Abstract

Bandara Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Sumbawa saat ini menggunakan operasi landing dan take off searah arah angin. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya overshoot landing karena pesawat menjadi mudah tergelincir dan kurangnya kebutuhan gaya angkat pesawat saat akan take off sehingga landas pacu yang dibutuhkan lebih panjang. Oleh karena itu pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa merencanakan perpanjangan landas pacu dari 1.650 m menjadi 1.800 m. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap panjang eksisting landas pacu dan arah landas pacu untuk melihat kemungkinan adanya arah landas pacu terbaik untuk operasi take off dan landing. Data karakteristik eksisting landas pacu digunakan untuk menentukan panjang landas pacu berdasarkan keadaan lingkungan lapangan terbang, mengunakan metode ARFL yaitu mengoreksi basic length landas pacu keluaran ATR terhadap suhu, ketinggian, kemiringan landasan dan angin permukaan. Perhitungan panjang landas pacu berdasarkan kemampuan pesawat dianalisa menggunakan aturan ICAO berdasarkan keadaan saat takeoff dan landing normal, kegagalan mesin dan takeoff yang gagal. Sedangkan arah landas pacu menggunakan data arah dan kecepatan angin 2013-2017 dan dianalisa menggunakan software statgraph18. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan panjang landas pacu 1.650 m saat ini masih memadai dan belum membutuhkan penambahan panjang landas pacu. Berdasarkan pergerakan angin dominan dan crosswind arah landas pacu eksisting 14/32 tenggara-barat laut merupakan arah landas pacu terbaik. Adanya angin dominan searah pesawat masih tergolong aman bagi operasi takeoff dan landing.

Abstract

Our objective was to validate a prior study's hypothesis about the link between human capital and various factors. We gather scientific papers from natural science, emerald, and google researchers, as well as books published by specialists in the disciplines of human capital, economics, and the environment, via a systematic examination of the literature. We do research beginning with a conceptualization of human capital and education. Following that, we investigate the relationship between the research system on education, economy, and the environment and the notion of human capital. We found that learning new things, acquiring experience, and using cutting-edge technology are all ways to boost human capital. Human capital is essential to economic growth in developing nations. It is detrimental to the economic growth of developing countries to improve their institutions and people. Pollution and the health consequences on children may alter the dynamics of family inequality. Assuming parental health care spending is ineffective, we propose an alternative policy mix that pays for additional medical expenses.

Abstract

Our aim is to investigate the concepts in previous research on human capital through Information Communication Technology (ICT). We use a collection of scientific articles from emeralds as well as books written by experts in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and human resources. Three important components of human resources in Industry 4.0 are workforce architecture with new interactions, embracing future human resources, and topologies that generate competencies anticipated by human resources. This Information Communication Technology study will analyze the notion of information technology. AI is one of the most widely used information and communication technologies (ICT) in Industry 4.0. The artificial intelligence (AI) generated by ICT is essential in implementing current and future ICT projects. ICT professionals should also consider their work environment as a pleasant work environment that substantially affects performance and results. The advantages of information communication technology or ICT in communicating and interacting effectively. ICT is very important to fulfill all human needs. Communication science and the quality of human resources are closely related.

Abstract

Agen antiinflamasi topikal dari bahan alami dengan efikasi yang baik dan efek samping minimal sangat diperlukan. Curcumin termasuk bahan alami yang berefek anti inflamasi. Namun penelitian dalam bentuk topikal masih sangat jarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efek topikal gel ekstrak Curcumin terhadap inflamasi kulit mencit yang diinduksi 2,4 dinitrochlorobenzen (DNCB). Studi menggunakan randomized posttest –only control group design dengan sampel 30 ekor mencit albino dalam 6 kelompok. Ketebalan epidermis diukur dari lapisan sel basal hingga stratum korneum menggunakan ImageJ software. Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan rerata ketebalan epidermis antara kelompok mencit yang diberikan aplikasi gel ekstrak Curcumin dengan kelompok yang tidak diberikan gel ekstrak Curcumin. Penebalan epidermis terjadi jika dermatitis kontak iritan berupa dermatitis kontak iritan kronis. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menilai efek anti inflamasi ini pada inflamasi kronik.
