Abstract

AbstractBank is an institution that acts as an intermediary that connects parties who have excess funds with those who lack funds in the form of savings and channel them again to the public in the form of credit or other forms, which aims to improve the standard of living of the community considering its very important function for the wheels of the economy and life. Public. the banking industry must have superiority SDM good and have high competitiveness and have good performance. Therefore, a study was carried out with the title Excellence SDM and competitive on performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the Exceelence of SDM and Competitiveness of Performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The sample in this study were employess PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The research method used in this research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The process fo collecting research data using a questionnaire distribution technique to 56 respondents and processed using SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 23 application. The results obtained by the author are that the advantages of SDM positive and significant effect on performasce, competitineness has a positive and significant effect on performance, SDM excellence and competitiveness together have a positive and positive effect on performance PT. Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, trust and perceived usefulness toward intention to use of customer of Tix Id. This study is using a quantitative approach because the data used is in the form of numbers and was calculated using statistical methods. This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust and the dependent variable, namely, the intention to use Dana in Tix Id. In order to focus more on the research being conducted, the scope of the research is focused only on users who are in South Jakarta and South Tangerang from March to August 2022. Result of this study is perceived usefulness in terms of saving time and money when purchasing a product or service has no effect on intention to use. Perceived ease of use, related to the ease of learning, understanding, and clarity in using a technology and making it easier for technology to do what users want it to do, has a significant positive influence on intention to use.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at the Environment and Hygiene Service, Badung Regency. This research was structured descriptively using the PLS-SEM method using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Where the object and population of this research are all employees of the Environment and Cleanliness Service of the North Kuta UPT unit, totaling 39 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. So the sample in this study amounted to 33 people. The data collection process involves interviews or direct observation of informants. The results of this research are the first. The results of the leadership variable test on employee performance have a positive and significant effect as seen from the results of the T-Statistics value of 2.409 which is greater than the critical value of 1.96. Second, the test results of the motivation variable on employee performance have a significant effect, seen from the T-Statistics value of 2.489, which is greater than the critical value of 1.96. Third, the test results of the motivation variable in the influence of leadership on employee performance are mediating, seen from the results of the T-Statistics value of 2.341, which is greater than the critical value of 1.96. The first conclusion from this research is that if leadership improves, employee performance will automatically increase as well. Second, motivation is an important factor in improving employee performance, that motivation can be caused by many factors such as working conditions and administration and organizational policies. These three studies show that motivation can mediate leadership on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to assess the positive impact of financial technology (mobile banking, internet banking, and SMS banking) on ROA, ROE, and NIM at Bank BPD Denpasar. The research employs quantitative methods, utilizing secondary data from the annual financial reports of Bank BPD Bali, Denpasar, for 2021-2024, along with national and international journals and official websites. From a population of 36, purposive sampling was used to select 12 samples. The findings indicate that there are significant differences in ROA, ROE, and NIM before and after the adoption of Fintech, with significance levels of 0.025, 0.000, and 0.038 respectively, all of which are below the 0.05 threshold. These results demonstrate that the integration of financial technology has led to a notable increase in ROA, ROE, and NIM, indicating an overall improvement in the bank's financial performance. The study concludes that the adoption of Fintech positively influences the financial metrics of Bank BPD Denpasar, suggesting that such technology can enhance banking performance.
