Abstract

Changes in the current era are very fast and fast, especially changes in the industrial sector which are increasingly diverse and are required to create innovations so that they can have competitiveness in each of these producers or industry players. The company always makes a work plan to determine sales targets to be achieved in the future, one of which is a distributor company. Determining sales targets means that the company tries to predict future sales by taking into account future conditions and past conditions. However, so far the determination of future targets is not objective because it is only based on management intuition. The purpose of this study is to develop a form of forecasting application on CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa utilizing the Least Square Method as a means of calculating the volume of sales in the coming period. The location that will be used as this research is in CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa, Kramat District, Tegal Regency, Indonesia. The study's data were taken straight from informants in the form of sales data and interview data regarding the procedure for determining sales targets CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa. This study's analytical approach makes use of descriptive analysis. According to the study's findings, it can be projected that sales for the next period, namely July 2023, will be 225,252.96 units or can be rounded up to 225,253 units of Aqua products. Based on the research of (Walangadi & Surya Kumala, 2019) and (Rahmadiane, 2022b) that setting targets can use combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The numerical approach is seen from the outcomes of forecasting least squares calculations, while the qualitative method a seen from the consideration of the opinions of stakeholders within the company, for example the marketing department, supervisors, depot heads, and consumers.

Abstract

As technology develops in the business world, the competition in the business world increases. Problems regarding inventory such as axcess or shortage of stock. Inventory is one of the important assets that must be owned by the company, because inventory is one of the largest assets owned by a trading company. Therefore, the company must have good internal control to minimize the risk of big losses for the company, especially for CV Sahabat Kartini Tegal. The study aims ro determine the procedures for controlling merchandise at CV Sahabat Kartini Tegal, and to find out the application of an internal control system for the merchandise inventory at CV Sahabat Kartini Tegal. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techbiques used were observastion, interview, and literature. The result of the study showed that the implementation of the internal control system for the CV Sahabat Kartini Tegal is in accordance with COSO (Committee Of Sponsoring Organization) but from the live existing components slogans and production styles, multiple tasks that make control activity components not appropriate and lack of inventory control not done regulary only done at the and of the month.

Abstract

Temuan masalah terdapat jumlah lulusan perguruan tinggi yang banyak dan perusahaan tidak dapat menampung semua lulusan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan pengangguran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, mahasiswa perlu dikenalkan bisnis startup dan cara mengembangkan agar dapat meminimalisir kegagalan bisnis. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini antara lain mendorong mahasiswa untuk memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, mendorong mahasiswa untuk membuat startup bisnis dan memberikan edukasi agar startup yang telah dibuat dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta diajarkan cara untu mengembangkan startup dari mulai membuat produk inovatif sampai kepada proses pemasaran yang efektif, serta memperkenalkan eksistensi Program Studi DIII Akuntansi Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal yang peduli dan memiliki tanggung jawab sosial terhadap kondisi masyarakat. Metode atau cara yang digunakan dalam melakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah metode daring. Hari pertama kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pemaparan tentang Pemaparan materi tentang Pengembangan Bisnis Startup Untuk Meminimalisir Kegagalan Dalam Berbisnis dan materi Pedoman Dasar Membuat Proposal Bisnis Kreatif melalui Google Meet dan Live Streaming Youtube. Hari kedua adanya pelatihan berupa pembuatan Proposal Bisnis Kreatif melalui Google Classroom (googleform), yang sebelumya pemateri memberikan template proposal bisnis kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu, tanggal 20 sampai dengan 21 Juni 2020 pukul 09.00-10.40 WIB dengan 153 pendaftar dan dihadiri oleh 101 peserta dari mahasiswa, dosen, UMKM, dan umum dari berbagai institusi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the meaning and function of the word "anjir" in the communication of Gen Z students at Harapan Bersama Polytechnic. The word "anjir" is a form of slang that has shifted in meaning from a curse to a symbol of emotional expression, social, and group identity. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, digital conversation documentation, and semi- structured interviews. The results of the analysis show that the word "anjir" is used in various forms such as "anjay", "bjir", "jir", and so on, each of which reflects a certain emotional intensity. In meaning, "anjir" is used to express annoyance, admiration, empathy, and cuteness. Functionally, this word acts as a spontaneous expression, a filler for casual conversation, and a strengthener of social relations among students. The findings show that the word "anjir" has become part of Gen Z's distinctive communication style that is more open, egalitarian, and contextual. This research is expected to contribute to sociolinguistic studies and an understanding of the language dynamics of the younger generation.

