Abstract

Ranu Pani village is an enclave village located in a area Ranu Pani Resort, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Purpose of this study was to access the understanding and motivation of Tengger society, the level of economic dependency, and examines the real action of conservation. Methods in use begins with a literature study, field observation, and questionnaires. The trust believed that the forest is the system of life that must be preserved for the sake of happiness the offspring, forming positiveness on Tengger society to maintain the forest in order to preservein an hereditary manner, utilization done very limited only adoption of kindling the trees that is dead and retrieval grass for cattle course. The economic society derived from the results of the field so as not to be depended from biological resources in the forest. Ranu Pani village society sometimes actively in conservation activities through planting, forest ares extinguish the blaze, and joined in the conservation cadre society ang public patner of rangers. Various counseling who regularly performed by the management of Ranu Pani Resort, capable of being creates understanding conservation for Ranu Pani society so take care of security of the area an understand the established rules. Keywords: conservation, enclave villlage, Tengger society, Ranu Pani Resort, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.

Abstract

Harapan Island is the area of the island situated in the settlement of the KepulauanSeribu Marine National Park (TNKpS). The abundance of natural resources of the sea and the beauty of the natural landscape into a tourist attraction to this location, so it looks the existence value of benefits and high economic value. This study done to assess the potential of natural resources to be the object of ecotourism activities in the Harapan island KepulauanSeribu Marine National Park (TNKpS), as well as assess the perceptions of visitors who do the activities of ecotourism in the location to know how the assessment of visitors to the satisfaction felt.Research conducted in december 2014 until april 2015, using a questionnaire, interviews and observations roomy to look at the location and the availability of the object of attraction.The results that the visitors who come to the location of the Harapan island in the dominant is the visitors who come in groups, and visitors can feel satisfied with what they get from ecotourism activities in the Harapan island. Harapan island of being the places are in the zone TNKpS settlement with the potential of natural resources abiotik (23,43%), algae (19,66%), hard corals (50,07%), soft corals (0,00%), corals die (3,24%), and biota other (3,60%).But as the object to the main tourist activities in the island of hope that is the beauty of the sea, coral reefs, ornamental fish and as tourist attraction of maritime and coastal tourist attractive to visitors.Based on the results of research, the latest data in TNKpS known that there are 36 the type of coral reefs and 56 kind of ornamental fish in the Harapan island. Keyword: harapan Island, Kepulauan Seribu National Park, marine ecotourism, perception of visitors, the potential of attractiveness

Abstract

Looking at the potential for the development of the Wiyono and Sungai Langka tourist villages, the objectives of this activity are: 1) to train the community in compiling and packaging tourism package products; 2) train professional tour guides; 3) train homestay management. Methods The implementation of the activity is a participatory approach with lecture, discussion and direct practice methods. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge and ability of the community in the development of tourist villages. This increase is seen from the product components that have been identified to be included in the tour packages to be marketed, the list of names of people who are ready to become tour guides and ready to be certified for competence, as well as the existence of residents' homes that are ready to be managed into homestays as places for tourists to live. visit

Abstract

Konsep ekowisata saat sebagai implementasi jenis kegiatan wisata dengan menjaga kelestarian sumber daya, ditambahkan dengan berbagai teknik interpretasi objek sehingga pengunjung mendapat pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya kelestarian daya tarik. Keunggulan sector pariwisata, budaya, dan pertanian menjadi potensi untuk dikelola secara kolaborasi dengan konsep ekowisata di salah satu destinasi prioritas Kabupaten Tanggamus yang sudah cukup dikenal masyarakat umum yaitu Air Terjun Way Lalaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni-September di Kabupaten Tanggamus dengan metode observasi lapang, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Selanjutnya analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari data yang ada, jumlah kunjungan dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun (2016-2019) mengalami peningkatan namun masih jauh di bawah target, terlebih dengan adanya wabah covid-19 yang mempengaruhi minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi untuk meningkatkan permintaan kunjungan ke Way Lalaan. Kawasan ini telah dikenal sejak zaman kerajaan, menciptakan kepercayaan, sejarah dan budaya turun-temurun yang dijaga oleh masyarakat sekitar, lalu menjadi daya tarik sendiri bagi destinasi ini. Potensi unggulan berupa 2 buah air terjun yang tidak pernah berhenti mengalir karena sekaligus sebagai sumber irigasi masyarakat dari mata air di pegunungan Tanggamus. Keseluruhan potensi ini mampu menjadi materi untuk disampaikan kepada wisatawan melalui Storynomic Tourism untuk meningkatkan minat wisatawan dengan keunikan konten destinasi melalui cerita adat, tradisi, kuliner, dan budaya. Pemasaran yang dilakukan secara luas dengan memanfaatkan media cetak, media elektronik, kegiatan pameran, jasa influencer, serta kegiatan pembuatan film documenter untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat luas secara online. Abstract

This research was conducted at Politour & Travel, headquartered in Bandar Lampung, Lampung Province. Thepurpose of this article is to discuss the assessment of tourism products offered by Politour & Travel as well as the level ofservice quality provided to tourists, based on their expectations and the reality observed in the field. The study wasconducted on 17 respondents who were considered representatives of institutions that have previously used Politour &Travel tour packages. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The service quality at Politour& Travel is grouped into 5 attributes: Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance. These 5 attributesare further divided into 23 aspects overall. Then, the average score for each service attribute is plotted on an IPA graph,which consists of four priority quadrants based on importance and performance levels. The main results indicate that theattributes show there are 5 aspects that should be prioritized for service improvement and 9 aspects that need to bemaintained in terms of service quality, as they are deemed satisfactory by consumers who have used Politour & Travelservices.

