Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen AKMIL dalam mendukung pengembangan budaya ilmiah yang kuat, profesional, dan sesuai dengan standar nasional yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi melalui sistem akreditasi SINTA (Science and Technology Index). Sosialisasi ini bertujuan menyamakan pemahaman seluruh tim pengelola jurnal, termasuk dewan editor, reviewer, dan penulis, mengenai standar dan persyaratan akreditasi nasional. Materi yang dibahas mencakup pengelolaan editorial berbasis Open Journal Systems (OJS), proses peer review yang objektif dan transparan, manajemen metadata artikel, pemenuhan unsur etika publikasi, hingga strategi peningkatan visibilitas dan sitasi jurnal. Dalam kegiatan ini juga diberikan simulasi evaluasi mandiri untuk mengukur kesiapan jurnal dalam menghadapi proses akreditasi. Selain sebagai bentuk pembinaan internal, kegiatan ini juga menjadi forum untuk memperkuat koordinasi dan kolaborasi antar unit pengelola jurnal di lingkungan AKMIL. Dengan adanya kesamaan persepsi dan pemahaman terhadap standar akreditasi, diharapkan jurnal-jurnal di AKMIL dapat memenuhi kriteria penilaian yang ditetapkan, baik dari sisi tata kelola maupun kualitas konten ilmiah. Lebih jauh lagi, akreditasi jurnal bukan hanya menjadi simbol mutu, tetapi juga menjadi pijakan penting dalam mendukung reputasi akademik dan kontribusi ilmiah institusi di tingkat nasional. Dengan sinergi yang kuat, konsistensi pengelolaan, dan komitmen terhadap peningkatan kualitas, AKMIL optimis bahwa jurnal ilmiahnya dapat terakreditasi dengan baik dan menjadi rujukan akademik yang kredibel dalam bidang kajian militer dan pertahanan negara

Abstract

The National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure (BNPB) represents the focal point of government agencies at the central level. In the meantime, the local disaster resistant point at the state and district/ city is a Local Disaster Relief Agency (BPBD). From the non-formal side, both of the national and local level forums have been set up in order to amplify disaster barriers in Indonesia. At a national level, it has formed a national platform (Planas) which consists of many elements such as civil society, business world, college, media and international agencies. This research uses qualitative methods. The regional command unit has also become a local level in the natural disasters’ relief as well as it’s empowered the disaster area. However, it is an obligation for Denbekang IV-44-033/Salatiga to support the area in disaster relief. The government that acts as a regulator in carrying out these functions can be felt less optimized since the distribution of the logistics to the natural disasters regions is done after (The National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure) incapable to cope with the disasters’ victims especially in the logistics maximally. The result of this research is that the implementation of the distribution of logistics for natural disaster management which has been conducted by Denbekang IV-44-03 /Salatiga is considered less optimal due to a lack of communication between Denbekang IV-44-03 /Salatiga as a part of the units (BNPB and local governments) that assisting in handling natural disaster. The facilities and infrastructures are less representative in encountering the natural disaster as a part of Military Operation Other Than War (OMSP) which is to undertake the task of handling natural disasters. Those problems can be overcome by the ability of the military personnel who has the education and rank background which has made the task execution easier. Another problem that arises is the channel of the request for assistance from the local government to Denbekang IV-44-03/Salatiga to cope with natural disasters is winding up which makes late respond.

Abstract

Physical ability for every soldier is an important factor and the main support for both a career and in carrying out tasks. So that the physical abilities of soldiers can be increased, it is necessary to formulate or create a correct and measurable physical development program that can be used as a basic guideline for Indonesian Army soldiers which can be implemented both individually and as a unit. The research objectives to be obtained related to this research are to determine the physical fitness activities of Military Academy Soldiers carried out by the Department of Physical Education and to analyze the efforts made in improving the Physical Competence of Military Academy Soldiers. This research is a qualitative research which is research used to examine the conditions of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. Efforts to increase the physical abilities of soldiers within the Military Academy are by training and fostering physical abilities in stages, stages and continuously by implementing appropriate training programs according to task requirements and avoiding injuries, optimizing the role of the Physical Department in forming a good mental attitude in which a unit commander in The Magelang Military Academy must be able to provide explanations to its members about the attitudes and behavior of soldiers as a guide to foster motivation and dedication in carrying out their duties

