Abstract

ABSTRACT This research examined the Political Strategy of Incumbent Female Regional People’s Representative Assembly (DPRD) Members in Simultaneous Elections 2019 in Bali Province. The Theory used in this research was the theory of Political Strategy by Peter Schroder. This Political Strategy is divided into two, including the Offensive Strategy (expanding the number of voters) and the Defensive Strategy (maintaining the number of voters). The approach used in this research was a qualitative approach with the reseach type of descriptive explanatory with the aim of describing, summarizing the various conditions and situations that arise in the community that is the object of research. Abstract

ABSTRACT Female legislator knowledge about gender is one of the problem in Indonesia, especially at Regional House of Representative (as known as DPRD) Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research aims to find out the understanding from two female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur to responses the overseas workforce gender issues and how they fight for this case at commission meeting. This research used some theories, first Liberal Feminism theory by Merry Wollstonecraft. Second, Political Representatives theory by MichealSaward. And the last is Rational Comprehensive theory by Hoogerwerf. This research also used Descriptive qualitative method which is to find the data by observation, interview and document. Result from this research is the female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur already understand about gender and they do their duties and responsibilities as appropriate. Their performance has shown their ability and also the other females legislator from another commission to understand about gender issues and how to resolves the gender bias of Indonesia overseas workforce. The outcome from this understanding and female legislator performances at Regional House of representative NTT 2014-2019 is a local regulation has ratified by 2016. The local regulation content talk about Indonesian workers services and control , especially control and mechanism for Indonesia labor abroad. Keywords:Gender and Legislation Process

Abstract

ABSTRACTx This study aims to find out how spiritualism and power in the leadership of Tabanan Regent Eka Wiryastuti in the period of 2010-2019. Thisresearch is framed by the theory of Habitus by PierreBoudieau. The research method used in this research is qualitativedescriptive research with primary and secondary data usage, because it describes and illustrates phenomena that exist, both natural and human engineering, which paymore attention to the characteristics, quality, interrelationships between activities in relation to spiritualism and power in the leadership of the TabananRegent EkaWiryastuti in the period of 2010-2019. The resultsof this study are: first, Spiritualism and power form a correlations to generate strategic support for Eka Wiryastuti due to the accumulation of appropriate asset in Tabanan as the realm of strategy. ABSTRACT__ The theory of Patron Client proposed by James Scott is used_in this study_The_results of this study showed_that:_First, Pemuda Pancasila gave their loyalty and devotion to ERAMAS couple by contributing in_the_form_of_contributions_to_the_regional administrators, social activities and direct activities for the community to the success of ERAMAS Couple. Second, the relationship of Patron Client established between Pemuda Pancasila and ERAMAS created a mutually beneficial relationship with the exchange of rewards such as granting access in the provincial government, granting positions and facilitating licensing and vice versa Pemuda Pancasila provided loyalty and services. Third, the Governor election of North Sumatra in 2018 is a momentum for the Pemuda Pancasila to support and win the Governor candidate who was the best cadre of the Pemuda Pancasila. Abstract

ABSTRACT Contestation of Kelian Adat in the General Election in Denpasar in 2015, became an interesting subject of research by explaining the position of the Kelian Adat as a bridge to facilitate political activity that touches Banjar Adat. Reduced public confidence in the political parties, to make the political parties are not the only supporters of victory. Kelian Adat as Banjar Adat leaders have an important role in mobilizing the masses. So one way to expand the domination of the Kelian Adat is used to facilitate the achievement of political objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the Contestation of Kelian Adat in the General Election in Denpasar in 2015. The theory used political elite theory. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, while the technique of collecting data through observation, interview and documents. The results of this study found that, in the election Kelian Adat give major influence on the voting results of candidates. Given the way to condition the award of a pair of candidates raises a strategy known as suryak siu or briuk siu, where this condition is togetherness Balinese people in taking an action and should be uniform with no difference. In this study concluded that the contestation of Kelian Adat made in the implementation of the election simultaneously in Denpasar in 2015 with the Kelian Adat competing to bring in uniformity of manners Banjar voters. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to determine changes in loyalty that occur to elite political parties in the city of Denpasar. Research using Rational Choice Theory James S. Coleman, This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research findings, First: ideology becomes the basis of a political elite losing its loyalty to the party, Second: pragmatic, that is, with the interests brought by the elite when moving parties, Third: power is a reason often used by elites losing their loyalty, the elite assume that the previous party was not get a position in accordance with the wishes of the elite, the fourth economy is one of the driving factors that occur among the elite political parties, because the party was allegedly able to provide financial support, the latest figures, figures are figures that can be used as a reference in various political activities and decisions political. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research focuses on the strategy of the Pulau Plastik campaign in reducing plastic waste.This study produces descriptive data with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through interviews and document searches. The theory used is based on the Power In Movement by Sidney Tarrow, it was found that the results of this study show that the Pulau Plastik Campaign uses a strategic approach consisting of four components, namely: Support from the government in the form of a Governor Regulation as the basis for the movement, Community Screening, Advocacy, social media networks and songs as an effort to build public opinion on the issue of plastic waste. This strategy is carried out with the target of the government, society and business people so that the use of plastic in Bali is reduced and the community can switch to materials made from other materials that can be reused. Abstract

This research aims to determine how the elites Puri Agung Ubud network in religious, economic and political aspects. Furthermore, the research is framed using elites theory by Suzanne Keller and Barry Wellman social network theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using primary data and secondary data, because it describes and describes the form of relations and the elites network of Puri Agung Ubud. The results of the research are: first, the Puri Agung Ubud elites form religious relations through their power in religion and customs, form economic relations through their power in the tourism sector, and the 2018 Pilgub formed political relationships with non-political elite. The two network of the elites are: religious network, political party network, artist network, historical network, economic network, hobby network, campus network, and social network. Abstract

This0study0aims0to0determine0how the global economic power relations that work behind the tradition of the Perang Tipat Bantal in the Kapal Traditional. Furthermore, the research is framed using Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony. The0research0method used0is0a0descriptive qualitative0method using primary data and secondary data, because it describes and describes the global economic power relations that work behind the tradition of the Perang Tipat Bantal. The0results0of0the0research are: first, the existing hegemony has transformed this tradition into a tourism object that has an economic impact. Second, from the power relations and political economy of the Perang Tipat Bantal, it shows a conclusive form related to the relationship between economy and politics in a tradition where this tradition is also used as a political stage by political actors. Abstract

This study reveals the existence of the political flow of the Kyai, Santri, and Abangan communities in IAIN Tulungagung state university and its relationship in influencing student voting behavior in the 2019 General Election. The results of this study indicate that tertiary institutions can be labeled non-neutral because they carry and apply the identity of a certain group openly, resulting in discrimination against minority groups. In addition, the findings obtained are practical political practices that have entered the realm of educational institutions. Campus officials, lecturers, religious teachers, and administrators of campus / Ma'had Islamic boarding schools such as Kyai, even students and their families, are considered vulnerable to become easy targets for political actors to gain votes. Kyai and university officials are considered to have an important role in guiding the political choices of students / students when general elections take place.
