Abstract

Tarekat as a medium for da'wah is a method, path, or way to get closer to Allah SWT, in order to achieve the goal of da'wah. The congregation, which is led by a murshid, also provides religious messages to the congregation so that they can become more humble and behave well in society. This research aims to determine the learning values ​​in the concept of thoriqoh in Islamic teachings. This research is library-based research. From the results of research on the media used for preaching in tarekat councils, it can be concluded that in the implementation of dhikr and manaqib there are learning values, invitations and to carry out His commands and avoid His prohibitions. Moreover, in today's life, many people underestimate the congregation.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a crucial element in economic development, particularly in driving the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Despite their critical role, many SMEs face challenges in managing and developing their businesses. Cooperatives, as institutions based on solidarity and mutual cooperation, offer a solution through an integrated cooperative management model that supports entrepreneurship education. This research employs a library research method to explore the effectiveness of this management model in enhancing entrepreneurial capacity in SMEs. The findings reveal that the integrated cooperative management model significantly contributes to improving the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs, though its success is highly dependent on the managerial competence within the cooperative and support from various stakeholders. Abstract

This research explores the role of office communication as a tool for developing organizational culture within educational institutions. Effective office communication, both formal and informal, serves as a mechanism for disseminating information, building relationships, and aligning organizational vision and mission. The study finds that open and transparent communication enhances trust between leadership and staff, strengthens cohesion among members, and reduces potential conflicts. Constructive feedback through communication also contributes to the professional development of educators, ultimately impacting the quality of education provided. However, challenges such as perception differences and communication skills deficits need to be addressed through appropriate communication technologies and enhanced interpersonal skills. Overall, effective office communication is fundamental in creating a harmonious, productive, and adaptive work environment, supporting the achievement of educational institution goals. Abstract

This research examines the application of business ethics in the management of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and its integration into entrepreneurship education curricula. The findings indicate that many cooperatives and SMEs in Indonesia face challenges in fully implementing business ethics due to a lack of awareness and professional management. However, cooperatives have a greater potential for ethical business practices due to their inherent principles of justice and solidarity. The integration of business ethics into entrepreneurship education has proven effective in increasing ethical awareness among business actors, contributing to the creation of responsible entrepreneurs with strong integrity. The research highlights that cooperatives and SMEs that adopt ethical business practices experience improved consumer trust, better relationships with stakeholders, and increased business sustainability. This study recommends enhancing entrepreneurship education with a focus on ethics, particularly in higher education institutions, to cultivate future entrepreneurs with a strong sense of social responsibility and ethical business conduct. Abstract

This study explores the role of hypothetical syllogism as a rational foundation for decision-making in da’wah management. Through a library research approach, the study analyzes literature on logic, Islamic mantiq, rational decision-making models, and previous studies on da’wah management. The findings reveal that da’wah organizations in Indonesia often rely on intuitive or ad hoc decision-making processes, which limits accountability and evaluation. By applying hypothetical syllogism, normative premises derived from Islamic values can be systematically connected with empirical premises from the field, producing more transparent and accountable decisions. Moreover, integrating hypothetical syllogism with the bounded rationality framework allows decision-making to remain rational even under limited information, time, and resources. This study contributes theoretically by integrating classical logic with modern decision-making theories, methodologically by offering an audit protocol for reasoning in da’wah management, and practically by providing operational guidelines for da’wah institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in the tahfizh (Qur’an memorization) and qiraah (Qur’an recitation) activities of students at Al-Madani Dormitory, Ma’had Al-Zaytun. The research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that the implementation of management functions has been carried out properly but is not yet optimal in the actuating and controlling aspects. In planning, the program is well-structured but lacks consideration of individual students’ abilities. The organizational structure is clear, yet interdepartmental coordination still needs improvement. The implementation phase indicates high enthusiasm among students, which declines mid-semester due to monotonous learning methods. Meanwhile, supervision is conducted regularly but focuses more on the quantity of memorization rather than the quality of recitation and understanding of meaning. The study concludes that a collaborative management model supported by digital technology and innovative learning methods is needed to enhance the effectiveness of tahfizh and qiraah programs within Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen administrasi dakwah berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas publik di Yayasan Bina Zakat Insani. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem administrasi digital telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi kerja, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas lembaga. Penggunaan teknologi seperti Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, dan media sosial mempermudah proses pencatatan, pelaporan, serta publikasi kegiatan kepada masyarakat. Namun demikian, implementasi tersebut belum berjalan optimal karena masih terdapat kendala pada aspek sumber daya manusia dan belum terintegrasinya sistem digital secara menyeluruh. Transparansi yang dilakukan masih terbatas pada publikasi kegiatan, sedangkan akses terhadap laporan keuangan secara komprehensif belum sepenuhnya terbuka. Meskipun demikian, digitalisasi administrasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan sistem digital yang terintegrasi serta peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia agar implementasi manajemen administrasi dakwah berbasis digital dapat berjalan secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mental health has become an increasingly important concern in higher education, particularly among prospective teachers who face academic, social, and technological challenges. Although previous studies have examined Islamic education, learning media, and student well-being separately, limited research has explored how curriculum and learning media jointly influence student mental health within Islamic higher education settings. This study aims to explore the relationship between curriculum implementation, learning media, and student mental health among PGMI students at Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving PGMI students and lecturers. The findings reveal that an Islamic Education curriculum integrating spiritual values, character education, and humanistic learning contributes positively to students’ psychological well-being. Interactive digital learning media enhance engagement, learning motivation, and psychological comfort, while a religious academic environment strengthens emotional stability through social support and spiritual practices. However, excessive reliance on digital media may lead to digital fatigue and reduced social interaction. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated examination of curriculum, learning media, and mental health within contemporary Islamic higher education from students lived experiences. The findings suggest that Islamic higher education institutions should develop adaptive, humanistic, and spiritually oriented learning systems to promote student well-being and mental health.
