Abstract

Pada era digital seperti saat ini, perkembangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis web sangat berpengaruh dan berperan penting terhadap proses kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh organisasi, terutama untuk mempermudah dalam proses kinerja administrasi. Sistem adalah setiap kesatuan secara konseptual atau fisik yang terdiri dari bagian-bagian keadaan saling tergantung satu sama lainnya.. Kinerja merupakan suatu penyelesaian tugas kedinasan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai untuk mencapai suatu tujuan sesuai dengan pedoman yang telah ditentukan oleh instansi tersebut. Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia adalah organisasi guru yang didirikan pada tanggal 25 November 1945 dalam Kongres Guru Indonesia di Surakarta, selanjutnya disingkat menjadi PGRI. Di dalam organisasi Badan Pimpinan PGRI terdiri dari beberapa tingkatan yaitu tingkat nasional, tingkat provinsi, tingkat kabupaten/kota, cabang dan ranting. Salah satunya, yakni PGRI Kabupaten Bogor. PGRI Kabupaten Bogor merupakan sebuah organisasi di bidang pendidikan yang beranggotakan para guru, Di dalam organisasi PGRI Kabupaten Bogor terdapat beberapa tingkatan yang terdiri dari ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, dan beberapa bidang kepengurusan di PGRI Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam kepengurusannya, staff administrasi bertugas dalam mengelola setiap kegiatan administrasi surat-menyurat yang ada di lingkungan organisasi PGRI Kabupaten Bogor baik surat yang masuk maupun surat yang keluar. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan surat menyurat sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi terutama dalam proses pengelolaan serta proses layanan setiap pembuatannya. Dikarenakan banyaknya surat yang masuk dan surat yang keluar di PGRI Kabupaten Bogor dan dalam proses pengelolaan serta proses pembuatan surat-menyurat masih bersifat manual, yaitu setiap proses pencatatan surat yang masuk dan surat yang keluar masih menggunakan buku manual, serta proses pembuatan surat keluar masih menggunakan microsoft office, sehingga dalam proses kinerja administrasi surat-menyurat masih memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan dalam pencarian data surat masih mengalami kendala karena data surat tersebut tertumpuk serta dalam pengarsipan jenis surat masih tercampur karena tidak memiliki pengkodean khusus dalam pengarsipannya..

Abstract

Political rights for people with disabilities are one component of Human Rights that must be fulfilled. However, if you look at the reality today, there are still many political rights for people with disabilities that are not fulfilled. The aim of this research is to see and analyze the form of fulfillment of political rights regarding socialization for people with disabilities and the form of provision of infrastructure and facilities by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Banjarmasin City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting interviews and observations. The results of this research show that the Banjarmasin City KPU fulfills the Political Rights of Persons with Disabilities in two ways. First, by providing interpreters for deaf people in outreach activities regarding procedures and mechanisms related to general elections. Second, the provision of facilities and infrastructure for blind people with disabilities is provided with braille aids in elections. and providing wheelchair access and friendly services for people with disabilities in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

Reporting system or whistleblowing system is a means for whistleblower to report fraud or violations committed by internal organizations. This system aims to uncover fraud that can harm the organization and prevent even more fraud. This research is a case study at PT JR with the aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the whistleblowing system on fraud deetection at PT JR. The method used in this study is a combination method or mix methods. Data collection techniques using triangulation methods, namely quantitative data collection through questionnaires while qualitative through interviews and documents. Analyze data with a descriptive approach to get a real picture of the whistleblowing system at PT JR. The study population is an internal auditor at PT JR with the results of the study showing that the Whistleblowing System has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Detection.

