Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengembangan Bahan Ajar pada Materi Sumber Daya Alam berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Kelas IV SDN 100 Singgasari Walendrang Kecamatan Lamasi Timur. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan Bahan Ajar pada Materi Sumber Daya Alam berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Kelas IV SDN 100 Singgasari Walendrang Kecamatan Lamasi Timur, menghasilkan rancangan Bahan Ajar pada Materi Sumber Daya Alam berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Kelas IV SDN 100 Singgasari Walendrang Kecamatan Lamasi Timur, serta mengevaluasi kevalidan dan kepraktisan Bahan Ajar pada Materi Sumber Daya Alam berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Kelas IV SDN 100 Singgasari Walendrang Kecamatan Lamasi Timur. Penelitian ini adalah jenis R&D (Research and Development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 100 Singgasari melalui observasi proses pembelajaran serta wawancara dengan guru kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Validitas produk dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen angket dengan skala likert yang diisi oleh dosen ahli. Sedangkan, kepraktisan dievaluasi oleh guru kelas ketika menggunakan produk secara langsung. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa modul pembelajaran yang dinilai oleh 3 ahli yaitu ahli desain dengan nilai 83% (kategori valid), ahli materi dengan nilai 75% (kategori valid), dan ahli bahasa dengan nilai 83% (kategori valid) serta rata- rata persentase nilai dari ketiganya adalah 80% (kategori valid). Sementara itu, hasil uji praktikalitas menunjukkan nilai persentase 82% (kategori sangat praktis). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dan kepraktisan, serta dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study explores developing and implementing integrated teaching materials using Liveworksheets and a contextual approach to enhance learning processes in fourth-grade classrooms. Acknowledging the growing influence of technology in education, this research underscores the necessity for practical teaching resources that can enhance student engagement and comprehension. Employing the ADDIE model for its systematic development process, the study conducted a comprehensive analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the materials. Validation by expert reviewers in language, content, and design affirmed the materials' high validity, with scores between 94% and 95%. Practicality assessments involving 18 fourth-grade students and their teacher demonstrated the materials' effectiveness, achieving an efficient rating with an average score of 94.16%. The findings suggest that Liveworksheets-assisted teaching materials, enriched with a contextual approach, significantly contribute to a more interactive and understanding-focused learning environment. This study highlights the potential of digital tools in enhancing the educational experience, offering a valuable resource for educators seeking to incorporate technology into their teaching strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of media design, validation, practicality, and effectiveness in developing this comic-based learning media. This type of research is research and development (R&D) development, with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages: Analysis, design, development, Implementation, and evaluation. This study's subject is a class V student of SIT Al-Hikmah Palopo. The instruments used were material and media expert validation sheets, student practicality questionnaires, and student pretest and posttest questionnaires to determine the effectiveness of products in improving student learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative descriptive data. The results of the development of comic-based learning media. The result of canvas-assisted comic-based media design is producing learning media in printed products. The media and material validation results met the validity requirements of 82.50% with the category of very valid. The results of the practicality test conducted by teachers and students met the practicality requirements, which were 85.27% and in the category of very practical. The effectiveness of comic-based learning media results are seen from the pretest and posttest scores, where students obtained an average N-gain score of 57.7% in the "moderate" category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Canva-assisted comic-based learning media is effective. The development of comic-based media can support the creation of exciting learning, increase interaction, and increase students' interest in learning from student learning outcomes

Abstract

This workshop was held at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the Luwu Regency area with the main aim of improving teachers' skills in using digital media in learning to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. In this workshop, teachers are given practical skills and innovative pedagogical strategies to utilize technology in the learning process. It is hoped that teachers will be more creative and effective in teaching to increase their students' motivation and learning achievement. This activity is carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. This activity was carried out with the District Ministry of Religion Office. Luwu, Head of Madrasah MIN 1, MIN 2, MIN 3 and MIN 4 District Luwu accompanying speakers implemented the community-based independent curriculum from lecturers. The material provided is differentiated learning design in the independent curriculum and the use of digital media in learning. The evaluation results indicate that, in general, the implementation of the activities has proceeded according to the plan. This conclusion is based on the assessment of various aspects, including the content, presentation methods, relevance of the material to the needs of teachers, and the impact on participants' understanding of the application of digital media, with an average aspect score of 82.8%.. This activity also recommends carrying out similar activities regularly, adding more specific material related to the independent curriculum such as creating teaching modules and differentiated learning design. Teachers need assistance in creating digital media that is directly put into practice for the next workshop.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the design and assess the level of practicality of using a teacher performance assessment application in madrasas as a digital solution that can improve efficiency, objectivity, and transparency in the academic supervision process. The approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with an evaluative component, where data are collected through observation, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires. The application consists of four integrated dashboards, specifically designed for principals, assessors, teachers, and students. Each dashboard is designed according to the function of its users, such as setting supervision schedules, filling out digital assessment sheets, uploading documents, and evaluating the learning process by students. The results of the practicality test showed a level of practicality of 95% for principals, 98% for assessors, 98% for teachers, and 97% for students, all of which are in the “very practical” category. These findings indicate that this application is practical and easy to implement in the madrasah school environment. This study provides implications that the use of teacher performance assessment applications can improve efficiency and transparency in the academic supervision process in madrasas. In addition, this application also encourages fairness and equality in teacher performance evaluation, which can ultimately contribute to improving the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

This study explores the strategies implemented by the National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) in strengthening religious harmony and examines the challenges encountered in their application. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of Bakesbangpol’s initiatives. The findings reveal that Bakesbangpol employs a multifaceted approach, including interfaith dialogues, conflict prevention mechanisms, community engagement, and public education campaigns, all aimed at fostering understanding and reducing tensions among diverse religious communities. Interfaith dialogues and the Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB) play pivotal roles in mediating conflicts and promoting peaceful coexistence. However, the study also identifies significant challenges, such as deep-rooted social prejudices, the spread of misinformation on social media, and resource limitations that hinder the full realization of religious harmony. Despite these obstacles, Bakesbangpol’s efforts have positively impacted community relations, highlighting the importance of proactive and collaborative government-led strategies in managing religious diversity. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance these initiatives through expanded dialogue programs, improved digital literacy, strengthened community engagement, and increased resource allocation to ensure sustainable interfaith harmony.

Abstract

This study explores teachers’ digital competence in improving performance at SMP Negeri 3 Palopo. The objective of this research is to examine teachers’ digital competence and work performance, as well as the opportunities and challenges in enhancing such competence. The study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive phenomenology. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation study. The research subjects are the school principal, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed through an interactive model comprising data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers’ digital competence is considered fairly good, as many teachers have begun to integrate digital systems into the learning process; Teacher performance has improved due to continuous efforts in developing digital skills through training programs and internal collaboration; and The main challenge is the limited digital skills among some teachers. Nevertheless, the use of digital systems presents great opportunities to create a more conducive working environment and enable teachers to apply various innovative teaching methods. The study concludes that teachers’ digital competence plays a significant role in enhancing work performance in school settings.
