Abstract

Saat ini jumlah data di media sosial sudah terbilang sangat besar, namun jumlah data tersebut masih belum banyak dimanfaatkan atau diolah untuk menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai guna, salah satunya adalah tweets pada media sosial twitter. Paper ini menguraikan hasil penggunaan engine web crawel menggunakan metode pre-processing text mining. Penggunaan engine web crawel itu sendiri bertujuan untuk menghimpun tweets melalui API twitter sebagai data teks tidak terstruktur yang kemudian direpresentasikan kembali kedalam bentuk web. Sedangkan penggunaan metode pre-processing bertujuan untuk menyaring tweets melalui tiga tahap, yaitu cleansing, case folding, dan parsing. Aplikasi yang dirancang pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu model waterfall dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sedangkan untuk pengujiannya menggunakan black box testing untuk memeriksa apakah hasil perancangan sudah dapat berjalan sesuai dengan harapan atau belum. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi yang dapat mengubah tweets yang telah dihimpun menjadi data yang siap diolah lebih lanjut sesuai dengan kebutuhan user berdasarkan kata kunci dan tanggal pencarian. Hal ini dilakukan karena dari beberapa penelitian terkait terlihat bahwa data pada media sosial khususnya twitter saat ini menjadi tujuan perusahaan atau instansi untuk memahami opini masyarakat

Abstract

SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung is a school that is under the auspices of the Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom and is a partner in this community service program. The problem faced by partners is the limited level of knowledge and skills of schools in using information and communication technology (ICT) which causes a lack of innovation implemented in school, especially in the financial function. The solution offered in the program is to provide training and assistance in terms of digitalization school financial services based on cashless payment to support innovation in school financial services. The results of participant feedback have shown that the program can positively provide digital literacy education related to the recent financial technology. Therefore, this program contributes to strengthening and improving the ability to manage school financial services. In addition, this community service activity also produces an appropriate technology in the form of a cashless payment-based school finance application.

Abstract

Edukasi literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan kepada siswa siswi SMK Telkom Schools Bandung dilaksanakan oleh dosen Telkom University yang berkolaborasi dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan ICT Watch, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa dengan lebih mengenal keuangan baik secara umum dan secara digital, dengan aadanya edukasi terkait dengan literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan harapannya dalam menjalankan kehidupan entrepreneur kelak dapat membuat keputusan yang bertanggung jawab terkait dengan keuangan, serta sadar dan kompeten dalam pengelolaan keuangan sehari-hari. Edukasi dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pengetahuan literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanyajawab, dimana para siswa siswi antusias hadir dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian acara dan merasa materi yang disampaikan sangat sesuai dengan kondisi sekarang, terlebih lagi meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan. Edukasi literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan ini sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkala dan menjangkau lebih banyak lagi peserta di kalangan pelajar agar dapat meningkatkan indeks literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan secara umum.

Abstract

Agriculture plays a crucial role in supporting a country's food security and economy. In Indonesia, the agricultural sector also has a major influence on inflation, especially through the commodities of rice, cayenne pepper, and red pepper. However, in Garut Regency, the main problem faced is the crop failure of several farming commodities due to farmers' ignorance in effective farmland management. The need for a new approach to improve agricultural knowledge and management arises, and in this context, the development of an IoT-based soil and environment monitoring system is an appropriate solution. Through this technology, agricultural extension workers can access up-to-date and accurate information on farmland conditions, assist in better decision-making, and provide warnings when soil conditions are not optimal

Abstract

This research presents an overview to develop an IT adoption method for e-learning in a Merged University. The development of IT adoption method in the Merged University is done by adjusting the gap between three elements: IT maturity level (in this case IT for elearning), category adopter of each Merged University and IT adoption criteria of individual actors of adoption. The maturity level of IT maturity level refers to Gartner, Hype Cycle, and Priority Matrix. Classification groups refer to adopter categories according to Rogers. The adoption model uses UTAUT model. For the process, a priority calculation method utilizes Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). IT adoption method for e-learning in a Merged University has been tested and can be applied Telkom University, formed from four universities.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to respond to the decline in public interest in public transportation due to concerns about crime, limited route information and uncertainty about departure times. In addition, income inequality between transportation owners and drivers also exacerbates the problem of clarity of information. This activity focuses on applying Internet of Things (IoT) technology to overcome these problems by developing a location search application for prospective public transport passengers. This application utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices as an IoT technology. BLE devices are installed on public transport vehicles to enable real-time location tracking. BLE technology was chosen because of its low energy consumption, adequate communication range, and ability to interact with users' mobile devices. Users' information collected by BLE devices is sent to a central server, which then processes and presents the data to users via a mobile application. The main objective of this activity is to develop and evaluate IoT-based applications. The methodology includes descriptive and qualitative approaches, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of implementing IoT technology in location search applications show significant benefits. This application increases the efficiency of public transport management by providing real-time information regarding routes and departure schedules. Additionally, customer satisfaction increases as passengers can better plan their trips. The app's "Emergency Call" feature also "helps reduce crime-related concerns and improves passenger safety. The app also provides easily accessible route information and transparency regarding drivers' daily earnings, helping minimize income inequality.
