This study aims to identify the role of supervisors and the teacher creativity of Islamic Education in the learning process at SMP Negeri 4 Masamba. This type of research is qualitative using interviews, observation, and study documentation in collecting data. The results showed that there were a number of roles carried out by the supervisors of Islamic Education at SMP Negeri 4 Masamba in developing teacher creativity, including: teacher and/ or school principal guidance (directing), monitoring the implementation of National Education Standards, evaluating teacher and principal performance, evaluating the results of the implementation of supervision programs at target schools, professional guidance and training programs for teachers and principals. Teacher creativity is shown in the planning and implementation of learning activities, as well as evaluating student learning outcomes.

This study aims to analyze and describe the role of the school committee in increasing effective communication between parents of students and the school at SMP Negeri 1 Lamasi, providing support, as a controller and as a mediator, in increasing communication between parents and the school regarding education. The role of the school committee can be in the form of assistance such as voluntary donations to improve learning and learning infrastructure facilities for students and provide consideration between parents and schools. Research data were collected using in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies with the following informants: school committee, principal, teachers, parents of students of SMP Negeri 1 Lamasi. Based on the results of research in the field, it shows that the role of this committee is not sufficient enough in carrying out its prominent role, namely as a giver of consideration, support, controller as well as a good mediator and liaison for the school and students' parents, thus the role of the committee in SMP Negeri 1 Lamasi school needs to be improve effective communication between parents of students and the school in this case in order to achieve a comfortable school for the school, parents of students and students in learning and learning activities.

Teachers are a key element in the education system. Other components, such as curriculum, infrastructure, and funding, become meaningless without quality teachers. This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' work motivation and their perception of school principal supervision on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Bone-Bone. The research employs an ex-post facto design with a population of 49 teachers. All are included as samples (total sampling). Data were collected via a questionnaire covering work motivation, perception of supervision, and teacher performance and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that teachers' work motivation and perception of school principal supervision are in the medium category, with average scores of 90.531 and 71.571, respectively. Teacher performance varies more widely, with an average score of 142.367. Regression analysis indicates a significant influence of work motivation and perception of school principal supervision on teacher performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing teachers' work motivation and the quality of school principal supervision to improve teacher performance, suggesting strategies such as professional development, recognition, and support from school principals.

Straw, a byproduct of rice harvesting, is a waste material from farming activities that can be repurposed as animal feed and organic fertilizer. Rice straw, when supplemented with probiotics, can enhance feed nutrition, and its high potassium content contributes to the fertility of agricultural soil. The purpose of this community service activity was to increase the knowledge of the Sri Warga farmer group about the benefits of rice straw and the application of organic waste shredding machine technology. The physical shredding of rice straw improves its quality as animal feed and accelerates the composting process for organic fertilizer. The results of the community service activity demonstrated the farmer group members’ enthusiasm for adopting organic waste shredding machine technology and utilizing rice straw. There was a notable increase in their understanding of the dual benefits of rice straw—as a nutritious animal feed and as a resource for enhancing soil quality through organic fertilizers. This activity significantly improved the knowledge and awareness of Sri Warga farmer group members about the potential uses of rice straw. A post-activity questionnaire revealed that 95% of the farmer group members understood the benefits and nutritional content of rice straw for use as organic fertilizer or animal feed, compared to only 70% before the activity. This study examines the readiness of elementary schools in Palopo City, Indonesia, for implementing literacy programs under the Merdeka Curriculum framework. Using a mixed-methods approach and the Countenance Stake evaluation model, the study assesses key antecedents, including school policies, infrastructure, and instructional strategies. Data were collected from nine selected schools through observations, interviews, surveys, and document analysis. Findings reveal that while school policies align with national regulations, such as Ministry of Education Regulation No. 56/M/2022, inconsistencies in implementation persist due to resource constraints and uneven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Infrastructure limitations, including inadequate library facilities, poorly maintained reading corners, and insufficient multimedia resources, hinder literacy-rich environments. Schools employ strategies, such as teacher training, reading programs, and stakeholder collaborations, to address these gaps. However, disparities in access to professional development and unequal resource distribution highlight ongoing challenges. This study underscores the importance of policy standardization, infrastructure enhancement, and targeted capacity-building programs to foster sustainable literacy practices. Strengthening school-community partnerships and increasing government support are crucial for addressing systemic gaps. The findings contribute to the discourse on literacy education in Indonesia, offering practical recommendations for policymakers and educators. Literacy programs can be more effectively implemented by improving school readiness, supporting national educational goals and enhancing student learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran program pelatihan Aplikasi Classpoint sebagai bentuk pengembangan kompetensi tenaga pendidik di UPT SDN 194 Waelawi, Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Studi dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data yang diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, pelaksanaan program pelatihan Aplikasi Classpoint terlaksana dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam pengajaran.Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara online. Peserta pelatihan diwajibkan menyediakan leptop/handphone dan jaringan internet, serta mengikuti peraturan pelatihan. Metode ceramah dan peragaan merupakan metode yang digunakan selama pelatihan. Kendala yang dialami peserta selama mengikuti pelatihan ialah gangguan koneksi internet dan keterbatasan keterampilan penggunaan IT. Aplikasi Classpoint mengemas pembelajaran dengan mengintergrasikan aplikasi lain seperi Zoom dan Microsoft Power Point. Penerapan aplikasi tersebut di dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif baik dari segi minat maupun hasil belajar siswa. Namun juga memiliki kekurangan karena menimbulkan hambatan di kalangan siswa seperti koneksi internet hingga ketersediaan sarara dan media.

This study aims to evaluate the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service as a step in increasing the capacity of education staff. The research method used is a quantitative survey conducted at the IAIN Palopo Campus, Faculty of Tarbiyah, and Teacher Training for six months, from March 2023 to July 2023. The population consists of active students from the class of 2020 in various study programs. Sampling was done using simple random sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling formulas, resulting in a total sample of 89 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire with 20 statements covering five indicators: tangibles, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Each indicator is evaluated on a Likert scale, where numbers 1 to 4 indicate a rating level from less good to very good. Before the deployment of the questionnaire, validation was carried out by two validators, namely linguists and content validators. The study's results provide recommendations for improving the quality of administrative services. Data analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach by calculating percentages. The findings showed that students positively assessed the Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy of education staff, with a record of potential improvements in certain aspects. This research contributes to a deep understanding of student perceptions and provides a foundation for educational institutions to improve the quality of administrative services.

This study aims to find, analyze, and describe internal and external factors that contribute to the professional development of lecturers; alternative strategies and priorities for empowerment-based lecturer professional development strategies at State Islamic Religious Universities. This research is field research using the descriptive analytical method. Data was obtained from observations, literature studies, key informants, and experts. The results of this study indicate that; First, the ability of IAIN Palopo's internal factors is powerful and able to overcome its weaknesses in the professional development of lecturers. In addition, IAIN Palopo has a reasonably high opportunity and is very responsive in overcoming challenges in the professional development of lecturers. Second, several alternative strategies were formulated, leading to the implementation of an integration strategy through market penetration and product development (research, community service, and article writing) through collaboration with universities and other institutions both domestically and abroad, by empowering scientific consortiums lecturers and international center.
