Abstract

The village became one of the focuses in the development of the country. This is evident from the existence of a village budget or village fund that is quite large in number. In terms of office affairs, including in the scope of the Village Office, of course, it does not escape the affairs of administration and require that the workers in the village have skills in good accountancy and archival-management. This community service provides knowledge on good administration archival and accountancy, thus it is hoped that partners in this activity can improve the ability to take care of village office administration. The result of this activity is the increasing insight of workers about the governance of archives but some workers still complain of being less proficient in computer operation.

Abstract

The government obliged to provide financial information to village communities in the form of financial reports which aim to prevent conditions from occurring in the management of village fund allocations, so that socialization needs to be formed in terms of preventing village fund fraud because it was an effort to provide deeper knowledge about Public Sector Accounting which is at school. The objectives of this community service activity include increasing new knowledge and insight regarding village fund fraud prevention strategies for students and adding to the repertoire of knowledge, as well as being a reference for other parties who wish to carry out activities with a similar theme. The method of implementing activities in the community service program that carried out related to the discussion of problems expressed by the method of socialization and discussion. The planning to evaluation process calculated for one semester starting from March to June 2023. This service activity included 19 students of the Accounting Department at SMK Ma'arif NU Larangan Brebes. The material presented was material on Village Fund Fraud Prevention. The community service team explained the prevention of village fund fraud. Based on the results, increased knowledge and understanding of village fund fraud prevention.

Abstract

To encourage the realization of community participation, Bumdes administrators and village government must work together in planning programs and still consider existing social values, so that in carrying out development programs it can provide welfare to the community and be able to create strong community participation in Bumdes management. The purpose of this study was to determine community participation and its inhibiting factors in the management of Bumdes Harapan Berkembang. In this study using descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study were Village Officials, Bumdes Management, and the people in the East Mejasem Village. The sample in this study was determined using the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where samples were taken based on certain criteria. After analyzed with Cohen and Uphoff's theory which shows community participation in management activities, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in benefits, and participation in evaluation, it can be seen that community participation in Bumdes management was at the Degrees of Citizen Powers or Partnership, namely Bumdes Harapan Berkembang has achieved citizen power, so that at this level multi-stakeholder cooperation formed in formulating or implementing policies and programs. According to Arnstein, new participation really occurs when people have sufficient levels of wealth and the highest level of people's sovereignty was the occurrence of social control and citizen control in which important decisions and controllers of development in the hands of the people. There were factors that hinder the successful management of Bumdes Harapan Berkembang, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