Abstract

Purpose:The aim of this community service is to increase the capacity of the management of the Sungai Langka and Wiyono tourist villages. This goal-setting departs from the results of identifying and formulating the problems that have been found, namely: 1) the low ability of the community to prepare tourism packages based on local wisdom; 2) the low community ability to compile tourist guiding materials (storynomics); and 3) the low community ability to market tourism products in tourist villages.. Method: The method used is to conduct training in the form of 1) training on preparing wisdom-based tour packages; 2) training in compiling tourist guide materials (storynomics); and 3) digital marketing strategy training starting from websites, YouTube, Instagram, and brochures. Result: This condition results in a low level of visits and a less-than-optimal tourism experience in the tourism village The results of this community service are: 1) the preparation of tour packages based on local wisdom, starting with identifying tourism components, preparing the itinerary, and calculating the price of the tour package; 2) the identification of a number of tourist guide materials (storynomics), namely the story of legenda gunung sukma hilang, kuburan tua, pertanian dan perkebunan desa, and sulam kain jelujur; and 3) the creation of digital marketing media, starting with websites, YouTube, Instagram, and brochures. The conclusion obtained is that the target of this community service has been achieved so that it can increase the capacity of managers to manage the Sungai Langka and Wiyono tourist villages. Limitations: Often, limited funds and human resources hinder the implementation of capacity building programs optimally. Contributions: Capacity building for managers can empower local communities through training and education, so that they are more skilled in managing tourism.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify stakeholders in the development of Lugusari Tourism Village, Lampung, and map their roles to foster effective collaboration in preserving local culture, especially Lampung Tapis, and promoting a rural-based creative economy.Methodology: This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through field observations, interviews with stakeholders, and related literature studies. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively to gain an in-depth understanding of the coordination flow and the role of each party in the management of Lugusari Tourism Village.Results: The results showed that the pentahelix model in tourism management is actively applied in Lugusari Tourism Village. The identified stakeholders include the government, private sector, academia, media, and the community. The coordination of tourism village management is centered on the village government, which acts as the main controller in terms of regulation, formulation of ideas and concepts, program implementation, and supervision of activities. Conclusions: It can be concluded that the successful management and development of Lugusari Tourism Village is highly dependent on the synergy between stakeholders through the pentahelix approach. Coordination centered on the village government allows for a structured development direction, but remains open to active contributions from various parties in developing authentic local potential.Limitations: This study is limited to Lugusari Village, so its findings may not be generalizable to other tourism villages in Lampung or Indonesia. Additionally, the methods used did not fully capture the dynamics of informal stakeholder relationships.Contributions: This research contributes to understanding the pentahelix model in developing tourism villages in Indonesia, especially in promoting sustainable, culture-based tourism and the creative economy. Abstract

The latest tourism development is focused on the attraction of living activities and rural resources by highlighting various potential regional authenticity. As a derivative of the concept of sustainable tourism development, the development of tourism villages directly contributes to the preservation and introduction of local culture, superior agricultural and plantation activities, as well as triggering the creation of various creative ideas to support the local economy. The selection of this research location was based on research that the Governor of Lampung Province had issued a 2022 decree determining 3 tourism villages focused on developing Lampung Tapis centers, one of which was Lugusari Tourism village, Pagelaran District, Pringsewu Regency. This was welcomed very positively by various welcome who involved themselves directly in developing and promoting various potentials and attractions in the Lugusari Tourism village. Seeing the large number of contributes entering, it is important to identify each stakeholder and carry out role mapping so that the direction of effective and optimal collaboration can be seen. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and literature studies, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the research results, it was identified that the tourism pentahelix plays an active role in the management of the Lugusari Tourism village which includes government, private, academic, media, and especially the community stakeholders. The flow of stakeholder coordination in the Lugusari Tourism village is centered on the village government which is at the lead of control regarding regulatory direction, ideas, concepts and program implementation as well as controlling the management conditions of the Lugusari Tourism village. Furthermore, the role of stakeholders in Lugusari Tourism village is divided into 5, namely policy creator (government), Regulator (government), Facilitator (government, academics, business and media), Accelerator (Business and Media), and Implementer (Community).

Abstract

Homestay menjadi alternatif akomodasi yang tidak hanya menawarkan kenyamanan, tetapi juga pengalaman autentik berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat setempat, namun terdapat permasalahan dalam pengelolaan homestay saat ini, banyak homestay yang belum mengacu pada standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata. Ketidaksesuaian terhadap standar ini berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi daya saing homestay sebagai alternatif akomodasi wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif kualitatif, di mana peneliti tidak hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator, tetapi juga terlibat langsung bersama masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lampung Barat, yang berlokasi di Hotel Ono Liwa dan berlangsung selama 4 hari. Pada pengabdian ini terdapat  20 Homestay yang terlibat. Hari pertama dan kedua dipaparkan materi terkait  Standar Usaha Homestay. Pengelolaan dan Pelayanan Homestay, Evaluasi terhadap Praktik Homestay. Hari ke 3 melakukan simulasi dan mendampingi peserta dalam hal teknis seperti, penerimaan tamu, menangani keluhan pelanggan, hingga penyiapan kamar tamu. Hari keempat tahap pendampingan yakni  membuat Standard Operating Procedures. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan peserta telah mendapatkan pembekalan atas unit usaha yang mereka jalankan guna menjaga dan meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan tamu dalam meniginap di homestay yang dikelola oleh peserta. Pembekalan ilmu pengetahuan dan juga hasil Standarisasi homestay yang diturunkan menjadi Standard Operating Procedures sebagai bentuk implementasi merupakan hasil dari penelitian ini dan juga sebagai wujud nyata dari kesadaran masyarakat untuk saling bersinergi membangun pariwisata di daerah Lampung Barat.
