Abstract

Masjid KH. Ahmad Dahlan merupakan masjid dengan kategori masjid di tempat publik terdaftar pada sub direktorat kemasjidan, Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia dengan no id.masjid 01.6.14.02.20.00005 (Direktorat Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam, n.d.). Masjid beralamat di kampus 1 Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Jl. KH. Ahmad Dahlan, Kecamatan Kembaran, Kabupaten Banyumas. Diresmikan pada tanggal 8 Mei 1991 oleh Yayasan Amal Bakti Muslim Pancasila yang diketuai oleh bapak HM. Soeharto. Pegembangan sistem informasi masjid ini menyesuaikan kebutuhan yang ada di Masjid KH. Ahmad Dahlan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan wawancara terhadap pengurus tamir masjid, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi penunjang proses kegiatan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Skuensial Linier. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengembangan sistem informasi masjid KH. Ahmad Dahlan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto berbasis website yang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Tamir masjid dalam hal keterbukaan informasi dan publik dari setiap agenda yang diadakan oleh ta’mir maupun pelaporan keuangan masjid, sehingga dorongan implementasi undang-undang No 14 tahun 2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik  dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir setiap tahunnya rutin mengikuti Festival Lomba Seni Siswa Nasional (FLS2N) dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya lomba poster. Namun terdapat masalah yakni tidak adanya pengajar yang memiliki keahlian pada bidang desain grafis sehingga siswa yang memiliki minat pada bidang ini kurang terarahkan dengan baik. Maka dari itu pelatihan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperkenalkan desain grafis kepada siswa/siswi yang memiliki ketertarikan pada bidang ini, serta diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal pada lomba yang akan datang maupun bekal ketika mereka lulus. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam jaringan (DARING) dan luar jaringan (LURING), pemateri tidak hanya memberikan materi saja, namun memberikan praktek langsung kepada peserta. Pelatihan ini diadakan pada hari Sabtu, 18 September 2021 di laboratorium komputer SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir. Peserta yang mengikut pelatihan adalah 20 siswa/siswi SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir. Kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan, tahapan prapelaksanaan (survei), tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Berdasarkan dari tanggapan peserta, hasil pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan sukses karena peserta yang menjawab tidak setuju hanya ada 5% yaitu pada point “Pelatihan ini membuat saya lebih semangat menggunakan Adobe Photoshop sebagai alat desain” selain itu peserta tidak ada yang menjawab tidak setuju. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil survei sebelum pelaksanaan dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas keilmuan siswa/siswi SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir. SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir regularly participates in the National Student Art Competition Festival in various fields, one of which is a poster competition. However, there is a problem, namely the absence of teachers who have expertise in graphic design, so students who have an interest in this field are not well directed. Therefore, this training aims to introduce graphic design to students who have an interest in this field, and it is hoped that it will be a provision for upcoming competitions and when they graduate. This training activity is online and offline. The presenters not only provide material but also provide hands-on practice to participants. This training was held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the computer laboratory of SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir. Participants who participated in this training were 20 students of SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir. The activity is divided into three stages, the pre-implementation stage (survey), the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Based on the participants' responses, the results of this training can be said to be successful because only 5% of participants who answered disagreed, namely at the point "This training made me more enthusiastic about using Adobe Photoshop as a design tool" besides that none of the participants answered disagreed. Based on the comparison of the survey results before and after the activity's implementation, it can be concluded that this activity can improve the scientific quality of the students of SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir.

Abstract

Face detection in digital photos aims to get the face area in the photo. Problems often occur when detecting faces, namely there is a lot of noise in digital photos so that it affects the detection process. Therefore, in this study apply the median filtering method to improve digital photos by reducing noise in the photos to be tested. The advantage of using this filter is to keep the edges smooth while reducing noise which aims to improve image quality. The ability of this method is measured using the parameters of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Noise to Signal Ratio (PNSR). When the MSE value obtained is low and the PNSR value obtained is high, the results can be said to be good. The method used to detect faces in this research, viola-jones, was chosen because it is one of the face detection procedures with a high level of accuracy and good computational ability. The sample used in this study consisted of 10 digital photos taken using a Samsung A11 smartphone camera with a resolution of 13 mega pixels and 8 mega pixels in JPEG format. The results obtained in this study are the best error values in MSE 0.9517 and PSNR 24.2804. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the mean filtering method is feasible to be used in the case of face detection in this digital photo.

Abstract

Face detection in digital photos aims to get the face area in the digital photo. Usually, a lot of noise occurred when detecting faces in digital photos. This study applies the mean filtering method to improve digital photos by reducing noise. The accuracy of the mean filtering method is calculated using a confusion matrix, while the ability of this method is measured using the parameters of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Noise to Signal Ratio (PNSR). Viola-Jones method was used to detect faces in this research. This method was chosen because it is one of the face detection procedures with high accuracy and good computational ability. Testing the mean filtering method obtained the lowest MSE of 9.33, while the highest PNSR of 14.37. The accuracy obtained by the mean filtering method using confusion is 90%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the mean filtering method is feasible to be used in the case of face detection in digital photos.

