Abstract

This research investigates the integration of game-based applications as an instructional medium for conveying historical content within educational contexts. With the rapid advancement of digital technologies, interactive learning platforms such as educational games are becoming increasingly prominent in classroom environments to foster deeper student engagement and understanding. History, which is traditionally regarded as a static and memorization-heavy subject, is being reimagined through the use of interactive digital media that incorporates visual storytelling, narrative design, and dynamic challenges, thereby offering a more experiential learning process. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the study synthesizes insights from literature reviews and participatory observations of various game-based educational tools centered on Indonesian historical themes. Among the platforms examined are Wordwall, Android-based applications focusing on the Indonesian independence movement, and narrative-driven games introducing national heroes and ancient kingdoms. The findings reveal that these digital interventions not only enhance learner motivation but also contribute to improved cognitive retention and active classroom participation. The implementation of Wordwall in high school settings, for example, demonstrates measurable benefits in engagement through gamified quiz formats. Despite these advantages, notable barriers persist. Limited access to necessary technological infrastructure and the need to ensure historical accuracy in digital content remain critical issues. Consequently, interdisciplinary collaboration particularly involving historians, educators, and game developers is crucial to maintaining the pedagogical and factual integrity of these tools. In summary, the utilization of educational games represents a transformative approach to history instruction. By blending technology with pedagogy, such applications enable educators to deliver historical narratives in a manner that is not only academically rigorous but also engaging and meaningful for today’s digital-native learners.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced the educational landscape, including efforts to enhance literacy among elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the role of information technology in fostering literacy at the primary education level through a literature review of national and international academic sources. The research method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach using library research. Data were collected from 24 relevant publications and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that the integration of information technology through digital media such as e-books, educational videos, and online learning platforms positively contributes to improving students’ reading motivation, learning autonomy, and digital literacy skills. The role of teachers as facilitators in technology-based learning is pivotal to maximizing the benefits of ICT in literacy development. However, several challenges remain, including infrastructure limitations, low digital literacy among teachers, and unequal access to technology across regions. Therefore, the use of information technology in primary education requires well-planned and sustainable strategies to maximize its impact on student literacy improvement. These findings highlight the urgency for education policies that support digital transformation in elementary schools.

Abstract

Instagram is one of the most widely used social media platforms and has become an important medium for communication, self-expression, and social interaction. However, the increasing use of Instagram is also accompanied by the emergence of suspicious activities carried out by bot accounts, which can negatively affect the credibility and security of the platform. This study aims to analyze Instagram user interaction patterns to detect suspicious activities performed by bot accounts. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature review method with a narrative systematic review design. Data sources consisted of scientific journal articles indexed in SINTA and international databases published between 2024 and 2026, supported by books, proceedings, theses, and other relevant documents. The literature selection process was conducted through four stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and final inclusion, resulting in 15 primary references. The analysis focused on several interaction variables, including likes, comments, follows, unfollows, stories, and posts. The findings indicate significant differences between genuine users and bot accounts. Bot accounts exhibit hyperactive behavior characterized by unusually high interaction volumes and highly consistent, rigid activity patterns with narrow value ranges. In contrast, genuine users display more dynamic and fluctuating interaction patterns influenced by social and psychological factors. Therefore, suspicious bot activities on Instagram can be effectively identified through the analysis of interaction volume and statistical behavior patterns.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan arsip digital menjadi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Google Drive adalah salah satu teknologi Cloud yang popular digunakan untuk menyimpan data secara online. Permasalahan pengelolaan arsip digital di Kelurahan Dasan Geres meliputi pemahaman teknologi Cloud, Infrastruktur belum memadai dan resiko keamanan data, Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola arsip digital dengan Cloud. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan 25 peserta dari masyarakat setempat. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test, post-test dan kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dengan nilai rata-rata dari Pre-Test dan Post-Test meningkat sebesar 32%, yang diukur dengan 20 soal pilihan ganda. Selain itu tingkat kepuasan peserta memberikan penilaian “Sangat Baik” sebesar 50,4%, “Baik” sebesar 47,6% dan 2% memberikan penilaian “Cukup Baik”. Kegiatan ini memberikan 8 rekomendasi terkait peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan, keamanan dan pemeliharaan data untuk mendukung modernisasi pengelolaan arsip digital di Kelurahan Dasan Geres.Abstract: The efficiency and success of organizations are increasingly dependent on digital records. One of the most popular cloud storage options is Google Drive. Managing digital records in Dasan Geres village has unique challenges, such as a lack of knowledge about cloud technology, poor infrastructure, and data security threats. Enhancing the community's ability to maintain digital archives in a cloud computing context is the aim of this endeavor. 25 members of the local community participated in socialization, training, and mentoring as part of the technique. Evaluation using pre-test, post-test and participant satisfaction questionnaire. The results showed a 32% increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores, as measured by 20 multiple-choice questions, indicating an increase in participants' understanding. Furthermore, 50.4% of respondents gave participant satisfaction a "very good" rating, 47.6% a "good" rating, and 2% a "fairly good" rating. In order to promote the modernization of Dasan Geles Village's digital record-keeping, the event will offer eight proposals for enhancing data maintenance, security, training, and infrastructure.