Abstract

The logistics administration of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) is a strategic pillar that supports combat readiness, the effectiveness of military operations, and the sustainability of national defense development. In the context of achieving Asta Cita toward Golden Indonesia 2045, strengthening logistics administration is an urgent necessity. This study aims to analyze the current conditions, challenges, and strategies for strengthening TNI AD logistics administration using a literature review method. Data were collected from primary sources, such as official TNI AD documents, laws, and national policies, as well as secondary sources, including books, national and international journals, and research reports. Data analysis employed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validation conducted via source triangulation. The findings indicate that TNI AD logistics administration faces challenges related to technology, organizational structure, human resource competence, and strategic environmental dynamics. Strengthening strategies include digitalizing logistics systems, enhancing transparency and accountability, developing technology-adaptive human resources, and integrating logistics across military branches and government institutions. The relevance of logistics strengthening to Asta Cita lies in the development of superior human resources, infrastructure modernization, and governance reform. By adopting best practices from NATO, the United States, and Singapore, TNI AD can accelerate logistics modernization and contribute to realizing Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Disaster logistics distribution requires a system that is fast, efficient, and adaptive. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the Saving Matrix algorithm in optimizing relief distribution routes during emergency operations of the Merapi eruption in Magelang Regency. The method employed was a comparative study between conventional distribution routes and routes generated through the Saving Matrix algorithm, using secondary data including distance, vehicle capacity, and terrain risk index. The findings revealed that the Saving Matrix algorithm reduced travel distance by more than 20% and accelerated distribution time. Moreover, the algorithm showed flexibility in adjusting to dynamic terrain conditions. This research concludes that the Saving Matrix method is not only theoretically relevant in the context of the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) but also practically applicable in disaster logistics distribution systems requiring high efficiency.

Abstract

Etika merupakan modal utama seseorang dalam menentukan arah dan tujuan hidupnya. Generasi Z menjadi sorotan karena kurangnya etika dan tata krama saat ini. Tujuan dalam podcast ini adalah mengetahui pendekatan etika yang tepat pada generasi Z sehingga mengetahui cara yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan etika pada generasi Z. Metode menggunakan seminar yang dikemas dalam bentuk podcast yang dihadiri secara offline dan online dengan peserta mencapai 500 orang dari berbagai kalangan. Hasil dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan etika pada generasi Z tidak semata-mata dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk doktrin, melainkan pendekatan emosional dikarenakan tipikal generasi Z memiliki cara yang unik dan berbeda dari generasi diatasnya. Pendekatan yang berbeda untuk menanamkan etika dan integritas pada generasi Z, dengan menjadi teman daripada superior dan menyarankan agar orang dewasa menjadi teman bagi generasi Z.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan sebagai pendampingan publikasi dari luaran hasil penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah dan kebermanfaatan kegiatan Tridharma perguruan tinggi. Bagi cipitas Akademi Militer, pendampingan ini memiliki peran ganda: memperkuat kapasitas Dosen sebagai peneliti dan pengabdi, sekaligus melatih Taruna/i dalam membentuk keterampilan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah serta kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pendampingan luaran penelitian dan PKM, bentuk pelaksanaan yang dapat diterapkan, serta manfaat yang diperoleh bagi dosen, taruna, masyarakat, dan institusi pendidikan militer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan secara sistematis mampu meningkatkan produktivitas publikasi, kualitas pengabdian, dan integrasi nilai kemiliteran dalam kegiatan akademik serta kualitas hasil publikasi lebih terukur dan terjaga konsistensi menjadi Publikasi terbaik di Indonesia.