Abstract

Uncertainty is an inevitable characteristic in human life and systems, posing challenges in decision-making and data analysis. Fuzzy theory emerges to address this uncertainty by describing variables with vague or uncertain values, one of which is the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). This research analyzes and compares the performance of FIS from previous studies as a solution to manage uncertainty. FIS allows for flexible and responsive representations of truth levels using human-like linguistic rules. Common FIS methods include FIS-M, FIS-T, and FIS-S, each with different inference and defuzzification approaches. The findings of this research review, referencing previous studies, indicate that the application of FIS in various contexts such as prediction, medical diagnosis, and financial decision-making, yields very high accuracy levels up to 99%. However, accuracy comparisons show variations, with FIS-M tending to achieve more stable accuracy based on the referenced studies. The accuracy difference among FIS-M studies is not significantly different, only around 7.55%. Meanwhile, FIS-S has a wider accuracy range, from 81.48% to 99% (17.52%). FIS-S performs best if it can determine influencing factors well, such as determining constant values in its fuzzy rules. Additionally, the performance comparison of FIS can also be influenced by other factors such as data complexity, variables, domain, membership functions (curves), fuzzy rules, and defuzzification methods used in the study. Therefore, it is important to consider these factors and select the most suitable FIS method to manage uncertainty in the given situation.

Abstract

Unit Bimbingan Konseling adalah salah satu elemen penting pada praktik lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap akademik dan perilaku sosial siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru. Sebelumnya SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru melakukan kegiatan administrasi dan pengarsipan data yang bersifat konvensional. Permasalahan yang diperoleh berdasarkan observasi diantaranya pengolahan data konseling siswa yang dilakukan secara sederhana dengan pencatatan dan pengarsipan berkas siswa yang bersifat fisik serta waktu konseling yang tidak terjadwal yang dapat mengganggu kegiatan belajar siswa di kelas. Maka dari itu, dilakukan suatu Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi untuk memfasilitasi layanan bimbingan konseling berbasis website yang terdigitalisasi agar tidak terjadinya pemborosan serta bertujuan untuk menanggulangi kekurangan yang ada dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Laravel, dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu model prototype dan Unified Modeling Languange (UML) sebagai tools perancangan sistem serta menggunakan penyimpanan database terstruktur yaitu MySQL. Sistem telah melalui uji fungsional dengan metode pengujian black box. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi yang dibangun dapat menjadi fasilitas bagi Unit BK di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Riau dalam memberikan pelayanan konseling meliputi proses konseling, pemantauan rekam jejak siswa hingga penjadwalan konseling yang terdigitalisasi guna mencapai perkembangan yang sesuai dengan potensi siswa melalui aplikasi berbasis website yaitu SIMBEKA.

Abstract

Toko Indah Baru is a store specializing in various plastic goods for the industrial sector. The store caters to both small and large purchases. However, in its current business process, Toko Indah Baru still relies on manual systems, which have several drawbacks. One of them is the conventional method of recording goods and manually storing data using Microsoft Excel. To address these issues, a design and development of a web-based Inventory Information System application is proposed for Toko Indah Baru. The development methodology chosen for this project is the SDLC model waterfall. The proposed system aims to streamline inventory management processes, improve accuracy in recording and tracking goods, and enhance overall operational efficiency for Toko Indah Baru. By transitioning from manual methods to an automated web-based system, the store can expect to see significant improvements in inventory control and data management.

Abstract

This service focuses on MSMEs in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Regency, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Riau Province. The purpose of this service is to meet customer needs and make it easier for MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) players to disseminate information related to products in the village, as well as support government programs, namely smart villages and be able to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0, namely the importance of digital transformation with a vision towards village digitalization. This service method includes observation, training, monitoring and evaluation. So that the results of this service are in the form of utilizing e-commerce applications that have been built for the village of sei simpang dua with 3 menus including the home menu, product menu and basket menu. The home menu contains general information, the product menu displays all products from the village of sei simpang dua and the basket menu displays the number of items and the total shopping price.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an inventory information system using the Waterfall method at PT Nubos Jaya Perkasa, a heavy equipment sales company. This system replaces the manual process in managing stock and transactions. The development stages include requirements analysis, system design (use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, flow chart, and wireframe), and implementation with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XAMPP for the database. System testing using the Black-Box Testing method ensures all functions run according to specifications. The test results show that the system can add, edit, delete product data, record transactions, and monitor stock accurately. The system also provides report features to monitor operational activities. The conclusion of this research is that the web-based inventory information system at PT Nubos Jaya Perkasa improves the efficiency and accuracy of stock and transaction management, and provides real-time data for decision making. The system helps the company automate manual workflows and identify areas that can be optimized to improve productivity and customer service.
