Abstract

Selain keberadaannya yang fenomenal, adanya jalan tol Brexit berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat Brebes. Lokasi yang menjadi pusat perdagangan oleh-oleh khas Brebes. Berderet toko atau kios yang menjual telor asin dengan berbagai rasa dan jenis makanan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembangunan jalan tol Brexit terhadap kondisi mata pencaharian dan pendapatan UMKM telor asin di sekitar daerah tol Brexit dengan total sampel 37 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan jumlah UMKM telor asin setelah berdirinya Tol Brexit sebesar 105,56 persen dari sebelumnya, atau yang sebelumnya sebanyak 18 UMKM telor asin, setelah berdirinya Tol Brexit meningkat menjadi 37 UMKM telor asin. Dari data tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa ada perubahan mata pencaharian setelah adanya pembangunan Tol Brexit sebanyak 19 responden. Mata pencaharian yang berubah antara lain pegadang, pegawai swasta, wiraswasta, dan lain-lain. Terdapat 18 responden yang sebelum berdirinya Tol Brexit mata pencahariannya adalah UMKM telor asin. Dari seluruh responden, 18 UMKM telor asin di sekitar daerah Tol Brexit yang berdiri sebelum pembangunan Tol Brexit, terdapat kondisi tingkat perolehan pendapatan yang berfluktuatif. Dari hasil 18 responden atau UMKM telor asin yang berdiri sebelum pembangunan tol Brexit, menyatakan kondisi UMKM telor asin sebelum adanya pembangunan tol Brexit mengalami penurunan, juga ada sebagian yang mengalami peningkatan. Pada UMKM telor asin yang berada di Barat Selatan, Barat Utara, dan Timur Utara tol Brexit lebih banyak yang mengalami penurunan penjualan. Lain halnya dengan UMKM telor asin yang berada di Timur Selatan mengalami peningkatan penjualan. Dari hasil 19 responden atau UMKM telor asin yang berdiri setelah pembangunan tol Brexit, dilihat dari pendapatannya mulai dari mulai kisaran kurang dari Rp 1.000.000,00 sampai tertinggi Rp 90.000.000,00. Kata kunci : tol Brexit, mata pencaharian, pendapatan UMKM telor asin

Abstract

User satisfaction is very important for an educational institution, one of them is a university. Quality services are absolutely necessary to meet student expectations, the better the quality of SIAKAD given by the university to students will also provide various benefits to the university. This research has several problem boundaries, among others, focusing on the analysis of five dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to user satisfaction. Respondents in this study were SIAKAD users, especially students of the Accounting Department at Polytechnic of Harapan Bersama Tegal of 2015-2017. The population of this study were students of Accounting Department of 2015-2017 in Polytechnic of Harapan Bersama Tegal totaling 1,271 students. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, where samples were taken based on strata. One way to determine the sample size in this study were to use the Slovin formula, amounting to 93 respondents. The method of analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and simple linear regression test. The hypothesis in this study there was an influence between Service Quality of SIAKAD on user satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the service quality (X) variable was obtained with tcount value were 1.301 then tcount more than ttable were 1.301 more than 0.677 then the hypothesis was accepted which means that the service quality (X) variable influences user satisfaction (Y). The results of Ndori, Akhmad (2015), Taman, Abdullah et al (2013), Fikri, Sirhan et al (2016), and Murgiono (2010) showed that service quality had a positive effect on student satisfaction.Keywords : service quality, user satisfaction, SIAKAD

Abstract

The village became one of the focuses in the development of the country. This is evident from the existence of a village budget or village fund that is quite large in number. In terms of office affairs, including in the scope of the Village Office, of course, it does not escape the affairs of administration and require that the workers in the village have skills in good accountancy and archival-management. This community service provides knowledge on good administration archival and accountancy, thus it is hoped that partners in this activity can improve the ability to take care of village office administration. The result of this activity is the increasing insight of workers about the governance of archives but some workers still complain of being less proficient in computer operation.

Abstract

The government obliged to provide financial information to village communities in the form of financial reports which aim to prevent conditions from occurring in the management of village fund allocations, so that socialization needs to be formed in terms of preventing village fund fraud because it was an effort to provide deeper knowledge about Public Sector Accounting which is at school. The objectives of this community service activity include increasing new knowledge and insight regarding village fund fraud prevention strategies for students and adding to the repertoire of knowledge, as well as being a reference for other parties who wish to carry out activities with a similar theme. The method of implementing activities in the community service program that carried out related to the discussion of problems expressed by the method of socialization and discussion. The planning to evaluation process calculated for one semester starting from March to June 2023. This service activity included 19 students of the Accounting Department at SMK Ma'arif NU Larangan Brebes. The material presented was material on Village Fund Fraud Prevention. The community service team explained the prevention of village fund fraud. Based on the results, increased knowledge and understanding of village fund fraud prevention.

Abstract

To encourage the realization of community participation, Bumdes administrators and village government must work together in planning programs and still consider existing social values, so that in carrying out development programs it can provide welfare to the community and be able to create strong community participation in Bumdes management. The purpose of this study was to determine community participation and its inhibiting factors in the management of Bumdes Harapan Berkembang. In this study using descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study were Village Officials, Bumdes Management, and the people in the East Mejasem Village. The sample in this study was determined using the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where samples were taken based on certain criteria. After analyzed with Cohen and Uphoff's theory which shows community participation in management activities, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in benefits, and participation in evaluation, it can be seen that community participation in Bumdes management was at the Degrees of Citizen Powers or Partnership, namely Bumdes Harapan Berkembang has achieved citizen power, so that at this level multi-stakeholder cooperation formed in formulating or implementing policies and programs. According to Arnstein, new participation really occurs when people have sufficient levels of wealth and the highest level of people's sovereignty was the occurrence of social control and citizen control in which important decisions and controllers of development in the hands of the people. There were factors that hinder the successful management of Bumdes Harapan Berkembang, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

The current interest in entrepreneurship was a solution to the problem of the large number of human resources that cannot yet be fully absorbed by existing employment opportunities. This is a challenge in itself, especially for universities, to ascertain what factors can influence existing programs so that they can be strengthened. Moreover, students currently fall into the Generation Z category, which has the characteristics of being more careful and with a long-term perspective. The objectives of this research include finding out the role of entrepreneurial literacy, income expectations, and digital literacy. The population in this study are active students in Indonesia, seen in the Higher Education Data Base (PDDikti) statistical data of 6,028,003 students. Meanwhile, the sample size in this study was calculated using the Slovin Formula at an error rate of 5%, obtained at 400 students. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The data in this research uses quantitative data sourced from primary data in the form of tabulated results from questionnaires distributed. The analytical method in this research used multiple regression analysis. The results of the calculation of variable X1 obtained tcount of 4.408 > t table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, variable significant value of 0.004 <0.05. This shows that the influence of entrepreneurial literacy, income expectations, digital literacy on entrepreneurial interest.