Abstract

Objectives The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of social rewards and Participation in decision-making on improving organizational performance in companies in Central Java. Methodology The data used 45 employees who were used to test the research hypothesis through Partial Least Square (PLS) modeling. Finding The results of empirical analysis reveal that decision-making has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and social rewards have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Participation in decision-making has no significant effect on organizational performance, social rewards have no significant effect on organizational performance, and job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational performance. Conclusion The research results show that employee job satisfaction is not always directly proportional to organizational performance.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi pelaku UMKM digital dalam memanfaatkan TikTok Ads sebagai media promosi yang relevan dengan tren saat ini. Mitra UMKM yang terlibat merupakan anggota komunitas Masyarakat Peduli Sesama (MPS) di Kota Tegal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pada 17–18 Mei 2025 di Café Harber, Politeknik Harapan Bersama, dengan total 29 peserta. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan Problem-Based Learning (PBL) yang dikombinasikan dengan praktikum sederhana. Peserta terlibat aktif dalam mengidentifikasi masalah, memahami materi iklan digital, serta menyusun kampanye iklan melalui simulasi langsung di platform TikTok Ads. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis bukti, yakni bukti tangkapan layar (screenshot) dari setiap penyelesaian yang diselesaikan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 69% peserta mampu menyelesaikan pembuatan iklan hingga tahap kesejahteraan akhir, yang mencerminkan efektivitas model pelatihan yang diterapkan. Pembahasan Merujuk pada teori Kirkpatrick yang menilai pelatihan dari aspek reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil, menunjukkan ketercapaian dalam seluruh aspek tersebut. Meskipun terdapat kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan perangkat, kegiatan ini dinilai berhasil. Rekomendasi ke depan mencakup pendampingan lanjutan dan penyediaan dukungan teknologi untuk meningkatkan dampak yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: TikTok Ads; pelaku usaha; iklan digital. AbstractThis Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the digital literacy of MSMEs in utilizing TikTok Ads as a promotional medium relevant to current trends. The partner MSMEs involved are members of the Community Care for Others (MPS) community in Tegal City. The activity was implemented on May 17–18, 2025, at Café Harber, Harapan Bersama Polytechnic, with a total of 29 participants. The training method used a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach combined with simple practicums. Participants were actively involved in identifying problems, understanding digital advertising materials, and developing advertising campaigns through live simulations on the TikTok Ads platform. Evaluation was carried out using an evidence-based approach, namely screenshot evidence of each stage completed by participants. The results of the activity showed that 69% of participants were able to complete ad creation up to the final preview stage, reflecting the effectiveness of the applied training model. The discussion referred to Kirkpatrick's theory which assesses training from the aspects of reaction, learning, behavior, and results, indicating achievement in all of these aspects. Despite technical obstacles such as limited equipment, this activity was still considered successful. Future recommendations include continued mentoring and providing technological support to increase sustainable impact. Keywords: TikTok Ads; business actors; digital advertising.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Impact of Divorce on Family Economic Welfare During the Covid 19 Pandemic In Tegal City. The sampling technique used was convenience or random sampling, namely by looking at respondents who were willing to be interviewed depending entirely on the convenience of the researcher (Sekaran, 2011). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature study. The method of data analysis was qualitative using descriptive analysis used to describe how the work profile of the widow, the number of widows' debts, the level of education of the children, and the widow's efforts to maintain her economy for the needs of the family's life by going through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, draw conclusions and verify. The impact of divorce on the family economy is very much felt especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, where they have to be responsible to their families to replace the husband's role as the head of the household, do the work a man does, not only work to earn a living but they have to educate and care for them. his children. The steps they take to meet the needs of their family after a divorce, there are many ways they do, for example, side work or any work to make money to meet their needs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effects of the service performance of the general administration staff on the level satisfaction of the academic community at the harapan bersama polythechnic tegal. The sample was selected by means of the slovin formula technique and it consisted of 98 consumers. The techniques used in data collection were observation, interview, literature, and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques were quantitative with the statistic analysis descriptive quantitative, data quality test (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality’s test, multicolonierity test, heteroskedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression, hypotesis’s test (t’s test and F’s test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that : (1) there is a positive and significant partially between effect of the service performance in cleanliness on the satisfaction of the academic community at the Harapan Bersama Polythechnic Tegal, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0,286, a tobserved value of 4,472, and a significance value of 0,000; (2) there is a positive and significant partially between effect of the service  performance in infrastructure on the satisfaction of the academic community at the Harapan Bersama Polythechnic Tegal.

Abstract

Pajak Daerah serta Retribusi Daerah adalah sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terbesar bagi kabupaten kota yang terdapat pada Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah Untuk Mengetahui Kinerja Penerimaan Kontribusi Pajak Daerah Dan Retribusi Daerah Pada Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Pemalang. Data yang dipergunakan ialah Deskriptif kuantitatif berupa sasaran realisasi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah serta PAD tahun 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data memakai rasio perhitungan Efektivitas, Efisiensi dan Kontribusi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pajak daerah Kabupaten Pemalang berada di kriteria sangat efektif dengan rata-rata sebesar 115,63%. Dan tingkat efektivitas retribusi daerah Kabupaten Pemalang juga berada di kriteria sangat efektif dengan rata-rata sebesar 103,17%. Sementara itu tingkat efisiensi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah Kabupaten Pemalang tak melebihi 5%, sebagai akibatnya dapat dikatakan berada pada kriteria efisien, sesuai Kepmendaagri No.35 Tahun 2002. Tingkat kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap PAD Kabupaten Pemalang berada pada kriteria sangat kurang dengan rata-rata sebanyak 7,16%. Sedangkan Tingkat kontribusi retribusi daerah terhadap PAD Kabupaten Pemalang berada di kriteria sangat kurang dengan rata-rata sebanyak 2,85%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa BPKAD Kabupaten Pemalang telah mengelola pajak dengan baik, namun kebaliknnya pengelola retribusi daerah kurang baik.
