude of today's students towards nationalism is very worrying. They often come late to school, are not solemn during the flag raising ceremony, are disobedient to teachers, do not show a caring attitude towards other students, do not show mutual respect between classmates or other students. There are still many students who do not show this applies to teachers. The role of the history teacher in learning aims to shape the character of students by instilling national values ​​that can be put into practice in everyday life. So that history teachers become leading figures who play a role in increasing students' nationalist attitudes. The aims of this research are 1) to find out the manifestation of the nationalist attitude of class faced by history teachers in increasing the nationalist attitudes of class XI IPS MA Darul Huda students. This research uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are using interview techniques with related parties, observation techniques regarding objects and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the attitude of nationalism among class Heroes are realized by students studying diligently, being disciplined when participating in school activities, using domestic products and respecting other people's opinions. (2) The role of history teachers in efforts to increase students' nationalistic attitudes. Teachers have roles as role models, mentors, teachers, inspirers, authority holders and evaluators. (3) The obstacles faced by teachers in increasing students' nationalistic attitudes are the development of globalization, family background factors different, and a wide range of student interactions.

Abstract

This research aims to identify strategies used by social studies teachers in increasing student learning motivation in social studies subjects at MTs Ma'arif NU Blitar. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively descriptively, describing the situation based on written and oral data from the respondent. The results showed that teachers at MTs Ma'arif NU Blitar applied various learning strategies and methods, including the use of smart TVs and question and answer games, to increase student motivation and involvement in the learning process. These findings indicate that the strategy is effective in improving student learning outcomes, motivation, and performance.

Abstract

The prospect of local wisdom is very dependent on how people preserve the existing local wisdom and how people change their mindset back to a comprehensive mindset. So that natural resources and the natural environment owned by the community can be utilized and preserved without disturbing its balance. This study aims to determine the optimization of the application of Turonggoyakso dance at SDN 2 Ngentrong as an effort to preserve culture from an early age. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies to collect data. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The implementation activities carried out by SDN 2 Ngentrong have many benefits, such as a form of cultural preservation, as school branding in attracting the attention of citizens, and there are character education values obtained from these activities.
