Abstract

Observation and interview with headmasters, teachers and administrative employees results showed that one of main problems faced by SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura is the do not have a representative school website. Based on this observation, after making discussion with headmasters, the community services team proposed an implementation of school website and train one of chosen teacher to manage implemented website. The outcomes of the community service activities are involving a school website for SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura and scientific publication draft. The contribution of each school is including providing information which will be uploaded to the website, providing fee for domain and hosting cost, and providing facilities for administrator training. The duration of this commuity services is three months. The results of the community services is both SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura dan SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura are now have representative website for their promotion and administative activities.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) understand the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Program in the village of Koto Baru. 2) Understand the implementation of the Adolescent Family Development Program in the village of Koto Baru. 3) Understand the implementation of the Elderly Family Development Program in the village of Koto Baru. 4) Understand the implementation of the Youth Information Center Program in the village of Koto Baru. 5) Identify the obstacles in the implementation of the Family Planning Village Program in the village of Koto Baru. The research method used in this study is a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The samples in this study consist of 34 toddlers participating in the Toddler Family Development Program (BKB), 41 adolescents participating in the Adolescent Family Development Program (BKR), 38 elderly people participating in the Elderly Family Development Program (BKL), 16 adolescents participating in the Youth Information Center Program (PIKR), and 13 people participating in the Youth Productive Health Information and Services Program (UPPKS). The results of this research show that the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Program involves an average of 9 attended toddlers in supplementary feeding activities, 9 attended toddlers in posyandu (integrated health post) weighing sessions, and 11 toddlers receiving vitamin supplements. For the Adolescent Family Development Program, the average attendance of adolescents in drug counseling activities is 14, 14 adolescents attended the age of marriage socialization, and 21 adolescents participated in risk behavior discussions. Regarding the Elderly Family Development Program, the average attendance of the elderly in the elderly posbindu (integrated elderly health post) activities is 13, 10 elderly people participated in elderly gymnastics, and 10 elderly people attended the taklim assembly (Islamic study group). For the Youth Information Center Program, the attendance in youth PIKR (Youth Information and Communication Center) competition activities was 10, 10 youths attended the marriage age maturity session, and 10 youths participated in the evaluation of adolescent puberty guidance. In the Youth Productive Health Information and Services Program, 7 people participated in the agricultural group coaching activity, 7 people were involved in the production of red ginger products, and 7 people engaged in capital investment for the group. The obstacles in the implementation of the Family Planning Village Program include insufficient community participation, inadequate facilities and infrastructure for program activities, and the lack of adequate equipment to support the production of beverages from red ginger.

Abstract

The quality of educational facilities and infrastructure and services are fundamental components that directly affect student satisfaction. The availability and management of good facilities and infrastructure and services inside and outside of learning not only increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, but also contribute to the formation of student satisfaction towards continuing education. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory nature. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of facilities and infrastructure and the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of junior high school students in Surabaya City. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire. In this study, the researcher used quantitative analysis, namely descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 26. The sample used proportional stratified random sampling totaling 400 students divided into 5 areas of Surabaya City with a division of 80 students for each area. The results of the study obtained using the t test and F test indicate that the quality of infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, the quality of educational services has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, the quality of infrastructure and the quality of educational services have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on student satisfaction. The results of this study are that 52.5% of the variations that occur in the Student Satisfaction variable can be explained by the Quality of Infrastructure and Quality of Educational Services variables simultaneously. The remaining 47.5% is explained by factors influenced by other variables not studied by the author. ABSTRAK Kualitas sarana prasarana dan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan merupakan komponen fundamental yang secara langsung memengaruhi kepuasan siswa. Ketersediaan dan pengelolaan sarana prasarana dan pelayanan dalam dan diluar pembelajaran yang baik tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada terbentuknya kepuasan siswa terhadap pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanatori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sarana prasarana dan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa SMP di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan Angket. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesa dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling yang berjumlah 400 siswa yang terbagi menjadi 5 wilayah Kota Surabaya dengan pembagian 80 siswa untuk setiap wilayah. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F menunjukan bahwa kualitas sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, kualitas pelayanan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, kualitas sarana prasarana dan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa 52.5% variasi yang terjadi pada variabel Kepuasan Siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kualitas Sarana Prasarana dan Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan secara simultan. Sisanya sebesar 47.5% dijelaskan oleh faktor dipengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis.