Abstract

Purpose:The aim of this community service is to increase the capacity of the management of the Sungai Langka and Wiyono tourist villages. This goal-setting departs from the results of identifying and formulating the problems that have been found, namely: 1) the low ability of the community to prepare tourism packages based on local wisdom; 2) the low community ability to compile tourist guiding materials (storynomics); and 3) the low community ability to market tourism products in tourist villages.. Method: The method used is to conduct training in the form of 1) training on preparing wisdom-based tour packages; 2) training in compiling tourist guide materials (storynomics); and 3) digital marketing strategy training starting from websites, YouTube, Instagram, and brochures. Result: This condition results in a low level of visits and a less-than-optimal tourism experience in the tourism village The results of this community service are: 1) the preparation of tour packages based on local wisdom, starting with identifying tourism components, preparing the itinerary, and calculating the price of the tour package; 2) the identification of a number of tourist guide materials (storynomics), namely the story of legenda gunung sukma hilang, kuburan tua, pertanian dan perkebunan desa, and sulam kain jelujur; and 3) the creation of digital marketing media, starting with websites, YouTube, Instagram, and brochures. The conclusion obtained is that the target of this community service has been achieved so that it can increase the capacity of managers to manage the Sungai Langka and Wiyono tourist villages. Limitations: Often, limited funds and human resources hinder the implementation of capacity building programs optimally. Contributions: Capacity building for managers can empower local communities through training and education, so that they are more skilled in managing tourism.

Abstract

Homestay menjadi alternatif akomodasi yang tidak hanya menawarkan kenyamanan, tetapi juga pengalaman autentik berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat setempat, namun terdapat permasalahan dalam pengelolaan homestay saat ini, banyak homestay yang belum mengacu pada standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata. Ketidaksesuaian terhadap standar ini berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi daya saing homestay sebagai alternatif akomodasi wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif kualitatif, di mana peneliti tidak hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator, tetapi juga terlibat langsung bersama masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lampung Barat, yang berlokasi di Hotel Ono Liwa dan berlangsung selama 4 hari. Pada pengabdian ini terdapat  20 Homestay yang terlibat. Hari pertama dan kedua dipaparkan materi terkait  Standar Usaha Homestay. Pengelolaan dan Pelayanan Homestay, Evaluasi terhadap Praktik Homestay. Hari ke 3 melakukan simulasi dan mendampingi peserta dalam hal teknis seperti, penerimaan tamu, menangani keluhan pelanggan, hingga penyiapan kamar tamu. Hari keempat tahap pendampingan yakni  membuat Standard Operating Procedures. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan peserta telah mendapatkan pembekalan atas unit usaha yang mereka jalankan guna menjaga dan meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan tamu dalam meniginap di homestay yang dikelola oleh peserta. Pembekalan ilmu pengetahuan dan juga hasil Standarisasi homestay yang diturunkan menjadi Standard Operating Procedures sebagai bentuk implementasi merupakan hasil dari penelitian ini dan juga sebagai wujud nyata dari kesadaran masyarakat untuk saling bersinergi membangun pariwisata di daerah Lampung Barat.

Abstract

This study examines the granting of exclusive rights by the state to registered trademark holders based on the constitutive principle and the first to file approach. Legal protection for trademarks in Indonesia is only granted if the owner registers it formally, not merely based on prior use. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the first to file principle within the constitutive framework and its implications for legal certainty. This research employs a normative juridical method with a doctrinal approach. Secondary data—including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials—was collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively using deductive reasoning. The study focuses on the trademark registration mechanism at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. The findings reveal that trademark registration in Indonesia involves formal examination, public announcement, and substantive examination as procedural steps to obtain lawful protection. This system ensures legal protection for good-faith applicants and prevents ownership conflicts. The study concludes that the application of the first to file principle within a constitutive legal framework offers legitimate and effective protection for trademark rights, serving as a vital legal tool to uphold certainty within Indonesia’s intellectual property system.

Abstract

Halal labels in the use of processed chicken products are very important, because in the period 2020 - 2025 there have been many chicken-based food products as food variations both in the form of franchises and other processed products. This study uses a literature method to validate how chicken-based food products can get halal certification. The results of the study show that a product that is halal certified is through a processing process using Islamic law. Halal and good animals are also determined during the slaughtering and processing process. The audit includes several things including; checking the data sent, checking the production process, laboratory, packaging, storage, transportation, distribution, marketing, presentation to halal certification.
