Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of pie learning in the formation of Islamic character. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method in which research data is obtained from credible sources, including books, scientific journals and other publications that provide data as a source for this research. The results of the discussion in this study are that Islamic religious education is very influential in character building, where today we meet lots of students who do not have bad personality traits, for example fighting parents or teachers, getting drunk, committing violence and others. Character formation can occur from with in, namely within the family and from outside, namely from the surrounding environment, for example neighbors or at education/school. Therefore the importance of character education is to clean up bad morals and instill good values in students so that they get closer to Allah and happiness both in this world and the hereafter.   Keywords: keywords Education, character, Islam

Abstract

Desa Lendang Are, Kecamatan Kopang, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah merupakan Desa wisata yang memiiliki potensi daya tarik wisata alam, budaya dan poduk UMKM bidang kuliner tujuan dari pengabdian dalam bentuk KKN untuk mendeskripsikan upaya UMKM dalam memeperoleh legalitas ijin usaha SPP-IRT, Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini melaului tahapan kegiatan yang terukur melalui observasi, koesioner, dan FGD dan hasilnya di analisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan masih banyak UMKM di Desa Lendang Are belum memiliki izin usaha sehingga perkembangan UMKM yang dikelola secara home industry dibidang camilan belum bisa berkembang dan mendapatkan akses di perbankan maupun fasilitas yang disediakan pemerintah. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui KKN mahasiswa telah berhasil mendorong UMKM Desa Lendang Are memperoleh izin SPP-IRT dan mempromosikan produk camilan khas yang dapat mendukung program desa dalam mengembangkan Desa Lendang Are sebagai desa wisata melalui pemanfaatan digitalisasi untuk kepentingan pemasaran

Abstract

Shrimp is one of the marine resources with significant economic potential, particularly in tropical regions. The utilization of shrimp can contribute substantially to the economy of coastal communities. This study aims to analyze the economic potential of shrimp and its utilization by coastal communities in tropical regions. The results of the study indicate that shrimp has significant economic potential, with production values reaching hundreds of millions of dollars per year. However, the utilization of shrimp by coastal communities is still suboptimal due to limited market access, lack of knowledge on shrimp processing technology, and inadequate government support. This study recommends several strategies to enhance the utilization of shrimp by coastal communities, including market infrastructure development, training on shrimp processing technology, and increased government support.

Abstract

Educational traditions in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play an important role in shaping students' character and improving the quality of learning. At Ma’had Tahfidh Al-Qur’an Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep, there is a tradition of reciting Surah Ṭāhā verses 25–28 before starting lessons. This prayer holds deep spiritual meaning, as it is the supplication of Prophet Musa asking for openness of heart and ease in delivering knowledge, Although this practice has long been part of daily routines, it has not been widely studied academically. This research aims to explore the background and impact of the tradition on the teaching and learning process. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving caregivers, the head of the institution, class supervisors, and students as participants, The findings show that this tradition helps improve concentration, mental readiness, and strengthens the bond between teachers and students. It carries both spiritual and educational value, making it essential to preserve within Islamic academic culture.

Abstract

Beberapa apotek menggunakan sistem manual atau semi manual dalam pengolahan data, seperti pencatatan obat masuk dan keluar, stok opname, serta penulisan resep dokter. Kondisi ini sering menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian antara data dengan kondisi sebenarnya, keterlambatan pembuatan laporan, dan kesalahan pembacaan resep (medication error) yang dapat mengganggu efektivitas pengelolaan apotek dan membahayakan keselamatan pasien. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi pengolahan data obat dan penulisan resep berbasis web yang mampu mendata stok obat, mencatat transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, serta menulis resep secara elektronik untuk meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan efektivitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box dan User Acceptance Test menunjukkan seluruh fungsi utama, seperti registrasi, login, manajemen obat, transaksi, rekam medis, penulisan resep, dan cetak, berjalan sesuai harapan dengan tingkat penerimaan pengguna lebih dari 80%. Sistem ini terbukti meminimalkan kesalahan, mempercepat pencatatan, serta membantu pengambilan keputusan yang tepat di apotek.

Abstract

The background of this study, based on the results of observations that have been conducted, highlights the need for adjustments between leaders and subordinates. The leadership style currently exhibited appears monotonous and requires further adaptation to achieve better synergy. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of situational leadership applied by the Village Head on the work motivation of staff at the Masing Village Office, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency. This study employs a census method, where the data source includes the entire population as the sample, using questionnaires as the primary data collection technique. The sample in this research consists of 17 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques employed are descriptive quantitative analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion conducted, the writer concludes that The situational leadership of the Village Head of Masing falls into the very good category. The work motivation of staff at the Masing Village Office is also categorized as very good. Situational leadership positively influences the improvement of staff work motivation at the Masing Village Office. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of the Village Head's situational leadership on the work motivation of staff at the Masing Village Office, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency.

Abstract

This study examines teacher effectiveness in implementing multicultural Islamic education in a pluralistic society. The research aims to understand how teachers design, execute, evaluate, and exemplify inclusive learning that fosters tolerance, justice, and respect for diversity. Using a qualitative library research approach, relevant literature was analyzed to explore strategies that promote student engagement, collaboration, and social-emotional growth. The findings reveal that effective teachers integrate multicultural values into lesson planning, apply dialogical and participatory teaching methods, and design assessments that measure not only cognitive achievement but also attitudes and social behaviors. Exemplary behavior plays a central role, as students model their conduct on teachers’ daily actions, reinforcing ethical and moral standards. Despite challenges such as limited training, insufficient teaching materials, and social resistance, opportunities exist through supportive educational policies, digital learning tools, and professional development initiatives. Effective teachers transform these challenges into opportunities for innovation, ensuring that multicultural Islamic education cultivates empathy, inclusivity, and moderation among learners. The study concludes that teacher effectiveness encompasses strategic planning, active implementation, comprehensive evaluation, and moral exemplarity, contributing to the formation of students capable of thriving in diverse and harmonious communities.