The current interest in entrepreneurship was a solution to the problem of the large number of human resources that cannot yet be fully absorbed by existing employment opportunities. This is a challenge in itself, especially for universities, to ascertain what factors can influence existing programs so that they can be strengthened. Moreover, students currently fall into the Generation Z category, which has the characteristics of being more careful and with a long-term perspective. The objectives of this research include finding out the role of entrepreneurial literacy, income expectations, and digital literacy. The population in this study are active students in Indonesia, seen in the Higher Education Data Base (PDDikti) statistical data of 6,028,003 students. Meanwhile, the sample size in this study was calculated using the Slovin Formula at an error rate of 5%, obtained at 400 students. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The data in this research uses quantitative data sourced from primary data in the form of tabulated results from questionnaires distributed. The analytical method in this research used multiple regression analysis. The results of the calculation of variable X1 obtained tcount of 4.408 > t table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, variable significant value of 0.004 <0.05. This shows that the influence of entrepreneurial literacy, income expectations, digital literacy on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Digitalisasi akuntansi menjadi sebuah kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dihindari. Kemampuan dalam menguasai teknologi akuntansi digital menjadi kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh calon tenaga kerja termasuk siswa SMK jurusan akuntansi agar dapat bersaing dan beradaptasi dengan tuntutan dunia industri modern. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi SMK Peristek Pangkah adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman guru dan siswa dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola transaksi keuangan dan menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan tutorial praktik langsung, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan melalui simulasi studi kasus akuntansi menggunakan aplikasi Accurate. Strategi pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, di mana siswa terlibat aktif dalam setiap sesi praktik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi digital. Peserta mampu mengoperasikan fitur-fitur utama Accurate dan memahami alur penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis digital. kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menyiapkan lulusan SMK yang lebih kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja di era digital.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the use of e-commerce on this smartphone or better known as m-commerce has begun to increase towards social commerce where social commerce is one of the terms that people often use to describe online shop models that utilize social media to promote products, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and many more. The purpose of community service activities include empowering SMK students as the next generation of young people through the use of e-commerce and social commerce, fostering awareness of the younger generation and the people of Pekalongan Regency on the importance of using e-commerce and social commerce in improving the quality of life of the community, and introducing the existence of the Bachelor of Applied Public Accounting Program in the Polytechnic of Harapan Bersama Tegal who care and have social responsibility towards the condition of the community, especially students of Ma'arif NU Kajen Vocational School in Pekalongan Regency in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. E-commerce is a term that is often used or heard today related to the internet, where no one knows the meaning of e-commerce clearly. Social commerce is a new phenomenon in the world of e-commerce. The method or method used in conducting community service activities is first by using a survey method, where the team conducts surveys directly to the location for initial data collection. This community service activity was held on Friday and Saturday, 22 to 23 November 2019 from 08.00-12.00 WIB and was attended by 35 students of Ma'arif NU Kajen Vocational School, Pekalongan Regency. This activity was carried out in the form of exposure to the use of e-commerce and social commerce in students of Ma'arif NU Kajen Vocational School, Pekalongan Regency, as well as training in the form of making e-commerce and social commerce online store accounts with the use of smartphones on students of SMK Ma 'arif NU Kajen of Pekalongan Regency. The following details the PKM activities and schedule.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan pemerintah desa yang bersih maka pemerintah desa diwajibkan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan desa. Dengan adanya digitalisasi pelaporan desa, sumber daya saat ini masih banyak yang belum siap dan perlu adanya generasi yang bisa menyesuaikan diri dengan tantangan yang ada. Generasi muda sebagai penerus pengelola desa perlu dibekali pemahaman akuntansi keuangan desa karena hal tersebut merupakan upaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan lebih dalam mengenai Akuntansi Keuangan yang ada di sekolah khusunya terkait Akuntansi keuangan desa. Tujuan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pemahaman tentang akuntansi keuangan desa dan aplikasi SIK Bumdes. Siswa-siswi mampu memahami materi tentang dasar akuntansi keuangan desa secara mendalam agar secara praktek dapat diterapkan setelah menyelesaikan proses belajarnya serta mampu menghadapi setiap permasalahan yang ada di desa dengan mudah. Berdasarkan hasil survei pada siswa/siswi SMK di Kabupaten Tegal masih kurang referensi terkait dengan akuntansi keuangan desa dan aplikasi SIK Bumdes. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan ceramah dan praktik keuangan SIK Bumdes yang dilakukan selama 2 hari, dimana peserta terdiri dari siswa siswi SMK Peristek Pangkah Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 30 siswa. Kegitan PKM ini dilaksanakan di ruang Aula sekolah. Kegiatan PKM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman baik secara pemahaman teori maupun yang ada di lapangan (Desa) tentang akuntansi keuangan desa yang diperoleh dari hasil diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Dari hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta, dapat digambarkan bahwa setelah materi disampaikan terlihat kenaikan tingkat pemahaman menjadi 91% dari peserta.Abstract: One effort to achieve clean village governance requires village governments to prepare village financial reports. With the digitalization of village reporting, many current resources are still unprepared, and a generation capable of adapting to the challenges is needed. The younger generation, as the next generation of village managers, needs to be equipped with an understanding of village financial accounting, as this is an effort to provide deeper knowledge of financial accounting, particularly in schools. The purpose of this community service activity to increase awareness of village financial accounting and the application of SIK Bumdes. Students were understand the material on the basics of village financial accounting in depth so that it can be practically applied after completing the learning process and are able to face any problems that exist in the village easily. Based on the results of a survey on vocational high school students in Tegal Regency, there is still a lack of references related to village financial accounting and the application of SIK Bumdes. This Community Service Activity was carried out in the form of training presentation and financial practices of SIK Bumdes conducted for 2 days, where participants consisted of 30 students of SMK Peristek Pangkah Tegal Regency. This PKM activity was held in the school hall. PKM activities can improve the ability to understand both theoretically and in the field (Village) about village financial accounting obtained from the results of discussions and questions and answers. From the results of the implementation evaluation using a questionnaire announced to participants, it can be interpreted that after the material was presented, there was an increase in the level of understanding to 91% of participants.
